Perhaps at the level of traditional Chinese medicine, it consumes essence and longevity.

After the death of Huang Taiji, Dolgon gradually took over the power, and he did not let Huang Taiji's son Haoge ascend the throne, but deliberately let a six-year-old child (Aixin Jueluo Fulin) inherit the throne.
