Chapter 21 The Origin of the Three Religions

This is the starting style of the lower half of the fist, but it is the first type of force that is already as fierce as the tiger and leopard out of the cage, this fist from the chest and surging, driving the shoulder to push the upper arm, linking the elbow into the forearm fist and starting.

From the latissimus dorsi, trapezius muscle, deltoid muscle to the biceps, brachioradialis muscle, flexor and extensor muscles, layer by layer, hundreds of millions of muscle fibers burst out at the same time, the hidden source power erupts, like gunpowder bursting under the skin!

It can be seen from this that the second half of the punch is so violent, this is just the momentum, and each punch in the later moves is better, constantly extracting the energy in his body and turning it into the power to break the air.

The fist moves are like the wind, and the force is as violent as thunder, and when his fists and feet break through the air, he even brings out a brief whistling sound of the wind, and the power consumption generated by this instantaneous explosion is even comparable to the final sprint of a 100-meter race.

Ordinary people who have no foundation will never be able to follow him to learn to practice this way, not to mention that without Li Heng's strengthened physique, he can't play this boxing technique, even if he tries his best to fight it, the result is a wide range of muscle strains around the body, and even the internal organs are violently affected, and serious internal bleeding may occur!

Even if a practitioner with more than ten years of martial arts experience saw it, it is estimated that he would be secretly shocked and his eyelids jumped, and he said in his heart: Oh~ Now this young man.

Fifteen minutes later, Li Heng gathered the five fingers of both hands into a fist, retreated to his waist, and the second half of the boxing was over.

At this time, Li Heng looked as if he had been fished out of boiling water, his originally fair complexion was almost cherry-like red at the moment, and the hot air was swirling and steaming, and the phantom of the air shaking could already be seen above his body.

"Whoa-hea-hehe-hehe-huh-"

But his breathing was still undisturbed, each long breathing interval reached more than a minute, a large amount of air was pumped in by the strong lungs like a suction pump, and the sternum was lifted by hundreds of millions of full alveoli to show an exaggerated arc, and then after a complex respiratory biochemical reaction, the carbon dioxide-filled colossal exhaust gas was poured out.

In this way, Li Heng closed his fists and closed his eyes and stood still, standing motionless in the same place for more than ten minutes, as if he was asleep.

When he opened his eyes again, his body surface had returned to normal temperature, and the turbulent and violent aura was completely dormant, like the sea after the passage of a typhoon was calm and stable.

Then he did not go away, but sat down cross-legged on the spot, put his hands gently on his knees, closed his eyes again and began to meditate quietly.

Settle in.

Knowing and then there is certainty, and then there is stability, and then it can be quiet, and then it can be peaceful, and then it can be considered, and then it can be obtained.

This is one of the famous sentences of the University of the Four Book Classics, this Confucian classic originally meant to talk about the way to govern the country and the people, but to tell how to reach the true "supreme good" state with the principle of stability and tranquility, that is, the so-called "thinking and then obtain".

Pay attention to everything has a root and a stub, everything has a terminal and a beginning, knowing their order, you can sort out all things back to the source, not arrogant and impatient, everything is clear.

Li Heng naturally didn't want to learn the dragon slaying treasure technique of self-cultivation and Qi family's rule of the country and the world, but applied this national learning to his own cultivation.

Sometimes the teachings of the world are not limited to one place, but can be used in combination and in moderation, and this is the excellence of advanced philosophy, which can be used on some levels.

Meditation, or meditation, is a Buddhist practice, the majority of practitioners are monks, is one of the three learnings, to get out of the five cover of Zen enlightenment, the mind is fixed without false external objects, transcendent things can be freed from the shackles of the physical body, so that the mind reaches a lofty ethereal realm, no longer affected by the joy, pain, five senses, and six senses of the body, and the mind is always hopeful.

In the same way, Li Heng, of course, did not want to become a monk, but still only borrowed the principles of Buddhism, and combined them with similar Confucian principles to think together, so that he entered this "meditation" that belongs to him.

So that he can temporarily break away from the limitations of his own physical body, and look inward up and down with a clear vision, seeking the state of true freedom and great harmony of the spiritual body.

In the second chapter of Journey to the West, it was mentioned that the Bodhi Patriarch worshiped by Sun Wukong, wrote that when he opened the altar to preach, the sky was full of flowers, the earth was surging with golden lotus, the three teachings of the wonderful law, the subtlety and ten thousand laws were complete, he could speak, he could talk about Zen, and the three teachings were all the same.

The so-called three religions naturally refer to Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, which have been inherited for thousands of years in the land of China.

At that time, Li Heng thought, can there really be people in this world who are proficient in the three religions and the origins of the stream?

Or take a step back and say, can the principles of these three great avenues really be integrated and compatible with each other?

The interpretations of the three masters of the heavens, the earth, nature, and all living beings are different, and the truths they have realized are very different, so where can they be shared?

However, now that he has realized, he never thought that he would be the one who integrates the three families into his own use!

This is not to say that he has become a mythological figure like Su Bodhi, who can teach the origin of the three teachings and the subtlety and perfection of all laws.

Rather, it is said that for the first time after possessing the [Transformation of Mortals and Initiation], he considered integrating the Three Dao Teachings into his own evolutionary path, taking the parts that he could understand, and applying them to the concept of health preservation and casting.

Of course, he didn't want to become a Buddha, nor did he intend to ascend, let alone become a great Confucian, so he would not and could not study the knowledge of the three teachings in their entirety, and only stripped away a small practical part of it.

At this moment, he took the Taoist guidance technique as the base, used the method of Buddhism to investigate the heart, and brought the Confucian university theory and thinking changes, so that his mind, five organs, limbs, and torso reached the state of "stabilization" and "tranquility" from the spirit to the flesh.

What are the benefits of such practice?

It is still related to the five-level control of the body mentioned above, Li Heng screened out a large number of traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmaceutical substances, and achieved the regulation of the five-level system by taking or injecting them, with the help of the metabiotic reaction of the interaction between the drug and the body, and called these drugs "controllable substances".

Although Li Heng basically achieved the desired goal through this means, he also understood that he could not rely on this mechanism.

The balance that can only be achieved by taking medication is too fragile.

Not to mention whether there are hidden dangers in the excessive deposition of these drugs in the body after long-term use, it is very energy-consuming to prepare these "energy-efficient substances", and it is extremely troublesome to have such a wide variety of proportions.

Could it be that this evolutionary path is just evolving itself into a jar of medicine? Now that he is living at home, he can naturally cope with it, and if he wants to go out and see the world in the future, will he have to carry a lot of potions on the road?

This is unacceptable, and the current situation can only be a temporary compromise, or is it abandoning the path forward?

Li Heng will not stop the path of self-evolution, and he is determined to use his perseverance and knowledge to find a way to open the door to this dilemma.

And now, he found a glimmer of hope in these three ancient philosophies, and vaguely he had seen the light behind the crack in the door.
