Chapter 16: The Great Prophecy
"Thank you for your generosity."
In the face of Ryan's invitation, Kronos seemed to be happily accepting, not affected by his brothers and sisters beside him in the slightest.
At this time, in the womb of Mother Earth, Cleos was expressing his contempt for the 'net'. Beside him, the other Titans agreed with him, and they also did not believe that they needed the help of these elements.
Even Kronos thought so, as a god with powerful divine powers, he could do whatever he wanted with his divine powers. However, since he had a request, he still expressed his concern.
"What are you going to weave this web with? If you want, I can make a string of space tanning and give it to you as a gift. β
"No, I have a better choice."
Ryan shook his head slightly, then looked at Mother Earth with a smile.
After the request is made, it is time for the other party to take action.
"We will do what you wish, Your Highness." Mother Earth responded to Ryan's gaze, "But don't let us down for a while." β
As the words fell, Gaia held out her hand. Quietly, a strange-looking bottle appeared.
It was shaped like a woman's organ to give birth to offspring, and the bottle was intricately deceitful, with an unknown golden-green gem set in the center, and Ryan felt the endless breath of life in it.
This is the "Vase of Life", a symbol of life, conception, and reproduction. Gaia herself did not possess these powers, a gift from the world to Mother Earth, which she used to irrigate vegetation and feed the new gods.
"For the next thousand years, it's yours. Although it contains the origin of Kaos's life, I warn you that there is no point in your absorption of its origin. Just as God's Source will eventually return to His Master's hands, so the life you took from the bottle will return to the world. β
A little reluctant, but Mother Earth still handed the vase to Ryan.
"Thanks for the reminder, I made a note of it."
Ryan reached out and took the vase, examining the legendary artifact, "But it seems that the origin of life can be absorbed by mortal things, at least you did when you created plants. β
"Because everything will eventually decay, and the birth of new life will also increase the power of the artifact." Gaia said calmly.
Nodding, Ryan looked at Gaia's belly, where Kronos and his eleven siblings were.
Under his gaze, the surrounding space-time began to fluctuate, and a cloud of gold and silver intertwined source power slowly emerged. This is most of Kronos's space-time origin, and given the uniqueness of space-time power, even if the origin is out of his body, he still retains most of his power.
"It can only last for five hundred years." Kronos's somewhat tired voice came: "This is the limit of what I can do, and after that, it will return to me irrepressibly." β
"That's enough." Ryan put the mass of origin away.
Time and space are the foundation of the world, and if the vase of life represents the origin of life in most of the world, then Kronos accounts for at most thirty percent of the time and space.
Ryan had even less in his hands, probably more than twenty percent of Kaos's space-time source power, but it was far more than he expected.
"I swear to the world that if you can tell me the true meaning of the prophecy, including how to truly overthrow my father, when I become the new God King, I will immediately fulfill my previous agreement with you."
Kronos's voice came again, his tone a little urgent, and Mother Earth followed suit with an oath.
The former has been delivered, and they can't wait to hear the answer.
Smiling secretly in his heart, Ryan knew that in fact, under the influence of fate and the impetus of the world, without him, Gaia and Kronos would have thought of the crux of the problem.
But the reality is that sometimes you just need to know something a minute before and it can pay you a huge reward.
Not urgently, Ryan did not hurry to tell the reason why Ouranos became the god-king. Among the three generations of god-kings, he is actually the real 'kingdom and righteousness', because this is the reward given to him by the world.
"The divine authority of the Father comes from the world, and He is the first being to conceive a divine spirit by intercourse. When he started this step, he received the symbol of masculinity, and when the Titans were born, he became the origin of patriarchy. Because of his exploits, the world gave him the throne and allowed him to rule the sky, the sea, and the earth. β
"So, how can we make him lose the favor of the world?"
Ignoring Ryan's disgraceful title of 'Titan', Kronos hurriedly asked.
"He's a male god, so he represents the masculine. He is the father, so he holds the paternal authority. Except for me, except for the primordial god and his brothers, all living beings in the world today are his descendants, which cannot be changed. β
"So," Ryan put away his smile and looked solemnly at the Earth Mother and at the King of Time and Space in his womb, "you must use the scythe to cut him off as a symbol of the male god and father." β
"When he loses this symbol, he ceases to be a male god, and the masculine power will leave him; When he loses this symbol, he can no longer have children, and the power of patriarchy will fall apart. Without these, he is still the master of the sky, but he is no longer a god-king who has merit to the world. β
Gaia was stunned, and Kronos and his siblings seemed to have lost their ability to speak. Until a moment ago, they were pondering the use of the scythe.
It was undoubtedly an artifact, but it wasn't enough to threaten the Supreme God-King. But with Ryan's interpretation, they finally understood what it was for.
The scythe was conceived in the earth, so it naturally did not hurt Gaia, and could exist in her body and flesh. At the right moment, Kronos swung that knife and it was all over.
"Is this fate?" Gaia sneered, not knowing if she was mocking the God-King or herself.
"He personally sent the knife bearer into the most suitable position, and he planted the root of the curse for himself with his own hands. My sister who is in charge of destiny, I don't know if she has seen this scene a long time ago. β
Ryan declined to comment. He knew that the Night Lady, unlike Gaia, had personified only a small part of her and the Dark Lord. Even if it is a myth of later generations, they often have no sense of existence.
"Pick a suitable time." Ryan said, "Not now, not recently, but when the God-King is completely relaxed and thinks that the prophecy has been stopped. β
"I will." Gaia said. With the answer, she didn't want to stay here anymore.
To her, Ouranos is hateful, but Ryan also makes her not want to be close. In the presence of this prophet, she always felt like a puppet at the mercy of her.
"Wait a minute, Mother."
As if sensing Gaia's distraction, Kronos suddenly spoke.
His voice was straight and powerful, and he no longer concealed his edge since he was locked in his mother's womb. Especially as Ryan revealed the key to overthrowing his Heavenly Father, his inner self-confidence grew.
But before that, he wanted to get himself an insurance policy.
"Before we depart," he said, "before we go to accomplish this great cause of subverting the God-King." β
"Exalted prophet, creator of the sequence; Lord of the Moon, God of Prophecy, as the future God-King you prophesied, I will ask you as a God-King. β
"In your eyes, holding this scythe destined to be engraved in history, can I fulfill the unanimous wish of my mother, my brothers and sisters, to overthrow the tyrannical old lord and put me on the throne?"
"In the future, will I be able to do greater deeds than my father, and rule the heavens, the earth, and the seas forever?"
After a moment of silence, Ryan didn't know what to say. This is the god-king of Kaos, even though they have witnessed the horror of the prophecy, they are still so obsessed with fate.
But Kronos had already spoken, and Ryan simply complied with his plea. Since they were so fond of prophecy, he made one last 'great prophecy' before merging with the prophecy priesthood.
Making a decision, Ryan nodded to the Earth Mother, and his eyes immediately shimmered. Gaia and the Titans were quiet, and no one wanted to disturb the prophets' observations of fate. With different thoughts, they quietly waited for the final result.
After a long time, the light in Ryan's eyes had just dissipated, and Kronos couldn't wait to ask.
"What do you see? Will I succeed? β
"You're going to make it," Ryan said calmly, coming back to his senses, "you're going to succeed in defeating your father." Although there will be a battle along the way, victory will be yours in the end. β
"But I want you to rememberβ" He looked directly at Mother Earth, as if he were looking directly at the future god-king in her womb.
"Nothing lasts forever, Kronos. You will succeed, but you will not succeed forever. β
"One day in the future, when life and death are reversed, you will understand what I am saying."
"How you get it, you lose it. You are happy with this......"
"βand they will die!"
