People often lose the way, not the Tao loses people, people often go to life, and people are not born to lose the way. Therefore, those who maintain health should be careful not to lose their ways, and those who are Taoists should be careful not to lose their lives. So that the Tao and life are kept together, and life and the Tao are protected, and the two are not separated, and then it will be long. Those who speak for a long time will also attain the quality of the Tao.

The living are the great virtues of the heavens, the great happiness of the earth, and the great blessings of people. The Taoist caused it, and it was not fate. My life is mine, not heaven. In other words, if you fix your shortcomings, you will not be able to gain it, and you will not be taken away by others. It's hard to ask for a lot of time. The year of the hatred of the fungus, he has passed the fate, and he has not yet mastered the key to returning to the Tao. In order to cherish the yin, the speed is as fast as a candle. Seek the purpose of the scriptures, things are simple and straightforward, and things are easy to do. For those who correspond to heart disease, the method of sitting with peace of mind is slightly divided into seven, and the cultivation order is also its pivotal wing, so as to compile it. ”

Xu Yuanjun said: Faith and respect are the first

The husband is jealous, why not be jealous! The inside is not aware of the body, the outside does not know the universe, and the Tao is one, and all worries are forgotten, so it is the same as Datong. This is shallow but profound, the doubter hears it but does not believe it, and there is a treasure in his arms and seeks the treasure, what is it? It is said that those who do not have the heart of the faith are the scourge of unbelief, and what is the hope of the way?

Xu Yuanjun said: The second treasure of the broken relationship

He also breaks off the fate, which is said to be the fate of mundane things. If you abandon things, you will not work hard, and if you do nothing, you will be at peace. Tranquil and simple, the dust is thin, the traces are far away, the heart is near, the most divine and holy, who is not this?

Therefore, the cloud: plug its exchange, close its door, and be industrious for life. Or show virtue and show ability, come to others to protect themselves, or ask questions to celebrate, and return things to the past, or pretend to cultivate seclusion, and hope to advance, or invite wine and food, in order to hope for future grace. Sinai is clever and witty, and it is not a good way to do it, and it is not a good cause. All such things should be rejected.

Therefore Yun: Open it, help it, and don't save it for life. But if I don't sing, he is not in harmony, and though he sings, I am not in harmony. The old relationship is gradually broken, and the new relationship is not knotted. The relationship is in harmony, and the day is sparse, and there is nothing to do, so that you can cultivate the Tao.

Nothing is a famous corpse, nothing is a house, nothing is done, nothing is known. If there is something that cannot be abolished, do it as a last resort, do not give birth to love, and tie your heart to your karma.

Xu Yuanjun said: Collect the third treasure

The man with the heart, the master of the body, the handsome of the gods. Stillness gives birth to wisdom, and movement leads to darkness. In the realm of joy and illusion, only words are truth-seeking; within the sweet feast and promising, who realizes the truth and forgets right and wrong? The mind is reversed and crazy, and the good cause is entrusted to the place. And living next to each other, it is still possible to change the operation, and choosing to make friends can still be beneficial.

Therefore, at the beginning of learning the Tao, one must sit and meditate, collect the mind and leave the realm, dwell in nothing else, do not cling to one thing, naturally enter nothingness, and the mind is in harmony with the Tao.

In the Tao, there is nothing, God has no way, and so is the mind and body. The source of its heart and body, based on the Tao. But because his mind was dyed, he became more and more blinded, and wandered for a long time, so he was separated from the Tao.

Now, if you can purify your heart and liberate your divine nature, you will be called monasticism. There is no return to wandering, together with the Tao, settled in the Tao, and the name returns to the roots. Keep the roots, and the name is quiet. After a long period of silence, the illness will disappear and he will recover. Again and again, self-aware of the usual. If you know, you will know everything, and if you know it, you will never change. Leaving life and death is really because of this. Therefore, the Dharma is at ease, and there is nothing to do.

There are many things, each to its roots. In the final analysis, it is said to be quiet, and quiet is said to return to life. Returning to life is said to be normal, and knowing is often said to be clear. If you cling to emptiness, you still have something, not nothing. Whoever lives in it is self-exertioning, unreasonable, and becomes a disease.

But the mind is not attached to things, and it has to be immobile, this is the true foundation. Use this as a certainty, the heart and qi will be harmonized, and the body will be light and refreshing for a long time. If you use this as a test, you will know what is right and what is right. If the mind is extinguished, it will not be simple about right and wrong, and it will always break its consciousness and enter into blind determination. If you let your heart rise and there is no control, you will be no different from mortals. If you only judge good and evil, your heart has no return, and you float wantonly, and those who wait to determine themselves will be mistaken in vain.

If you do many things, and your words are not tainted, your words are very beautiful, and your deeds are very wrong, and you should abstain from this. Today, the chaos is not extinguished, the silence is not empty, the practice is constant, and the truth is self-satisfied. If there are current events, or if there are doubts about the law, and let them think about it, so that things can be helped, and the doubts will be rediscovered, and this will also give birth to the root of wisdom.

If the matter is finished, it is really more than to think, and to think more is to know the harm, for this son to hurt the original, although the handsome horse for a while, the end of the loss of the cause of all generations. If you are troubled by evil thoughts, you will get rid of them as you feel.

If you hear that the name of disrepute, good and evil, and so on, will be removed, and you will not suffer all this. If the heart receives it, the heart will be full, and if the heart is full, the Tao will have no place to live. Everything that is heard and seen, if you don't hear and see it, is that everything is not in your heart.

The heart is not subject to external affairs, and the name is modest; If the heart is at ease, the way will stop. People can be humble and do nothing, not to desire the Tao, the Tao to return to it. There is nothing to be found in the heart, and nothing can be done by the layman. If it is not quiet or filthy, it is impossible to slander its reputation, and if it is not wise or stupid, it has no reason to benefit or harm. In fact, it is normal to be in the middle, and the right to be able to keep up with the news of the times, so as to avoid all burdens, it is also its wisdom.
