2023/12/21 The significance of frequent job changes

Frequent job changes, is it to gain their own knowledge, or is it a blind toss?

I have done at least 60 of the 365 lines, and even went to a very insulting MLM company. Seven years ago, I was most talked about by others that I didn't have a stable job, and I will tell you again that when I first entered the society, these friends around me all had stable jobs and had a salary of thousands of yuan every month, but what about me? It may be a thousand this month, two thousand next month, and there will be no pay for the next month.

At that time, I was a straggler, working every once in a while, and my friends had a constant income, but you will find that they have always been comfortable in their comfort zone, and I have been constantly tossing and turning in society, so the gap between us will widen. They're still earning a few thousand dollars a month, and I'm still keeping a record of not having a job for the next month, but you know what? My horizons will broaden as I change jobs all the time. I saw a bigger world, and I knew that there was not only stability in this world, but also opportunity.

Have you ever been to a company that specializes in finding graduate students as clients and writing papers for them? I earn dozens of dollars a month, and I still make unrealistic fantasies every day, shouting slogans, doing money grabbing exercises, and copying speech drills. It just has a bunch of speech paper, let you buy three phone cards, register Xiaohongshu to find customers, chat with college students, and then you can't see anything in the specific operation, and you can coax college students to pay money, as for what papers are not papers, I didn't look at it at all after I went anyway.

I have reported this company to the police, but the police Shu Huang came and couldn't arrest the boss, because they have formal qualifications, but they are engaged in pyramid schemes, and they are very insulting to employees, so they will give you dozens of yuan or a thousand, whether the salary is more, and there is no way for them to do labor arbitration, after all, they are interns who have just come to the company, and they have not signed a contract, and they are all arbitrarily formulated. It was renting an office building and telling stories to employees and customers in it, and that thing needed to build momentum and become a nationally renowned publishing company. At that time, I thought that there was another kind of person in the world who seemed to be successful on the surface, but at heart he was a vampire who was more hateful than a liar. But do you know who this kind of person or this kind of company is cheating? The college students who cheat, the fresh graduates who are not deeply involved in the world, and the ones who cheat are the workplace novices who don't understand the industry.

So you say, after understanding an industry, is it important for us to improve our own cognition? It's important.

Regardless of whether the industry wants you to take money out of your pocket, or whether you find out that you have been deceived after going through it, this is an experience for us to break into the workplace in the future. Professionals who have been deceived know exactly what this kind of scammer does. They're at work, we're wandering, and it's such a cognitive difference.

What other company did I work for? Insurance company.

The insurance company is mixed, and the games are all some fancy intestines, and people who don't turn their brains can't stay here for long. I went to the Chinese People's Insurance Company in Laizhou Yinzi Building, and there was no psychological pressure to work here. Although, with the "help" of an honest-looking eldest brother, I paid 2,000 yuan to buy insurance for his wife at my own expense, and earned a little commission, but more I still experienced the sinister nature of this industry. In order to earn money for children to go to school, some of the brothers and sisters in the company will not get along with you.

At first, it was car insurance, then it was property insurance, and then life insurance and investment insurance. I originally didn't plan to work for a long time in the Chinese People's Insurance Company, because I met Jiang Zhiquan, who had learned to drive together, and I thought that he could still get along with him, so I thought about trying to work here. First of all, it will give you a few days of training, brainwashing, and then give you words, memorize it, and then go to fool some of the customers on the list. Although, in addition to the one that I paid for others to buy insurance, I didn't have a deal later, but I still gained sincere friendship, and now after leaving from PICC, some old colleagues still keep their WeChat accounts. Later, my father took me to take the insurance that I had become a single and withdrew half of the money, insurance is indeed a kind of protection, but for me who was not mature at that time, it was indeed a pit. The scale of Chinese insurance is large, how many people can it deceive in a year, right?

From there, I knew that sales weren't all about skills, they were all about words. It's my experience over the years that makes me feel that this world is incredible, and you haven't seen those strange things at all.

Therefore, the experience I learned from these companies that I used to work for gave me a different perspective on the world. After countless tosses and setbacks, I finally began to realize that changing jobs frequently was not my path to growth. So, I started to look for a career direction that really belonged to me. I started from scratch and learned to write, and slowly, my work began to attract attention and my followers gradually increased. In this process, I deeply realized that only by doing what I love can I truly put in my energy and gain a sense of accomplishment.

At the same time, I also realized the importance of continuous learning in this era of information explosion. So, I started using my spare time to improve my professional skills. I studied psychology, philosophy, marketing, and many other fields to build a solid foundation for my career. In the process, I have made a group of like-minded friends from all walks of life, with a wealth of experience and deep heritage. We communicate, discuss, learn from each other, and grow together. Their presence made me realize that the world is so vast that there are countless possibilities waiting for us to explore.

Today, I am no longer the wandering professional wanderer, but an entrepreneur with my own career direction. Although there will still be difficulties and challenges, I firmly believe that as long as I stick to the cause I love and continue to improve myself, I will be able to achieve my life goal one day. Looking back, I am grateful to those former companies and colleagues who made me see the diversity of the world and made me understand that life is not always easy. Every experience, whether it is a setback or a success, is a valuable asset on my life path. It is these experiences that have allowed me to continue to grow, broaden my horizons, and make me more determined to move towards the future.

Therefore, I want to tell those friends who are still confused, don't be afraid of tossing, don't be afraid of failure. It is only through countless attempts and setbacks that we can find our true path. And in this process, we must learn to persevere, learn to learn, and learn to cherish every experience. Only in this way can we truly grow and have our own business.
