This is the experience of business leaders accumulated over the years, in short, acting together, eating together, bathing together, sleeping together, just like the phrase "partners who eat the same pot of food", the relationship between colleagues will become very close, and this can be understood by experience. For example, one of the purposes of living together during sports or research activities is to achieve this effect. The more painful we feel when we engage in arduous actions together, the closer our relationship will be.
The above theory also applies to the relationship between supervisors and subordinates in the workplace. If you only call each other by name intimately at work, but always act alone when eating, drinking, or even playing mahjong alone, how can the supervisor and his subordinates be close? Therefore, we must strive to do the following.
First of all, be upfront yourself. Everyone has confidence in their own strengths, and supervisors should also accept criticism from subordinates. However, if you are an older supervisor, you will often be wary of your subordinates revealing your shortcomings or weaknesses. Second, the supervisor should integrate into and act with the subordinates. For example, when subordinates have difficulties in their work, they can provide advice or send other subordinates to support, etc.; Or eat and drink with subordinates, which we have also done. However, looking back at our true feelings at that time, we were sincere in "finding a way to help him!" "Still think that subordinates" are getting into trouble again, what a headache guy! And what about the reluctance to help him or guide him? When you eat and play with your subordinates, do you have a last resort? Or do you want to enjoy it with your subordinates? It is important to critically review these. Because subordinates are often able to keenly see through the mentality of their supervisors.
The last thing to note is that you must be cheerful and positive when acting with your subordinates. If a subordinate makes a mistake at work and stays overtime to make up for the mistake, or asks a colleague for help, and the supervisor painfully calls the person concerned to apologize, or shows an unpleasant expression or attitude, how will the subordinate feel about the supervisor? If you think about it, you can see how important this is. Supervisors should always remind themselves that their subordinates have a keen eye.

But whether or not you can overcome it is the key to your success in the future. As long as you look back on your past life journey, you can understand that you can't achieve your goals without hard work.
