It can be said that most of Zhang Sanfeng's major treatises such as "On the Great Dao", "Xuanji Straight Talk", and "Xuanyao Chapter" all talk about the Qingjing Dan Law. It is only in "The Rootless Tree" and the "Complete Works" conjugated by later generations that there is a yin and yang cultivation method. "The Tao of the Rootless Tree": "The rootless tree, the flower is biased, and the Yin and Yang Dao is incomplete." Gold separates wood, mercury separates lead, yang and yin are lonely on one side. He also said, "A woman who has no husband is a resentful woman, and a man who has no wife is a widow." Sigh the lost disciple, too vague, meditate and cultivate alone, and the qi is dry. This is a clear advocate of reversing the cultivation of yin and yang, and planting and taking each other. However, "The Rootless Tree" also advocates double cultivation without "committing adultery", "committing adultery loses the treasure of immortality, and wine and meat penetrate the intestines in the heart". Although this is a kind of superior Dan method of the double cultivation school, it combines purity and double cultivation as a whole, which is different from the so-called "three peaks" lower Dan method. Zhang Sanfeng wrote a lot, and Li Xiyue of the Qing Dynasty published "The Complete Works of Zhang Sanfeng", but it is difficult to distinguish the authenticity. It is generally believed that several works such as "The Great Road", "Mystery Straight Talk", and "Mystery Chapter" are more true.

Three Peaks School: Taoist Inner Dan School of Cultivation. Developed from intraventricular surgery. Because most of the exercises of this school are "secret symbols", and "it is extremely difficult to give and receive", there are very few people who know about it. Xiao Tianshi, a close friend, claimed to have read the "Qingcheng Secret Record" and "Qingcheng Jade House Jue", etc., and understood its purpose, and expounded it in his "Summary of Taoist Health Maintenance" and "Daohai Xuanwei". The Qingcheng faction cultivates the most important word "nothing", and recognizes the reference from the word "nothingness". Therefore, it is advocated that the practice starts from the top, cultivates the best, and the effects of the middle and lower vehicles can be both, and there is something to do without doing, and there is something to do without doing. This school believes that there is cultivation without cultivation, Si is a major repair, there is no success, Si is a great achievement, there is no virtue and there is a great virtue, and there is nothing and there is a great being. In the "quiet inaction", the emphasis is prominently on the mind and inaction, that is, the mind is quiet and inaction, and opposes only knowing how to be quiet outside, and not knowing how to seek clarity and quietness inside. Therefore, if the mind is quiet and does nothing, it will give birth to promising, and if the mind is quiet and reactive, it will give birth to merit. At the same time, in the process of contemplation, it is important to refrain from contemplation and meditation, and to avoid vain business and mental images, so as to distinguish them from the Zen meditation method. The practice of "non-action" of Qingcheng Danfa is embodied in the mantra of the past dynasties, that is, "keeping nothing leads to emptiness". It is divided into three levels: the initial starting effort is "keeping the middle and achieving peace"; the second step is "turning one into ten thousand", and the third step is "turning ten thousand into one, and one into nothingness". However, the "recipe within the formula" has not been passed down for a long time, so it is often difficult for practitioners to grasp and see it. Although the Qingcheng Gongfa adopts the Yin and Yang dual cultivation method of the Southern School, it is limited to the superior double cultivation method, that is, the male does not wear wide clothes, and the female does not untie the belt, "thousands of miles of divine friendship, thousands of miles of heart", according to legend, the Qingcheng Zhangren said: "The way of collecting and supplementing is not a matter of picking yin and supplementing yang in the room." It is to collect the qi of heaven and earth to supplement my qi, the essence of heaven and earth to supplement my essence, and the god of heaven and earth to supplement my god. Because of the transformation of heaven and earth, in order to create my transformation, because of the life of heaven and earth, to continue my life, because of the breath of heaven and earth, my qi will not stop, if the transformation of heaven and earth does not stop, then my transformation will not stop, and if the life of heaven and earth is not bad, then my life will not be bad. Because the life of heaven and earth is endless, and the life of mine is endless, the life of heaven and earth is always new, and my life is always new. Yulong faction: also known as the hidden school or hidden immortal faction, it was created by Zhang Sanfeng real person in the Yuan and Ming dynasties. It is said that Zhang Sanfeng's Dan method comes from Chen Tuan, Chen Tuan passed on the Mai Taoist Li He, the Mai Taoist passed on the fire dragon real person, and the fire dragon real person passed on Zhang Sanfeng. Zhang Sanfeng's name is Quanyi, a Junbao, Zhang is sloppy, has extraordinary human potential, and has a free and uninhibited personality. This sect is based on the style of high seclusion, so it is called the hidden immortal faction. And because this faction is called both the beginning of Laozi Sect and the transmission of the Danfa of the Shaoyang two factions, it is also known as the Yulong faction. Qianfeng School: Neidan School. It was created by Zhao Fuchen, an old man of Qianfeng at the end of the Qing Dynasty. He is the author of "The Secret of Life", starting with kung fu to look at the ancestral knack between the two eyebrows, and look at the nose accurately, its Dan method absorbs Zen kung fu, for the Northern Sect Qingjing Dan method. There are still descendants of the Qianfeng faction. This school of Dan is authentic and has been passed down by the master clearly, leaving a reliable basis for later generations of scholars to study the traditional Neidan Kung Fu.

The women's Neidan school of women's Neidan exercises is rarely taught in the world, and it is only half a claw in the Dan book. To sum up its origins.

Among them, there are the techniques of combining yin and yang passed on by Xuannu, **, and Cainu, there is the method of Xia Ji and Xungong to stay in Yan and stay in spring, and there is the method of Zhao Feiyan's internal vision. The women's double cultivation faction calls its Danfa the Lu Zu family lineage, also known as the Lu Zu faction. There are Dan books such as "True Gold Formula" and "Female Dan Words".
