It is necessary to know that there must be Zen in the place where the practice lasts for a long time, and the qi is from the subtle, and all kinds of real machines and realms such as the stop of breathing, the appearance of true breath, the opening of the entrance and the establishment of the door of the Xuan, etc., must be born after a long time of sitting. If you don't sit in the endgame, you will definitely give up halfway through your practice.

The second method is the use of the light of the eyes

Although people are used by divine energy, it is better to "shine brightly and last" in their eyes. Therefore, in the past, people said that all the body was yin, but the eyes were still yang, and they had to close their eyes often and take a slight downward photo, so that the spirit and spirit would meet with a family. When you get the dantian to be strong, go straight to the mud pill, go all over the nine palaces, inject the yellow court, the natural yin energy is exhausted and the yang energy is always there, as if the space is sunny, and the cloud dew disappears and returns to nothing.

Zhang Xuanchu explained: Many scholars practice but know "Yishou Dantian", but they don't know that the word "Yike" actually includes the use of two eyes to look back at the inner light, so the intention is punctual and dim, such as falling into the dark hell, and it is difficult to achieve success.

Immortal Youyun "Returning to the inner light is the wonderful use of the true meaning." It can be seen that the "meaning" refers to the true meaning, and the "keeping" refers to the use of the two eyes to look at the knots. Therefore, the mind of enlightenment is indispensable in the practice, just like the red sun in the sky, the light shines brightly, and it cannot be darkened at all.

The role of the two eyes is also determined by the physiological mechanism of the two eyes in the human body. Youyun: "The god of heaven dwells in the sun, and the god of man is in the eyes." Gu Youyun: "If the machine does not move, the crossbow will stop, and if the eyes do not move, the heart will live", so it is said: "The magic machine is in the eyes".

From a point of view, the essence of the five internal organs is in the eyes. Ancient qigong practitioners used to use the words "present" and "present" in their writings to metaphorize the effect of the light of the two eyes and the effect of refining the wisdom of the light.

In the practice, whether it is taking, copulating, cooking, bathing, warming, or getting pregnant or shedding, all rely on the power of observing with the light of the eyes. In the past, people said: "Where the eyes go, the heart is also the heart, and where the heart goes, the qi is also the best." The use of the light of the two eyes actually helps to sweep away one's own yin and evil, and cultivate into a body that is full of yin and pure yang.

Third, stop greedy and look at the outer light! I often say that there is nothing more than the eyes of a man, and the light of God is also the one who covers the eyes. Scholars are always greedy for the outer light to appear in front of their eyes, thinking that the golden light is the effect of cultivating the truth. How do you know that the way of heaven is expensive to receive but not expensive, and how can humanity be different? The ancients said: "The sun flows beads, often wants to go to people, and if you accept it, Jinhua is contained!"

Only the curtain is plugged, often put a little spiritual light into the void hole, no entry and exit, no worries and no thoughts, for a long time the golden light is sufficient, I can turn into a yang seed and dominate my body, and it is full of up and down the void, how can I see that the immortal is really a god! But I am afraid that the sun will flow and the pearl has the intention of going to people, and I will chase it with its flow, then the primordial spirit will be sun-bound, the vitality will not exist, and the vitality will be extinct! This exercise is not difficult, only a little interesting to converge the eyes is enough!

Zhang Xuanchu explained: It is also a common problem for scholars to be greedy for external light in front of their eyes. As everyone knows, the more greedy to look at this light, appreciate this light, the more this light is sent outward, the farther away it goes, the so-called "sun beads often want to go to people", so my Yuan Shen vitality is increasingly depleted, after the work is not the eyes are radiant, the vision is clear, and the disgust is dizzy, the vision is blurred, the disadvantages are immediate, and the harm is not shallow.

Therefore, when performing the exercises, it is necessary to abstain from greed for external light. Therefore I found this light, but I glanced back at what I saw, and I did not mean to look at it for a long time. The light of the two eyes is very useful, but if you don't know how to often converge the connotation, it will be useful and become harmful. The law only returns to the light, and the curtain plugs the light into the void hole. The Void Cave refers to the lower dantian. This is the method of "accepting it against the grain" to raise light.

Fourth, don't be confused by the strange scene! At this point, there will be strange appearances. I have broken the way today, and if there is a strange fragrance, or it is seen in the eyes, or smelled in the nose, or it comes from the ears, do not pay attention to it. Or the heart is occasional, can know the past and future, all the good and evil blessings, always take the atrium of Yuanshenza Town. Although it occasionally reveals a natural thought, it can know the blame without waiting for thought, and it is also a matter of knowing God's work, and it must not be happy. If you are happy all your life, you will not enter the devil's path, and you are afraid that you will be too smart to be slackened by foreign affairs, and your cultivation will stop from now on!

This is an urgent matter in the near future. We must not envy the scene, fall into the devil's way, and talk about blame in vain. This is all caused by one's own qi habits, not the vitality of the original spirit, and it is not credible.

Zhang Xuanchu explained: This is the precept of practitioners in ancient times. I must ignore all kinds of abnormal scenes in the exercises, maintain the realm of selflessness and forgetfulness, have no joy or love for the different scenes, and remain indifferent to the sorrow, and continue to practice according to the practice procedures, then the kung fu will be able to develop deeply. Otherwise, you will focus on the devil's path, and your kung fu will stop there.

For example, if a scholar practices to a certain extent, he may be able to see unstable supernatural powers, occasionally see things in a compartment, or a landscape of people who don't know where he comes from; and those who live close to a city or near the border can also see various colored images from the air or elsewhere. Confused by the image from nowhere, selfishly glad that he has a little supernatural function, so he stays awake all night and deliberately pursues, thinking wildly, he is bound to get tired of the cultivation of the essence of internal strength, and consume a large amount of Yuan Shen Yuan Qi, so that his face becomes dull and haggard, and even the old illness recurs, and the cultivation has stopped from now on, can't he quit?!

Fifth, the critical place of the human body! There are also important places in the human body, such as the mountain roots and the two knots of Xuanying, which are all the main ways to communicate with the essence and qi. If people can think of the roots of the mountain, the true qi will naturally return to the old places of the Yellow Garden. If people can observe the Xuanying, then the true jin will naturally take it up. Once you wait for each line, these two points cannot be ignored.

Gu Yun: "Xuanying tracheal fertilization talisman." He also said: "Xuanying knows the shore of life and death." Another ancient cloud: "The root of the mountain is the first life of man." "I am the one who opens and closes the office, and the ventilation comes and goes, which is the trick. Gou can save his mind, and he can live forever, but he will be sick and prolonged.

Zhang Xuanchu said: A hole in the root of the mountain, on the nose between the eyes, that is, the common name of the ancestral aperture or the entrance trick. Xuanying is between the two acupoints of Jinjin and jade liquid under the tongue. This trick can be ventilated to the trachea, that is, the so-called "Xuanying tracheal fertilization charm" in the Xianbao Shenshu "Huang Ting Jing". "Yun:" Xuanying is the sea of liquid, the source of biochemistry, and irrigation is all based here. ”

Sixth, concentrate the spirit on the mystery! Yesterday, it was said that during the Yuan Shen's fortune, it was investigated where the Yuan Shen was hidden in the human body, and where was it long? Some said: The square inch of land is the residence of the Yuan Shen; some said: The entrance is the house of the Yuan Shen; and it is also said: The Yuan God of Tiangu guards it. If it is true, these three places are the habitat of the primordial gods, but I don't know where to start at the beginning.

Gu Yun: "Wash your heart and retreat to secret". It is also heard of the ancient clouds: the hall of my body in the square inch of the place, the room of my body in the mystery, everyone guards the god in the square inch of the place, the ears and eyes can enter and shake its essence, and the cultivation of the earth is concentrated between the mysteries, and the ears and eyes have no door to peek into its gaps.

From this point of view, when you start, you should concentrate on the entrance to the hole, in the circle of nothingness, a few chaotic and chaotic, no one and no self, where and what day, in order to cultivate a non-dual god. If you don't hide in a secluded place, but often have a spirit in every square inch, you don't have to worry about the world and have no rest day and night.

What is Tiangu? There are nine palaces on the head of the people, and one of them is called Tiangu, which is pure and dust-free, and if the primordial spirit can be placed in it without slackening, then the realization of the saint is here! It can be seen that there is infinite wonder in guarding this heavenly valley.

Speaking of the seventh, the dantian realm! I taught the students to rest and think first, and a piece of spiritual light went straight to their place. Soon, he was still like a young child, the yang qi was fumigated, the day was full of strength, and his spirit was vigorous. It is not said that the true yang is like a thing, there is an image, and the dantian has a place. Although the ancients called it the sea of qi, the ancestral knot, the root of heaven and earth, and the gate of Xuanqi, it has its name but no reality, but it cannot be said that it is completely unreal.

I thought that the void was also born here. I thought that I couldn't find a thing out of the truth. For a long time, even the so-called dantian land, I don't know what it is, as if hovering in the air, but I can't race into the air. It's hard to describe this.

Although some immortals position the lower dantian at an inch and a third of the umbilicus, they advocate that if there is nothing and if there is nothing, they will not leave, and oppose dead attachment, so the cloud dantian seems to be hovering in the air. In the practice of exercises, there is a method of contemplating the void hole above the kidney under the heart, and observing the method of contemplating the dantian under the umbilicus one inch and three minutes from the skin and flesh.

Eighth, the upper and lower dantian cooperate! Work hard in the near future, and do not focus on the lower field. Although Shimoda is strong and can rise to the mud pill and eliminate the scum of the field, if the spirit is still cowardly and has not yet reached the Yuanming, it must be taken care of for a long time, you may wish to be sincere and sincere, and take care of the Ueda, then the yin of the mud pill will be illuminated by the yang energy, and the leader will not be dizzy.

Therefore, the ancients said that the round light on the top is also here. Look at the work of painting, a clay wood god statue will draw a round light on the above, and this divine light is also. The so-called one who shines through the world and illuminates hell is the light of this primordial god. If you stay alone in Shimoda, the divine light will not be able to organize itself for a while, and it will inevitably be more drowsy and scattered.

Those who are drowsy and scattered are the reason why the true yang does not rise and the true yin does not fall. If you want to rise and fall appropriately, you should not be too hasty or too slow, for example, in the middle of the night, suddenly Yang Qi is born deep underground, if you don't mention Yang Qi, you will fall asleep in the blink of an eye!
