Level 1: Practice. The fourth layer: offense and defense. Offense and defense are kung fu and actual combat. It's best to be able to work with two people. Offense and defense are a subdivision of the style of play. The fourth level needs to be combined with the exercises of the first and second levels.

Separate the offensive and defensive actions in the boxing routine (shelf) practice, and skillfully transform the offensive and defensive actions into the playing style. And understand the relationship between offense and defense, which defensive move, which attack move to restrain in this set of boxing techniques practiced by yourself (a defensive move may not only defend against one attack move!)

Layer 8: Chemical Attack. After practicing boxing backwards and fighting backwards. After that, the two swapped, which not only reviewed the basic content of the previous attack and defense, but also helped master the method of fighting backwards to defuse the attack. In this realm, the emphasis is on pile work and softening. Softening in combat minimizes damage to the body.

From regressive attack to fixed-step attack, this is the training method of chemical attack.

Layer 9: Chemical Defense, after mastering the fixed-step attack, start to practice the soft power in the backfight to dissolve the opponent's defense.
