Verse 573: The Great Retribution!

Qin Feng originally wanted to use the word "wisdom" in the divine text to help him understand the deep meaning of this Heavenly Dao Jinshi test question......

But he soon discovered something very embarrassing!

Before this wisp of green smoke dissipated, all of Qin Feng's Confucianism was in a sealed state!

Including war poems, war songs, and even divine texts, they were all blocked by the small characters composed of these two green smokes!

Can't use it at all!

"These two green smokes are simply the invigilators of the Heavenly Dao Jinshi Exam......"

Qin Feng said with some tears and laughter. Pen "Fun" Pavilion www.biquge.info

Abandoning the idea of opportunism, he thought carefully about the relationship between "revenge" and "governing the country"!

"My identity at this time, although I am the reincarnation of a Confucian saint, but my identity in this life is the governor of the Northwest Army of Yan State......"

"Zhenguo Martial Saint Le Yi is not shy about saying that once he falls, I hope that I will take over as the Zhenguo Martial Saint ...... Yan Kingdom."

"My Confucianism, Taoism, and the Chosen Way are the words that have been applied to the world, and the most important thing is the practice of 'application'......"

"So governing the country will be a topic that I can't avoid at all......"

Qin Feng groaned, "But what does this have to do with revenge?"

"Is the way of heaven testing me to avenge the country or Confucianism...... Or do you want to avenge yourself?"

To avenge the country, then the target of Qin Feng's revenge is the Northwest Demon Clan, who has been harassing and plundering the people of Yan for thousands of years, and the two countries of Zhao Qi who have committed crimes......

If it was to avenge Confucianism, the target of Qin Feng's revenge would be all the martial artists who harmed Confucianism and Taoism in the first place, as well as the Holy Martial Academy, which still controls and suppresses Confucianism......

If it was to avenge Qin Feng himself, then the object of his revenge would be Emperor Wu of the Outer Heavens!

Qin Feng recalled the Confucian passage about "revenge" in the poetry books he had read.

First of all, Qin Feng always had a wrong concept of Confucianism in later generations, that is, Confucianism advocated - repaying grievances with virtue.

They are all indiscriminate good people, you hit me on the left cheek, and I will stretch out the right cheek to beat you, to convince people with virtue, and there is no bloody second goods......

In fact, this is really a complete misunderstanding of Confucianism!

It is recorded in the Analects of the Confucian Constitution, "Or say: 'How can you repay grievances with virtue?' Zi said: 'How can you repay virtue? ’”

The meaning of this passage is, someone asked Confucius, what do you think of repaying grievances with virtue?

Confucius replied like this, if I repay my resentment with kindness, then what should I do to repay the kindness of others to me?

Revenge should be taken in a fair way, and I will do to him as he treats me!

Only kindness should repay him with kindness!

As for the way of revenge, Confucianism is even more bloody!

In the Book of Rites, Zi Xia, a disciple of Confucius Sheng, asked, "What is the enmity between the parents?"

The master said: "Sleep on the pillow and dry, no, and share the world." When encountering the city, do not return to the army and fight. ”

Zixia asked again: "May I ask what is the enmity between my father and brother?"

The master said: "Shi, Fu and the country." The title of the king is ordered, although he does not fight. ”

He also said: "May I ask what is the enmity of Brother Ju Kun?"

The master said: "If you are not a leader, but if the master can, you will be accompanied by the army." ”

In other words, a disciple asked, "What should you do if someone has a grudge against you for killing your parents?"

Confucius's answer was: "Sleep on a shield, pillow a weapon, no longer an official, you can't coexist with him, if you encounter occasionally, you don't need to go back to get weapons to start fighting with him!"

The word "not sharing the sky" comes from the words of the old master!

Another disciple asked, "If someone has a grudge against you for killing your brother, how can you repay it?"

Confucius replied: "You can come out to be an official, but you will never be an official with him." If the king tells us not to fight, I can meet him without fighting......"

The implication is that if the monarch can't help it, I will still take revenge if I meet him!

Finally, the disciple asked, "If someone has a cousin or a brotherly friend with you, how can you repay it?"

Confucius's reply was: "I will not be the leader of revenge, if the master has the ability to take revenge, I will follow with a weapon......"

The overtone is that if the master is not capable of revenge, I am duty-bound!

Qin Feng recalled these chapters in his mind, and summed them up carefully, even surprised himself slightly.

The fundamentals of pre-Qin Confucianism are full of the bloody nature of revenge!

But Qin Feng also found that it was also revenge, but there was a fundamental difference between Confucianism and "tooth for tooth" and "eye for eye" revenge......

It is revenge that puts righteousness first!

"Confucius's grandson, Zisi, in the Book of Rites and Records, closely links "retribution" with benevolence and righteousness, which should be an extension of the principle of "repaying grievances with directness......"

In the text, he said, the benevolent person is the face of the world; The righteous are the system of the world; The retribution, the benefit of the world. ”

"Retribution, not the meaning of repayment, can be to repay kindness, that is, the so-called virtue to repay virtue ......"

"It can also mean revenge, that is, revenge!"

"Because of 'retribution', we can effectively help good and stop evil, and only then can we facilitate the implementation of education and ......"

"If you repay virtue with virtue, you will be persuaded; If you repay your grievances with grievances, you will be punished. ”

"Revenge is to educate a country, and even the world, that is the way to govern the country!"

Qin Feng recalled that the Confucian classics had arrived here, and he had already realized the true meaning of the Heavenly Dao Jinshi Test in his heart!

There are three characteristics of Confucian revenge......

The first is to "repay grievances with straightforwardness and repay virtue with virtue"!

The second is to uphold the evaluation standard of "righteousness first"!

The third is to use "revenge" to deter evil and reward goodness, revenge is not just for revenge, but to make justice manifest, make everyone good, and pave the way for educating the world!

This is the true meaning of revenge!

"Heavenly Dao should want me to write an article to admonish the radical revenge faction in the Jixia Academy......"

As for the application of the world, revenge is originally a specific thing, and it is the greatest "application"!

How to do a good job of revenge and correct the attitude of revenge is originally a "practical" event!

Qin Feng thought about these things clearly, raised the Tenglong golden pen, and was about to write, when he raised his eyes and glanced at Zhang Zemu beside him.

I saw that his heavenly way was tested, and the article was already like a cloud of smoke, and thousands of words were written!

Zhang Zemu seems to be because every word consumes mental power, and in this cold winter, he was sweating profusely when he wrote, and kept wiping sweat beads with his sleeves......

Fortunately, he has presided over the Daze Holy Academy for a long time, and his Confucianism and Taoism are profound, and he has a strong knowledge of the sea, otherwise just this thousand words would be enough to make him run out of mental power and faint!

Qin Feng saw that Zhang Zemu's exam went well, and his heart also fell.

He settled down, dipped in ink, picked up the Tenglong gold pen, and wrote the title of his Heavenly Dao Jinshi Examination on the paper - "The Great Theory of Vengeance"!
