But this kind of conscription is not on call, and the monks' promises are usually conditional, such as what kind of offerings they receive, how many times a year they will act for the city or the king, as long as the promises are fulfilled, and other matters are completely voluntary or need to be negotiated. There are also some monks in the people, who may travel in various places, and occasionally accept the requests of the local residents and help them do something, which is also called Gonggong in the people—this is the legacy of the Yandi era.
As for before the era of Emperor Yan, Emperor Taihao was also the founder of the country, and the founding name was "Hua", known as the Green Emperor, and the Son of Heaven in later generations also took the Green Emperor as the name. However, due to its age, the details are not clear today.
