Chapter 17: Prelude

Nearly three hundred years have passed since the last meeting with Mother Earth.

Ryan's strength has increased again, and although he has been in Hades all these years, with the implementation of the 'calendar' and the operation of the 'month', he has still reached the level of divine power 9, which is close to the peak of the weaker divine power.

Of all his priesthoods, the [Chronology] had changed the most, and now it was a powerful priesthood that supported him to reach Divine Power Level 12. Iapertus of the Twelve Titans was even weaker than him, after all, mere [speech] was too insignificant.

But Ryan didn't care, because he knew that soon he would have a real foothold in the world of Kaos.

According to the [prophecy] of the priesthood, it may be today.

······

Odils Mountain.

It has been three hundred years since the King of God had imprisoned his heirs.

At first, Ouranos was a little apprehensive, unsure if his plan was really working

He checked the Titans from time to time, and even dissected Gaia's abdomen again. But the end result reassured him that the prophecy was indeed stopped by him.

His children remained honestly there, and there showed no sign of significant disruption in the laws of their priesthood. Except that the mother of the earth is weakening day by day, nothing unexpected happens.

Ouranos finally put his mind at ease, and he proved with facts that fate can be stopped by power.

From then on, he no longer bothered about it. He had searched for Ryan's traces for a while, after all, he had defeated the prophecy, and the god of prophecy had nothing to fear. He intended to vent his past anxieties, and he wanted the Prophet to know that nothing is absolute in the face of true power.

To Ouranos' disappointment, he searched the earth and the sea, using the power of the sky to search the world, but still found no trace of Ryan.

Maybe it's shelter in the land of eternal night, or something. ’

At least when it comes to escaping, the 'prophets' are still very capable. ’

Eventually, the god-king, who found nothing, gave up searching. He didn't want to provoke other primordial gods, but he had nothing to do, so he had to stay by his god's side all day, releasing his desires day and night.

On this day, as usual, the sky sank slightly, meeting the Odils mountain.

It is not the first time that heaven and earth have been aligned because of the actions of their personifications. But now the empty Kaos did not even have a single bystander.

"It's time." Themis said.

Unlike her siblings, the god of justice and law had been silent in the past.

She was not close to her own kindred, and her power was not great, for no one in Kaos at this time cared about justice or the law. The god-king unleashed his power, while the weak Themis could only sit back and watch in silence.

For this she blindfolded herself. Contrary to the interpretation in later mythology, she simply did not want to see this disorder at this moment.

But now, the god-king is about to be overthrown, and she is the first to cheer for her brother.

"Yes, it's time." Rhea also spoke.

Perhaps it was a similarity in the priesthood, but the goddess of the passage of time and her youngest brother had always been close. As a goddess, she was born not to be the 'firstborn', so instead of hating her brother, she was proud of his bravery.

"You're right."

"It's time."

Kronos looked up.

Reaching out, he pulled the prophesied sickle from his mother's flesh. It is not exquisite, and even a little rough. The blades of flint shimmered, and the vines of plants wrapped around the grips. Kronos shook it, and he felt boundless pain and despair.

It was the pain that Gaia suffered in giving birth to the scythe, and only the Titans who suffered with her could hold it.

Heaven and earth are at the junction, and in Gaia's womb, Kronos can clearly see this scene. His hand gripping the hilt trembled a little, both with fear and excitement.

Even now, the fear that Ouranos has brought to him for thousands of years is still there. He was afraid of his own father, just as anyone would be afraid of pain. But he still mustered up his courage, because the throne of the god-king was ahead.

I'll make it. He thought.

Hold the handle of the knife and swing it down firmly; An era is over.

······

The underworld.

Not standing on the ground, but hanging in the sky. Under the influence of divine power, Ryan looked down on the land.

"It's about to begin."

Glancing up at the top of the underworld, Ryan seemed to see through the stratum to see a scene destined to go down in history.

He didn't go up to the sidelines, not only because it was a war between the Father and the Titans, but also because he had more important things to do.

"I'm starting too."

Ryan was a little excited, and only he knew that he was going to do something that Kaos would never allow.

But at this particular moment, no one can stop him.

Ryan stared silently ahead. I don't know when the [Moon] that was originally hanging on the ground lost its trace. Its creator, the root of its existence, took it down, through the strata, to a strange place.

Now, a silvery body of light hangs above the underworld.

The soft and bright light illuminated the underworld, which had not seen the light of day for thousands of years, and the power belonging to the [Stygian Moon] in the underworld began to converge to the [Moon]. This is not only because there should be a Hades Moon here, but also because of the oath of the future God-King.

However, Ryan is well aware that Kaos will definitely take back this authority after the birth of the true Stygian Moon, which is the usual routine of the world consciousness.

It has no subjective consciousness, it only has instinct. So it never cares who a thing belongs to, it just plays by its own rules.

"But from now on, nothing like this will ever happen again."

Smiling slightly, Ryan reached out and straightened out his silver-white robe. On this important day, he still wanted to have a sense of ceremony.

He took the oracle tablet in his hand and hung the vial of life around his waist. The origin of time and space surrounded him, and Ryan walked towards the moon.

As if he hadn't touched anything, the Lord of the Moon came to the inside of the Moon. Unlike the light of the outside world, it was dark at this time. The chaotic chronology that had been bound by the orders of the God-King was wandering here. The past and the future are uncertain, the length of time has no scale, here is more like the beginning of the world, everything is so chaotic.

Looking at this scene, Ryan reached out and lifted up the origin of time and space intertwined with silver and gold. He broke it up and merged it into the space.

The original source was scattered, and it began to merge with the chaotic timing of the place. But having lost its original solidified state, it is escaping at a thousandfold rate. If nothing else, three months at most, maybe two months, Kronos will instinctively withdraw this source, and then Ryan will not be able to accuse him of breaking his oath.

But now, these origins don't even have a day.

For the first time, the spiritual origin of an era that had been hidden poured out of Lane's body, and it wrapped the moon and its creation. Using this as a medium, the timing, the prophecy, the Moon, and even the powers absorbed by the Moon's movement, such as light, celestial bodies, changes, and even the death and desolation that have just converged after coming to the Underworld, all concepts converge with the Spirit at this time.

They converged, torn apart by spiritual madness, and mingled into an indescribable chaotic color; It was like absolute darkness, and everything was empty.

Only Ryan stood here, he was the only presence here.

"It's finally time for this day."

Ryan sighed a little, he could feel that the will of the world had locked on him. Undoubtedly, he angered the world by allowing the spirit to devour other Sources. Kaos didn't care if these Sources belonged to him, he only cared that these things that were originally under his control were out of his control.

So it sent out a call from the dark, and all the living gods received this special message, which was similar to the sound of the law at the birth of the gods.

All the gods know that in the underworld, in the great underground, there is a god who is in charge of spirituality who has defied the will of the world. Those who stop him will be rewarded, and those who help him will be punished by the world.

But just as Ryan calculated, time passed minute by minute, and nothing happened.

In the middle of the moon, in the dark and chaotic void, Ryan's divine body collapsed on its own, turning into matter and merging with the environment.

In the [Moon] at this moment, the earth is void and chaotic; There is darkness in the abyss; Lane's spirit hovers over the waters.

In the midst of this silence, a voice pierced the silence. This is the first one, from which all things are born.

"Let there be light!" He said.

And so the next moment, there was light in the dark void.

When he saw that the light was good, he separated the light from the darkness.

He called the light day and the darkness night; There is evening, and there is morning; It's the first day.
