The so-called karma will be like this, in this life, I don't know the benefactors and enemies of my previous life, but there will be a feeling of my past life that will be retained, and when I really meet him/her in my life, the things in the depths of my memory may be touched and stimulated, and then do this or that thing.

There are some things in the world that really can't be explained in words, but most people don't want to believe them, but whether they believe it or not, what should happen will still happen, just like a clock, spinning in an orderly manner.

Master explained to me that a wise person can show weakness and make temporary concessions at the most opportune time. Lao Tzu's proposition has always been: retreat, defend, weak, and soft. Only by preserving oneself can one gain an invincible position.

In this world, if you don't fight, you won't make enemies. And those who are competitive are incapable of toughness in Lao Tzu's opinion. Therefore, he said that if things are strong, they will be old, because they are not Taoist, and they are not Taoist, and it is no coincidence.

Lao Tzu often praises the weak water, the water is weak and taken down, and it benefits all things without fighting. But water has great power, so "because it is indisputable, the world cannot compete with it." Needless to say, sometimes it's a strategy to keep the light and keep the obscurity.

In fact, a person's fighting spirit is a double-edged sword, which will stimulate a person's potential and burst out stronger energy.

However, the fighting mind is very difficult to control, and it is easy to lead people into a terrible situation, when you forget the original goal, forget the reason, pure will, and fight for the sake of winning.

The most typical thing is that when you are playing, sometimes when you are very excited, it will appear, and when you reach that state, it is for the sake of the battle of will, just to gamble so much, without considering the price paid.

In the past, when discussing a problem with someone, I often got caught in this situation, and ended up discussing a problem or a simple chat into an argument, and used everything in order to win, including offensive language.

Also, sometimes it's especially scary to think about the fights that arise in order to prove something, because the previous situations only affect your mood or relationship with one or two people, and the problem is not very big, and this state of affairs can erode your normal life, interfere with your peaceful state of mind, and put you in a very, very painful state of mind for a day, ten days, a month, a year, which is the most terrible thing.

Sometimes some things really get into this type of situation for a few minutes, with a few people, or for a period of time, so Master hopes that in the future, I can observe these "hearts" in my heart as much as possible, and recognize these and resolve them in a timely manner.

So, there is a saying that "don't make any decisions when you're emotional, weigh them up and down when you're calm."

Do anything must not rely on the "whim" and "momentary fighting spirit" to drive, although these are powerful, but also go fast, and then, after the loss of what do you rely on to drive you forward? Moreover, as I just said, it is easy to hurt your own normal life, so try to be aware of it, and then don't use it lightly, and finally slowly remove it!

Seeing that I was listening carefully, Master went on to preach to me further: "The self-mind is the main culprit of damage to the body, and the formation of the four mentalities of manifestation, joy, jealousy, and strife is caused by the outward logic of the mind and tradition, jealousy is usually inferior to others, showing that it is boasting, fighting is the courage of the horseman, and joy is selfishness and satisfaction, and it will evolve into viciousness in the later stage, and it will spread poison everywhere when fermenting. The role he played was to defile society, damage the family, trample on human nature, ravage affection, and completely deny him. ”

Master looked at me and said solemnly, "When something happens, looking inward is not looking for the cause and process, but finding one's own effect, which is called self-nature!" Don't forget this idea through external causes, and the process will never be manifested in reality, and its own effect is the true outlook on life. ”

At this time, I asked Master, "Then how can this heart be broken concretely, even if you find out that there is this heart, but you don't know how to do it?" ”

Master continued, "The organic matter we see with our eyes is imaged in the pineal gland in the second half of the brain, but the perception formed depends on the capacity of the mind. Therefore, we must first address the mind. First of all, first avoid the feelings of the heart, and directly use the brain to analyze, the concept will be dissolved, and the concept will be changed without the constraints of image and time, in order to break the original one, as much organic matter in the heart can be transformed, and the standard of transformation is definitely the new standard, and I have feelings. This is called 'showing but not showing, jealous but not jealous, fighting but not fighting, happy but not happy' to reveal the connotation of facing life, pointing directly to people's hearts, being responsible for oneself and society, and reaching the essence of life. What it shows is facing life, pointing directly to one's own heart without avoiding it, and the invisible chic and wise of the avenue. ”

At this time, Master gave me a historical example, in history, Liu Bang was the first to attack Xianyang, but he did not claim to be the king.

Liu Bang and Xiang Yu competed for power, under the disparity in strength, Liu Bang recognized Xiang Yu's status as the overlord, chose to surrender, and gave up Guanzhong, but saved his life and strength.

Subsequently, Liu Bang actively prepared for war in the divided Shu region, waiting for the opportunity, and finally eliminated the overlord of Western Chu and established the foundation of the Han Dynasty for 400 years. Indisputable, it is more of a realm.

In the Tao Te Ching, it is said that the Tao is born, the virtue is accumulated, the birth is not there, the reason is not ashamed, and the long is not slaughtered, which is called Xuande.

This is the realm of "Xuande", giving birth to all things without taking them for yourself, doing your best for all things without relying on their abilities, helping all things grow without slaughtering them, it is yours, no need to fight; It's not yours, don't fight.

Lao Tzu said: Those who know others are wise, and those who know themselves are wise. Those who can overcome others can be called powerful, and those who can win themselves can be regarded as powerful.

Lao Tzu believes that instead of competing with others, it is better to defeat yourself. Instead of fighting with others all day long, it is better to improve yourself.

The peach tree never advertises itself, but the field under the tree will naturally step out of a road.

This is because peaches and plums are literally producing beautiful flowers and sweet fruits, and they are silently serving people, so there is no need to boast, people will welcome them.

Therefore, as long as you do your best, constantly improve yourself, and cultivate yourself, what should be yours will always be yours, and you don't have to fight hard. You are a good man, and you have your own nature; If you bloom, the butterflies will come.

As for those who do not belong to you, there is no need to fight. Because everything is in the Tao, starting from Lao Tzu's "Tao", everything is indistinguishable, all things are born from the Tao, and then return there after death.

Master said to me in a serious tone, "In fact, a person does not really gain anything in his life, but his ignorance can create boundless sinful karma, and everything is just an experience. When you die, can you take away fame, wealth, money, and even knowledge and family affection? If you can think of this and be able to "live to die", you will understand that what Lao Tzu said is not an empty word, and the 'Xuande' he proposed is not an empty word. ”

After Master finished speaking these words to me, my body slowly disappeared, and my consciousness returned to my body in due course, and when my consciousness returned, through Master's lecture tonight, I further realized the existence of this "heart" and its harm, and my heart could not be calm for a long time.

Master is right, because everything will eventually pass, and it will eventually return to the eternal road, what am I fighting for? It's better to have a spirit like water, with the spirit of benefiting sentient beings, and don't care about some things happening, because that is a kind of life process and necessity, and in this process, I only have to leave a heart of "benefiting sentient beings".

Don't care about the clouds of fame and fortune, just cultivate your mind, treat others with kindness, help others, discover what has passed, correct what has passed, and become a more diligent cultivator.

At the end of the night's cultivation, my heart was so calm, only my mind could face the sea, and it would naturally bloom.

That night, as soon as I entered the meditation state, I noticed that the outer space of the building where I lived had a fluctuation.

When my divine consciousness paid attention to the fluctuations, the spatial field was distorted, and the familiar black mist appeared, and I immediately became alert, knowing that the demon was coming again, and I began to be on guard.

With a burst of cold laughter, a dark figure stood in front of him, and the two of us stood across from each other, neither of us speaking.

I don't know how long it took, but the black shadow broke the silence first, only to see him say: "The accounts of the two of us will be settled sooner or later, but it's not today, I'm coming to you tonight, or I have a special thing to ask if you dare to participate?" ”

When I heard this, I replied disdainfully: "Hahaha, if there is anything I dare not participate in, you can tell me first." ”

The black shadow replied: "Before the Chinese New Year this year, somewhere in Huashan, there will be a strange treasure in the world, and at that time all forces will gather here, and I will also go there at that time, and we can make a complete break between the grievances between you and me, I don't know if you dare to go?" ”

I replied without fear: "Okay, let's agree to see you there in Huashan." ”

When I answered in the affirmative, the black shadow laughed and slowly disappeared, and his voice came into my ears again: "We'll see you then, hahaha..."

When the figure disappeared completely, I entered a state of meditation again, and I don't know how long I had been meditating, and the figure of the teacher slowly appeared in front of me.

As soon as the master appeared, he said to me earnestly: "Disciple, you have fallen for that demon's radical method, do you know the real situation in Huashan?" Agree to someone's request casually, what if there is any danger? It seems that your fighting spirit is still not complete. ”

After Master finished speaking, I felt that I was a little blind, but I still had the strength to be unconvinced by that demon, so I whispered to Master, "Master, apprentice may not necessarily lose to that demon, right?" ”

Master sighed and shook his head and said, "Hey, that demon represents a force, I came here today to tell you that I have other things that need to be dealt with urgently, and I may not appear by your side for this time. ”

At this time, Master told me a story about the cultivation of a monk in the past, who ruined his future because of his arrogance, and hoped that I would take this as a warning.

This story is about a monk in Zhejiang, who was determined to practice diligently, had firm ambitions, worked hard, and never lay down to sleep on a mat.

The master said: "At this time, in fact, this monk still has a trace of desire in his heart, and if there is no desire, this kind of demon will not appear three times or twice, but he has not realized it." ”

Master then told me this story: The woman had exhausted all her tricks, so she said to the monk from afar, "Little Master's concentration has reached such a point, I should indeed stop my delusions." ”

The woman continued: "However, you are still only a person in the realm of Buddhism's 'Buddha Heaven', and you know that once you get close to me, you will definitely ruin your own path, so you are afraid of me like a tiger wolf." Even if you work harder to achieve the level of 'non-imagination', you can only achieve that a woman's soft skin leans against her body, as if she is holding ice and snow, and the beautiful woman's delicate posture appears in front of you, as if she is seeing dust, and she still can't get rid of her hue. ”

If your mind has reached the state of the 'Four Meditation Heavens', then you will not be able to perceive the influence of any external phenomena, like a flower naturally reflected in a mirror, and the mirror does not know that there are flowers, and the moon is naturally reflected in the water, and the water does not know that there is a moon, and this is getting rid of hue.

If you further reach the realm of 'Bodhisattva Heaven', then the flowers do not matter the flowers, the mirrors do not care about the mirrors, the moon does not matter the moon, the water does not matter the water, there is no color and no object, and it does not matter if there is no separation, and it does not matter if it does not leave, this is the Buddha's free and magical power, and he has entered an inconceivable and wonderful realm.

If you dare to let me come close to my body without my heart being affected, then I will worship you wholeheartedly, just as the demon maiden Modanga worshiped Ananda, the great disciple of the Buddha, and will never interfere with you again.

When the monk heard this, he thought that his Taoist concentration was enough to overcome the witch's temptation, so he agreed very calmly.

So the woman snuggled in the monk's arms, touching the peach in every possible way, and the monk finally couldn't control his desires, and broke the vows and destroyed his pure Buddha body. Remorseful, dying in distress and grief.

As the ancients said, "grinding is not thin, dyeing is not black", after the test and the nature of the property remains unchanged, only a saint can do it, and no one below the great sage can do it.

That is to say, the mind is not at that level, and it cannot be forced. The monk fell for the witch's agitation, so he opened the door and invited the devil in, and finally destroyed himself.

The master said worriedly: "All the people in the world who believe that they are capable of what they can do, so they do what people dare not do, and the result is a fiasco, they all belong to this monk's class!" The agitation method is aimed at the good face, the competitive heart, the fighting heart, and the arrogant heart. You have to pay more attention! Be careful! ”

It was only when Master said this that I began to realize what was wrong with me, and during this time I was on the path of cultivation, Master was always by my side to protect and take care of myself.

So that his heart slowly grew a heart of arrogance, thinking that there is no one in the world, listening to the evil demon's agitation, arousing his own fighting spirit and competitiveness, it really shouldn't be.

Master sighed and said, "You have to go to the appointment, we are the most committed people in our cultivation, and now we can only take one step at a time, because your current level and mind are not enough, and you have to work harder during this time." ”

During this time, I will strive to raise another level and protect my capital before going to the appointment.
