Chapter 553: Return
Amosta didn't follow him into the factory, because if he appeared in front of the workers, Remus wouldn't be able to steal much of the limelight. The two of them stood a little farther away from the gate, looking at Remus, who was bringing all the workers into the beautiful white building, and for a moment, they were a little nostalgic.
"I didn't think there would be this day--"
Sirius blew his nose, his voice both joyful and sentimental,
"You know, Amosta, Remus has been the worst of all of us back then. He couldn't find a job, he couldn't live anywhere, he couldn't even eat, but he was always reluctant to accept funding from me and Jaime and Lily—"
Amosta turned his head to look at Sirius, who was wiping his reddened eyes, and his heart suddenly flooded with sympathy, Remus aside, Sirius's generation is indeed very difficult.
"James and Lily would be relieved to see Remus today."
"Life doesn't happen overnight, it's a long journey, and you all have to learn to accept the new scenery that comes your way," Amosta said with a smile, and then his expression became thoughtful again, "Speaking of which, Tonks seems to have a crush on Remus—"
"Tonks?!" Sirius' eyes widened red, "Oh, that girl and Remus!" Sirius patted her forehead in annoyance, "I said why she always likes to ask us about our Hogwarts years!" ”
Sirius's gray eyes shone with excitement,
"That is, there is a possibility that Remus will have a child?!"
"Maybe—" Amosta laughed and shook his head, "and what about your plans, Sirius, do you have no plans for the rest of your life?" ”
Sirius looked excited when he spoke of Remus, but when the topic came back to himself, his face became complicated, and after a little silence, he sighed,
"I just want to grow up with Harry."
"In a way, you and Severus are quite alike."
Amosta said calmly, both of them have a deep obsession with Harry's parents, and even do not hesitate to abandon themselves.
"Oh, that." Sirius looked gloomy.
This is the end of the conversation about life, waiting for Remus to come out, and the two of them chatting casually, Amosta warns Sirius that after Remus's affairs, his situation in the ministry may be more difficult, but Sirius is quite unimpressed.
Not to mention Amosta's connections, he also has some connections in the Ministry, most of his classmates from Hogwarts who joined the Ministry of Magic are now in important positions, and more importantly, Sirius is 'his own man' to the Ministry, because he comes from the Black family.
Even if Scrimgeour wanted to deal with him, he had to worry about that.
An hour later, Remus poured out of the office building surrounded by a large crowd, and after saying goodbye to the cheerful workers, Remus trotted all the way to them, and both Amosta and Sirius could easily see the excitement in Remus's eyes, like a little wizard who had achieved excellent grades in the OWLS exam.
"Looks like you're popular?"
Amosta asked with a slight smile on her brows.
"The workers were caught off guard by the transformation of the workshop, and I told them that the workshop would resume production as soon as possible, and I promised to give them a 10% increase in salary!"
A full-grown wizard has always had a lot of energy, but Remus's status has kept him from doing anything serious for most of the decade or so, and now, managing the workshop seems to have given him confidence and a grounded future, and he babbles on and on about some of his plans to Amosta and Sirius, and this spirit makes Remus seem to be several years younger at once.
"Time is precious--"
Remus said,
"I will leave for Italy with Jin Ge this afternoon, and I am ready to sign a cooperation agreement for all related accessories within a month, and the assembly workshop here will be restructured during this period to meet the production needs of the new machine!"
Production, operation, sales - this series of things is indeed complicated, looking at the appearance of Remus, I can't wait to immediately devote myself to this complicated work.
"I've got to go back to Hogwarts, too—"
Amosta said to Sirius and Remus,
"Durmstrang and Beauxbatons will be at Hogwarts tomorrow afternoon, I'll have to go back early and get ready, according to the schedule, the first game will be on November 24th, and if time permits, you can come and visit—"
"Triwizard Tournament"
Unexpectedly, Sirius didn't show much excitement, instead looking at Amosta with a frown,
"You and Dumbledore must be ready. I mean, it's an opportunity, and if somebody wants to do Harry against him, they're going to find a way to get Harry involved and cause some surprises--"
The light in Amosta's eyes flickered as deep as the abyss,
"Rest assured, Harry won't be in danger."
With Amosta's assurance, Sirius didn't seem so worried, but he still couldn't be completely reassured, Harry was too much like his father, and many times, it wasn't trouble that found him, it was he who was looking for trouble.
"By the way--" Remus said suddenly, "something--"
Remus pulled a money bag out of his pocket and handed it to Amosta,
"It's a thousand Galleons, I gave Fred and George, the two little ones—"
Remus said apologetically,
"Running a workshop is many times more than I thought it would be, and I'm afraid I won't have time to fulfill my promise to them and set up a shop with them, but I promised Fred and George the investment, and I have to give them it, so, can you please help me pass it on, I will write to Fred and George to apologize—"
"These two little guys have made a lot of investment during this time--"
Sirius put aside his worries about Harry, and Amosta, who had made Remus's request, said with a smile,
"In the previous Quidditch Cup final, Fred, George, and Ron were all involved in Bagman's banking, and they all won the results, I guess. A few of them got at least one or two thousand gold galleons from Bagman! ”
"Bagmandi gambling?"
Amosta raised an eyebrow in surprise, then shook his head with a smirk.
"Oh, thank goodness, you still know to come back?"
Amosta used Fawkes to go directly back to Dumbledore's office, ready to inform Dumbledore about the results of Remus's handling of the matter, but it happened that Professor McGonagall was also here, she was surprised by the sudden appearance of Amosta, but after reacting, she immediately said indignantly,
"Why don't you wait until the Triwizard Tournament is over to come back, Amosta, then you won't have anything to do!"
"As long as I keep paying my salary, I don't have a problem, ahem--"
Amosta chuckled a few times, but at the sight of Professor McGonagall's stern eyes, he immediately turned his laughter into a cough
"I mean, Headmaster Dumbledore is the one who can take ideas, Professor—"
"We want to hear different opinions, Amosta--"
Dumbledore smiled softly, he clearly knew that Remus was fine, and was satisfied with the outcome of Amosta's treatment.
"We're discussing tomorrow night's menu and need to make some adjustments considering our guests may not be comfortable with Hogwarts food—"
Professor McGonagall, who didn't want the topic to go astray, said with a tiger face,
"Also, I wonder if I need to convince the students of Beauxbatons and Durmstrang to live in the castle, after all, they have come from afar, and Hogwarts has to show manners and manners, and by the way, the Goblet of Fire!"
"What's wrong with the Goblet of Fire?"
Amosta asked with concern, this is far more important than the menu and accommodation.
"The Ministry of Magic sent someone to bring the Goblet of Fire to Hogwarts yesterday--"
Dumbledore looked at Amosta and blinked his blue eyes,
"Because you're not at school, the Goblet of Fire is currently in Argus' office. I think it's better for you to keep it, Amosta, Argus feared that something might go wrong, and stayed in his office, and even didn't get a night's rest last night. ”
"Ah, yes--"
Amosta smiled undeniably,
"See, leave it to me, I'm not going to let those naughty little wizards find a chance to do it-"
