Chapter 24: Infinite Ceilings
Military helicopter gunships hovered over the city, and the whistling of fighter jets shook through the clouds like thunder.
When Superman and Doom Day fall into an empty park at the same time, humanity's weapons of war begin to take effect.
Missiles fell, Doom Sun fought back in a roar, and flames fell from the sky.
The indiscriminate blow also puts Superman in a dilemma where it is difficult to play.
Fortunately, after a short while, the dense and powerful firepower made Doom Sun crouch in place with his head in his hands.
Just as many people were relieved by this, Ryan reached forward, and a translucent light shield rose.
I saw that the inside of the blood-red body of the Destruction Sun gradually lit up with the rapid onslaught of the human race.
When the light was blazing, it slammed to its feet and erupted in an earth-shattering roar.
At the same time, with his body as the center, blood-colored energy exploded, and a shockwave visible to the naked eye swept through the entire city in an instant!
In a few moments, the helicopters and fighter jets in the sky were cleared by the shock wave, and Doom Day stood on the top of a tall building, letting out one roar after another, as if to declare his strength.
On the roof, the shockwave failed to shake the light shield, and the three of Ryan were unaffected, leaving Bruce and Selina dumbfounded.
"Why?!" Bruce was horrified, and Selina looked up.
"Obviously, it can absorb all the energy from the outside world, including attacks on it."
Selina's eyes widened, "Isn't it invincible?"
"Far from it." Ryan shook his head, "But the current situation is that you can either kill him directly with one attack, or you can help him become stronger again and again in this way."
Bruce frowned.
He doesn't know if Superman can do it, but he expects Superman to do it.
If not......
He looked at Ryan again.
Ryan looked at Doom and said, "I'll do it."
Hearing this, Bruston was relieved.
Rumble!
With a muffled sound, Superman suddenly rises from inside the building, lifting Doom Sun into the sky.
High in the sky, Doom Sun is still fighting back, but what he suffers the most is that he can't fly, so Superman quickly turns to the upper hand.
The two figures quickly disappeared into the dark canopy.
Ryan looked up and followed, his eyes now more useful than any telescope.
Doom Day is pushed out of the atmosphere by Superman, and a short time later, the two fly past the satellite and hit farther into space.
"Bruce."
"I'm here."
"What do you think is the most likely way for humans to destroy it once and for all?"
Bruce thought for a moment, and his brow suddenly tightened: "No...... Superman ......"
As if to confirm a positive direction for his uncertain promise, a flash of fire suddenly rose in the sky not far away.
"This!" Bruce was lying on the rooftop in horror, his clear eyes reflecting the flames that rose into the air at a rapid pace, and he felt a real creep in his heart!
Serena grabbed Ryan's arm and shook it, and it was self-evident.
No matter what their names were, or what they would become in the future, at least for the moment they were still teenagers.
In the heart of a teenager, there is never a lack of justice and fairness.
At this moment, as human beings, they felt the injustice and unfairness of what their camp had done to an alien.
After the complex emotions surged, a wave of blood rushed to the top of his head.
"Save him!" The two spoke in unison.
Not far away.
A warplane landed from the sky in front of the big bat and Barry.
Barry was shocked, but the big bat rolled over and jumped into the plane, saying, "Aren't you fast? Later, if they come back, then you can find a way to get it to target you and lure it back to Gotham Harbor."
"Good...... Wait, what's that?" Barry suddenly pointed to the sky.
The big bat looked up, its pupils suddenly shrank, and its hands tightened.
"Alfred!" He shouted quickly.
In the headphones, the old voice sounded, "As you can see, they launched a nuclear bomb."
Although it had been expected for a long time, the big bat still couldn't help but twitch after hearing the answer.
However, adults and teenagers are not the same after all.
He stared at the sky with a complicated expression until ......
The night sky suddenly brightened, and the red flames lit up the sky and illuminated the city.
The big bat's eyes twitched, and Barry's body shook.
"It's late!"
Bruce stared blankly at the sky, and Selina couldn't believe what was in front of her.
The kryptonite spear fell from Louise's hand, but she didn't have time to pick it up because Martha had already fainted in her arms.
Ryan smiled coldly.
"Tell me, what have you learned?"
Bruce and Selina didn't answer, as if they hadn't heard him at all, and there was no doubt that the world view of the two little ones had just been shocked.
Lane didn't press the question, but instead said, "Teach you the first rule, never easily trust people who are in different camps or positions, no matter who they are, and no matter what they represent."
When the two of them turned their heads to look at each other, Ryan rose into the air, "Don't worry, he can't die."
As the words fell, he suddenly accelerated, and quickly rushed into the flames in the sky that had not yet dissipated.
Just as they were about to break through the atmosphere, a blood-colored day of destruction fell.
The light inside its body was even more intense than it was, especially the blood light in its eyes, which was so dense that it almost overflowed.
It saw Ryan, and two rays burst out of its eyes.
Ryan's golden pupils lit up, and golden light energy erupted.
The body soared into the sky, and the golden light also pressed the rays in the eyes of the Destruction Sun to quickly push back.
As the two approached, Ryan swept up behind it and pressed his palm on its waist.
In an instant, a clear palm print sank deep into Doom's back, and the broken bones pushed up the blood-colored skin next to it.
A terrible howl resounded through the sky, and Doom Sun suddenly fell to the ground at an even faster speed.
"Rubbish!" Dropping a word, Ryan rushed into space without looking back.
There was an instant silence in my ears.
Superman floats in a vacuum.
Ryan came across from him, blocking out the sun.
At this time, Clark's whole body was atrophied, and his skin and bones looked like a dried corpse.
But.
Ryan aimed one hand at his heart.
In a few moments, bright red blood seeped from under his skin, pierced through his undamaged suit, and fell into Ryan's palm.
Unlike fusing Zod's blood, after Clark's blood entered his body, he seemed to instantly return to the night when he first fused Thor's blood.
Growing up with pain has become a pretty tangible description.
Ryan's mind seemed to flash through countless possibilities about himself in an instant.
Doctors, teachers, workers, lawyers, cooks, soldiers, generals, scientists, and so on have an infinite number of future that they can realize, as well as an infinite body of knowledge that is embedded in genes to be developed.
More importantly, there is the near-infinite ceiling of the children of Krypton, which originated from nature and blessed by the god of Krypton.
All this comes from the core of Krypton, the Code of Life, and from his name, Carl Ayr.
Clarke's eyelids move slightly.
Ryan exploded instantly, his body devouring all visible or invisible light in his vicinity like a black hole.
Clark fell silent again.
