So what is "I", I don't need to have an answer first, and I need to feel it. When people open their eyes to the world, they often forget how to look at their inner body and mind, and it is even more difficult to achieve a state of inner vision. And to enter the initial realm to cultivate, it is to use this as a path, and each sect may have its own secret method, but the metaphysics is similar.

For example, those who practice "curtain reverse listening" start with pranayama, and listen to the sound of breathing in silence gradually become imperceptible, and enter the extreme quiet.
