2023/12/31 Success is built over time
Time is a precious asset for everyone. For the rich, their time is more precious, because a waste means a loss of wealth. And for people with average economic conditions, they can't waste time either, because once wasted, they may never have a chance to turn over when they are old.
Every successful result is bought over time. If you want to achieve something in a certain field, you need to start from a young age, starting from a few years old, teenagers, through long-term polishing and accumulation, it is possible to achieve great success in a few decades.
However, as we get older, we often find that we don't have the patience, stamina, focus, and imagination to concentrate on polishing our abilities. It is also difficult for us to control our attention, and even because of the pressure of family, work, and the responsibility of raising children, we cannot focus on improving our competitiveness.
Still, many people make excuses to explain that they can't find time to study on their own. They may say that the family is financially stressed, too busy at work, has no time, etc. However, ask yourself, are these really reasons why you can't learn on your own? Has it really reached the point where you can't squeeze out any time except for eating, sleeping, going to the toilet, washing, and working?
In fact, the crux of the matter is not time, but our attitude towards time. Many people don't really lack time, but they don't want to spend time and energy learning because of laziness, procrastination, self-abandonment, self-limitation, and self-denial.
Therefore, we should cherish every minute and every second of our time and strive to improve our abilities. Only in this way can we be invincible in the future competition.
Time is undoubtedly a precious resource for all people. Especially for people with better economic conditions, the waste of time is equivalent to the loss of wealth. And for people with average economic conditions, they should not take time lightly, because once they miss it, they may face greater pressure in life when they are older.
Success in any field is not achieved overnight, it requires a long period of investment and accumulation. If you want to make a difference in a specific field, you often need to start from an early age and go through decades of tempering every day before you can reap great results later in life.
However, as we age, many people find that their patience, stamina, focus, and imagination gradually weaken, and it is difficult for them to devote themselves to improving their abilities. External factors such as family, work pressures and parenting responsibilities also often distract us and make it difficult for us to focus on improving our personal competitiveness.
Still, many people look for reasons why they can't find time to study on their own. They may stress about financial pressures, busy work, etc., but when you think about it, are these really good enough reasons not to learn on your own? Have we reached a point where we can no longer squeeze in any time to study, apart from basic living needs and work?
In fact, the core of the problem is not the amount of time, but our attitude towards time. Many people are not really short of time, but are unwilling to devote the necessary time and energy to learning due to laziness, procrastination, self-limitation, etc.
Therefore, we should cherish every moment and every second and actively improve our personal capabilities. Only in this way will we be able to stay ahead of the competition in the future.
