The cavity word is empty with flesh, and the empty place on the back is slightly lower than the heart, the so-called nihilism.

If you can keep what you can, and if you stop at your back, your heart will always be on your back.

When the heart is always on the back, the water will naturally rise and fall, and the whole body will breathe.

This is the first order of the Nine Sequences of Mental Method, that is, to start with Kung Fu, which is called "Gen Back", and the Trinity Patriarch borrowed the "Gen Hexagram" to lead the beginners, and its meaning is not profound.

In the Book of Changes, the basic symbol of the "Gen hexagram" is "mountain", and its basic hexagram meaning is "stop", and the "Gen hexagram" expounds the principle of suppressing evil desires and greed, so the patriarch's "Gen back method" is also "the method of peace of mind and concentration", also known as the method of washing the mind or bathing.

The "Gen Back Method" is the great method of entry, which requires beginners to clean up the overflowing heart, hide their thoughts in their backs, stop their thoughts with thoughts, disillusion with disillusionment, and detach themselves from delusion, so as to prove their own true heart, that is, "the heart of the void spirit".

And this is also the practice that Trinity people have to carry out when they are first introduced, and it is the only way for Trinity people to comprehend "what is empty", and only after completing this process can it be regarded as a real entry.

The day is 365 degrees, and I am a small world.

Walking on the heavens of the week, we must gather pure qi in the heaven and earth of my body to hold the gods, and disperse the turbid qi outside the heaven and earth of my body to refine the form.

Zhou Tian is in court, and the effect is to stand up.

Above the umbilicus, about four fingers, that is, the middle wrist, not forward, not backward, not left or right, east wood, west gold, south fire, north water, middle earth, that is, on the soil pole.

Feel a golden needle, communicate from back to front, and from the golden needle between the silk, silently recite the umbilicus an inch, turn left to the east and leave, and turn right to the west to cross the kan, and the cycle repeats.

The first small is getting bigger, the big is getting smaller, the bottom is not the dovetail, and the upper is not the god pass.

The initial intention is to lead, the fire is rotated, the time is to pay attention, the neutral pole, go with the flow, and conform to its solidity.

If you don't turn around, you have to take it several times, which is the essence of accumulating refining qi and reversing yin and yang.

The more familiar it is, the more it will rotate, and the trick in the soil is empty.

"Yi" said: "Go to the court, but not see the person." That's the time to go.

However, this is the great method of dispersing turbidity and nourishing deficiency, if you are sick, then you will move your heart to the affected area, turn around, and scatter your limbs out, then the blood will flow freely and the qi will flow freely.

This "Zhou Tian Gong Method" is the "Foundation Building" method of the Trinity Sect, which conforms to the "reverse birth" criterion of the Trinity Sect of cultivating "nature" first, then refining "Qi", and then establishing "life", and is also the foundation of all practice.

Zhou Tian was originally an astronomical term that refers to the great circumference of the celestial sphere visible to the human eye, and Kong Yingda's "Book of Rites: The Lunar Order" explains Zhou Tian: "All the 28 Nakshatras and the stars follow the heavens to the left, and one day and one night are the days of the week."

Since ancient times, the inner Dan technique of the Daomen has regarded the human body as a small world, and used the Zhou Tian to compare the cycle of alchemy or the trajectory of the qi in the exercises.

In the Neidan exercises, Zhou Tian usually refers to the "Meridian Zhou Tian", or "Ren Du Zhou Tian", the route of the qi machine starts from the dantian, goes down through the "tail lu" rises, runs along the spine along the back "Du Mai", passes through the "jade pillow", reaches the "mud pill", and then descends, passes through the "Queqiao", runs along the "Ren Mai", and returns to the dantian, which is for a Zhou Tian.

In this way, the clear qi gathers in the body and the turbid qi disperses outside the body, and the inner qi gradually becomes clear and condensed, and can be sent and received at will.

As soon as the stagnant qi is dispersed, the spirit is clear from the void, and the form is clear and refreshing.

To clear the customs, it is necessary to go from the middle pole of the soil three times a week;

Go straight down to the middle pole, divide into two ways and make a circle several times through the bone joint, and rotate the surface of the two feet to the middle finger;

Rotate the soles of the feet, turn the heels, and go up the elbows to the tail to cooperate all the way;

Turn left to right and do the same three times as a week;

Rotate straight from the middle of the spine to the shoulders, separate the backs of the two hands, turn the middle finger into the hand, re-turn the shoulders, twist the ears on both sides of the head, to the mud pills, spin down the eyes, from the nose and mouth to the middle wrist, turn to the right, and do it three times a week;

And they did it separately nine times, or twenty-one times, or forty-nine times, and did it twice a day in the morning and evening, and walked, dwelt, sit, and lay down as one, and the more the better.

When it doesn't work, the intention is to focus on the yellow neutral extreme, this circulation bloodline, the work is diligent in the early evening, the news is self-seeing, and all kinds of diseases can be cured.

This method of clearing the form refining can make the seven knots communicate and the knots are bright.

If the illness is only in the middle of the place, luck will dissipate the suffering, and when it is not done, you must sit upright and cover the umbilicus with your left hand to make the spirit condense, and then do it.

The first and second preface kung fu of the "Nine Sequences of Mental Method" - "Gen Back" and "Xingting", focuses on removing distracting thoughts and delusions, cultivating true qi, and accumulating true qi to a certain extent.

However, there are many tricks around the body that make it difficult to do so, so it is necessary to mobilize the qi to break through the various levels, so that the qi machine runs endlessly, so as to achieve the purpose of tempering the body and establishing one's own "life".

At the same time, the work of these three sequences is also the "Great Zhou Tian Gong Method", and the operation of its true qi is not limited to the three levels, nor is it limited to only running between the meridians, but to do the clearance of the whole body and limbs and hundreds of veins.

Therefore, this method can also solve the second sequence of the court exercises, after all, beginners will inevitably make mistakes due to impatience, and the mind comes from the mind, the heart belongs to the fire, and too much attention often leads to fire, which requires the release of fire, running the Great Zhou Tian Gong Method, you can disperse the fire and remove the heat, seek the balance of yin and yang, and harmonize the qi and blood.

The top of the heavens and the bottom of the earth are 84,000 miles apart, and between the heavens and the earth is 42,000 miles.

The human heart is a small world, and the heart umbilicus is eight inches and four minutes, and the heart umbilicus is four inches and two minutes.

What is the one who says the earth? East wood, West gold, South fire, North water, Middle Earth also.

Gou can be a little benevolent with my body, and settle in the middle to raise also, water and fire are both good, is the Yin Dan, the water will stop and irrigate, and the fire will be subdued and warm.

Clearance and refinement, the body is clear, the veins are smooth, the whole body is clear, refreshed, and then followed by "Azuchi Dunren".

The patriarch of the Trinity Sect "Mr. Sanjiao" inherited the concept of the unity of heaven and man in the previous generations, regarded the human body as a small world, and believed that the distance between heaven and earth was 84,000 miles, so the center point was 42,000 miles.

The heart umbilical cord is between heaven and earth, the heart umbilical cord is eight inches and four minutes apart, then the center point is at the place of four inches and two minutes, and the heart umbilical cord is actually the "court" of the "Xingting", that is, the yellow court or Huangzhong, corresponding to the five elements of the earth.

Look at the word "benevolence" again, it is actually a knowing word, from the person from the two, and the two are also.

People, two, two sides of the left and right combination of the word "benevolence", will mean that the two people love each other, and people, two sides can also be combined up and down to create the word "yuan".

"Shuowen" contains: "Yuan, the beginning."

The words ren and yuan are very different in modern usage, but the two words are synonymous when examining the origin of the word.

The unity of the two is like the constituence of a man and a woman, which is the initial stage of life; The kernel of the fruit is also the result of the sperm of the male and female, the core, the kernel is also, so the kernel is usually called the kernel, and the kernel is the basis for the birth of new life.

Extended to the realm of human life, "benevolence" is nothing more than the twins of human beings, and although it is only an embryo and a fruit core, it contains endless vitality.

And "Mr. Sanjiao" also said: "Yu tastes the plagiarism: Confucius's so-called 'benevolence', that is, the great fruit, is endless, and benevolence is in it." From the yes and the bud, and the strip and the solid, Ye Ran gorgeous, salty in the fruit of the kernel. ”

The kernel hides the endless vitality, and then the germination, growth, flowering and fruiting, showing the scene of "brilliant beauty", are all biochemical from the "kernel" in the kernel.

Therefore, the word "benevolence" has two meanings:

In fact, it is the embryo of yin and yang, and it is the vitality of endless life. The imaginary finger is the benevolence in the five virtues of benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom, and faith, and the heart of benevolence.

In the main theory of "Mr. Sanjiao", "benevolence" is the "benevolence" of the five virtues and the heart of benevolence, and in the "Nine Sequences of Hearts", there is the saying of "a little benevolence", which mainly refers to the endless vitality and spirit.

Finally, say "Yin Dan".

In the ancient Dan Sutra, there is a difference between Yang Dan and Yin Dan, in which Yin Dan sometimes refers to the Dan formed by the dual cultivation of men and women, but the Yin Dan usually refers to the Inner Dan, internal medicine, and true mercury, because the human body has its own Yin and Yang Qi, and there is no need to rely on the dual cultivation of Yin and Yang of men and women.

The so-called "true mercury" refers to the "yang in the yin", that is, the true yin in the hexagram, and the heart of the departed, so the Yin Dan, that is, the kung fu of cultivating the mind, will be a little "god of the void spirit" to live in the yellow, with soil to nourish it.
