Is it the heart of heaven and earth, the qi of heaven and earth, and the body is not the body of heaven and earth?

There is a poem that says: "The whole qi of the complex returns to heaven and earth, and natural life and death have nothing to do with it." Who knows that it is filled with Qiankun, and there is only one pill in my body. ”

If heaven and earth do not have this benevolence, they will also flow into dead things, and they will be respected as heaven and earth.

Heaven and earth, as well as people and all things between heaven and earth, are all tangible entities formed by the condensation of yin and yang.
As long as the yin and yang of the human body and the yin and yang of heaven and earth are mixed into one, the qi of the human body is synchronized with heaven and earth, the heart is the same as the heart of heaven and earth, the qi is the same as the qi of heaven and earth, and the same breath and destiny with heaven and earth, that is, it has achieved the true sense of "the unity of heaven and man"!
However, because it is a "method of doing nothing" and is not something that can be done by man, there is no "artificial" method or "deliberate" means of cultivation.

Being the same as heaven and earth, living the same sun and moon, for an ordinary person, it is already an incredible thing, just like the dragon and the dove who can only flutter in the treetops can't understand the Dapeng who is swaying up to 90,000 miles, and the obscure fungus and the cockroach who don't know the spring and autumn can't understand the 8,000-year-old Tsubaki who is spring and 8,000 years old is autumn.
However, "although the turtle is long, there is still a time", the day when the world will be destroyed and die will come after all, which is not unfounded for ordinary people, but for a person who has aspirations, it is a problem that must be seriously considered.
Beyond heaven and earth is too void, what is too void? It seems to be a kind of existence that no one can explain clearly, heaven and earth have tangible qi, too void is beyond heaven and earth, then too void and formless qi can be spoken, formless and imageless, no inside and no outside, it is a realm of pure emptiness and silence.
When you enter the realm of the void, you will get rid of the shackles of life and death in heaven and earth, and will not be bound by the law of restraint of the five elements, which is "life and death", and enter the realm of pure emptiness without life and death, and without birth and death!
However, how can a physical and qi person be the same as the void?
He replied: "Those who have physical qi but invisible qi forget their form and forget their qi, and those who have a mind and body but no mind and body forget their heart and body." ”
This is what Zhuangzi called "things and I forget".

Kunpeng Wanli is already a divine thing for ordinary people, but for those who cultivate the Tao, they have not yet entered the highest and absolutely free "free realm".
When the void is shattered, there is no body, that is, what Zhuangzi said, there is no self, there is no self inside, there is nothing outside, and there is emptiness inside and outside, which is the "vacuum".

So, where is the "extreme rule"?
There are "extreme rules" and they need to be "proven", these are purely thoughtful thinking activities, so isn't that contradictory to "shattering the void"?
