Trick 28 "Grandma's Temple"

On this side of the land of China, every inch of land is guarded by a god, which may be our hope for peace and hope, or perhaps there is indeed a god who protects us in the dark.

I have talked about the legend of the stone cave in my hometown of Aishan, and now I will talk about the legend of Grandma Aishan, the guardian god of Aishan, and related supernatural events.

Legend has it that the Dragon King of the East China Sea married his beloved daughter to the river dragon of Yihe as his wife, but after marriage, the little dragon of Yihe was not good to the dragon girl, and even sent the dragon girl to Aishan to shepherd sheep. The dragon girl was very painful, so she had the idea of committing suicide, but it happened that a scholar passed by here, because he admired the name of Aishan, so he went up the mountain and happened to meet the dragon girl. The dragon girl asked the scholar to bring her letter to the dragon king, hoping that her father could come to rescue her. When the dragon king saw the letter, he quickly sent the prince to the Yihe River to eradicate the little dragon, and rescued the dragon girl in Aishan, and the parents and daughter were reunited.

After the dragon girl returned home, in order to repay the kindness of the scholar, she was willing to make a promise. Soon after, the newlyweds came to the starting point of fate, Aishan, for an excursion. When visiting Aishan, the dragon girl also used clouds to rain to protect the local seedlings from drought.

For this reason, people at the foot of Aishan for the dragon girl to build a grandmother temple, the world's temples, are the temple door facing south, the grandmother temple is no exception, who knows that on the night of completion, the dragon girl appeared in the real body, pull off the golden hairpin on the head to the temple door to the east, this is also the dragon girl in order to express the feelings of missing relatives in the hometown of the East China Sea.

Since then, it is said that whenever there is a drought, people will go to the temple to pray for rain, and they will respond to their requests and have abnormal results.

On the western slope of Aishan, there is a mausoleum surnamed Liu, commonly known as "Liu Lin". In front of the mausoleum stands a stone tablet that reads "The Tomb of Aishan Liu". The word is as big as the mouth of the bowl, the pen is strong, rigid and soft, chic and free, neither titled nor yearly. What's even more puzzling is that the word "tomb" is actually written as the word "Mo", why is this?

It is rumored that after the death of Liu Tongxun in the Qing Dynasty, whether to be buried in Liu Lin in Aishan or in Zhucheng in Shandong, family disputes, each with its own opinions, and indecisiveness. Liu Yong, the son of Liu Tongxun, who was a scholar of Dongge University at the time, came up with a way to get the best of both worlds, placing his father's mausoleum in Zhucheng, and erecting a stone tablet in the ancestral tomb of Liu Lin in Aishan, so as to find his roots and worship his ancestors. Liu Yong is a cheerful person, and immediately appointed Liu Quan, a master of his clan, to handle it.

Liu Quan led his family to dig a big bluestone on Tangtangbu Mountain in the west of Aishan, engraved it into a stone stele, and recruited local calligraphy masters to write a banner of "Aishan Liu's Tomb", and selected the best ones to enter the stele. As a result, ink artists from all over the world gathered here, showing paper and brushes, each showing their kung fu. Liu Quan, who was in charge of this matter, read them one by one and felt that they were mostly ordinary and very disappointing.

On this day, it coincided with the temple fair of Aishan Grandma Temple, and Wang Xiwen, a native of Aishanhou Village, who was the teacher of Emperor Jiaqing, was returning to his hometown to visit his ancestors, and also came to Grandma Temple to worship incense. He listened to people talking about writing inscriptions, and he was not moved. Wang Xiwen glanced through the hanging banners, his thick eyebrows furrowed. Because although the characters are written in different ways, they are all poor in terms of pen movement, structure and temperament.

Suddenly, he was very bookish and wanted to try his pen. Liu Quan looked at it, and the person who came was magnificent, with clear eyebrows and beautiful eyes, and he was a university scholar. That is, let people invite the four treasures of the study, and ask Mr. to give the ink treasure. At this time, Wang Xiwen opened his arms, spread the paper and ink, and waved it. Liu Quan couldn't help but be surprised when he saw it. I saw the six big characters of "Aishan Liu's Tomb", simple and vigorous, rigid and soft, chic and elegant, quite the charm of the book saint Wang Xi, which can be passed down through the ages. So he exclaimed: "What a famous master, this inscription is worthy of the ancestors." ”

When he was overjoyed, he suddenly found that the word "tomb" was written as the word "Mo", why is this? Liu Quan hurriedly sent someone to ask, and Wang Xiwen had already left at this time. Liu Quan hung this banner on the façade for friends to evaluate. When the inkmen saw the word, they were surprised and thought that the shot was extraordinary, but the word "tomb" was less "soil", and there were different opinions. Liu Quan was also helpless. When he was in distress, someone suddenly reported: Lord Liu Yong came from Zhucheng to check on the matter.

At this time, Liu Quan was relieved and hurriedly asked Liu Yongpin to evaluate the winner. Liu Yong looked at it and said to himself: "This is the big pen of the imperial history of the court!" When Liu Quan heard this, he was very happy and asked: "This person has profound knowledge and profound calligraphy skills, why did he write the tomb character as Mo characters?" Liu Yong smiled and said without thinking: "This is not difficult to understand! The monument is erected on the ground, and the earth is not earth! Calligraphy, everyone cherishes ink like gold, why bother?" After Liu Quan heard this, Fang suddenly realized and said: "This inscription is left to future generations, let them guess the riddle." ”

Of course, in addition to these legends, there are also some local stories of grandma temple apparitions and rescues, and everyone competes to recite them, which makes the locals more convinced of the miracle of Aishan grandma temple.

This is the personal experience of Xiaoqiu's family who live near Aishan, in our cemetery is called woodland, and some are called Lao Lin, Xiaoqiu's grandfather's family lives in a place very close to Lao Lin, and some strange things will inevitably happen when it is close.

Xiao Qiuniang has been in poor health since she was a child, and she should have started to become tough in her twenties, this incident should have happened when she was "fourteen or fifteen" years old, when someone in the village got married; In the past, I got married very early, and I had to go to the bride's house at two or three o'clock in the morning.

So Xiao Qiu Niang walked alone on the path to catch up with the first grandfather, at this time it was still very dark, grandpa's house was on a small slope, and he had to turn a corner on the road, Xiao Qiu Niang felt that his feet were empty when he turned the corner, as if he suddenly sank down, at that time Xiao Qiu Niang felt very scared, just at this time a car came on the road, and the feeling of fear in his heart suddenly dissipated a lot, taking advantage of this vacancy Xiao Qiu Niang hurriedly left.

When the wedding banquet began, Xiao Qiuniang suddenly felt uncomfortable, and always felt that she wanted to cry and cry, but she didn't know why she wanted to cry, and then she told her grandmother that she was not feeling well and went home first.

After going home, I was out of control, crying all the time, crying all the time, and I don't know why I was crying, I felt particularly wronged, and it was useless for everyone to persuade her. As soon as I walked to the entrance of the village, I saw an old lady sitting under a big tree on the side of the road, as if she was waiting there on purpose.

"Girl, why are you here, have you been feeling unwell lately?"

It's really amazing, Xiaoqiu also wondered how she knew, Xiaoqiu's grandmother told her about the situation, the old lady listened, and told her grandmother that Xiaoqiu Niang met a ghost on the road, so she kept crying, and felt particularly wronged, just go home and burn the paper to send it, listen to it, grandma wants to give the old lady some money as a thank you, but the old lady doesn't accept it, and immediately said 'If you want to thank you, go to the mountain grandma temple on the three pillars of fragrance' and turn around and leave, Then grandma went home and burned paper, and sent it for three days, and the unjust ghost, Xiaoqiu Niang, was fine.

Later, Xiaoqiu Niang told Xiaoqiu that it was the first time she had encountered something unclean, and she was indeed soft, so she would encounter these evil things. However, fortunately, I met the grandmother temple apparition, and since then, Xiaoqiu Niang will go to the temple to burn incense every festival, and this matter has spread to ten miles and eight towns for a long time.

Grandma Temple is located on the main peak of Aishan Mountain, which is a Taoist architectural site. Grandma Temple was built in the Ming Dynasty, in the temple is dedicated to a local god, for the female figure, is revered by people called Aishan Grandma, which should be influenced by the god of Taishan Grandma.

It is said that Liu Yong, the prime minister of the Qing Dynasty, also known as Liu Luoguo, once came to Aishan to worship his ancestors and presided over the rebuilding of the grandmother temple. Grandma Temple is sitting in the north and facing south, and it is a two-entry courtyard in three rows before and after. In the temple, there is a wooden statue of Grandma Aishan, and there are golden boys and girls on both sides of the statue.

In addition, there is a stele and three pillars at the temple site. The stele is erected on the east side of the front yard of the nave, and the three pillars are erected on the east side in front of the temple gate of the front hall. The inscriptions were clearly legible in the sixties of the twentieth century, but unfortunately they were destroyed around 1970, and the remaining inscriptions are no longer legible.

I think that whether they are true or not, these stories and historical sites that can be passed down to this day are worthy of our protection.
