At the same time, the right palm slowly descends from the Tanzhong acupoint to the palm to the navel. Hold this position. The internal idea remains the same as above. Do this for three minutes, moving from natural breathing to deep, long, slow breathing.
Closing pose: the arms rise from the side of the body to the top of the head to the palms facing each other, and then the palms are down, the ten fingers are facing each other, and the front of the body descends from the chest, and at the same time bends the knees and squats slightly until the lower abdomen is separated; Rise on your own side, slowly straighten your knees at the same time, repeat three times, draw an arc from the side of the body to the front of the body, until the front of the abdomen overlap the palms, the left hand is inside, the right hand is outside, caress the navel and rests for a minute, the two palms are naturally separated, and the preparatory pose is restored.
The above is the most basic operation: "Bian Xi, after the exercise, you can collect the surrounding aura into the body, this is the last link of the practice, and it is also a very important link, do not do it hastily, you must do it seriously." ”
