In the entire tantra, the Great Buddha is one of the most important Buddha-figures, not only because of his unparalleled divine power, but also because he is indistinguishable from Manjushri and represents the wisdom side of Buddha-nature. In Buddhism, there is a saying that there is a saying that the majesty and the great virtue are seen, and the fierce and paralyzed weapons fall, and there is no one among all the fierce gods who is more powerful than the great virtuous. The head and face instruments of this deity have different cultivation methods and functions, but other deities do not have this kind of cultivation, and among the many great deity practices, there are special cultivation methods such as dharma instruments and double horns, which have their own roles in the practice of the cause. These characteristics are unique to Daweide.
In all Dharma protector systems, although each Dharma protector has a specific treatment, such as the lion-faced empty mother's treatment is evil spells and witchcraft, but the only one who treats life and death is Yama, and the main deity of Yama is the Great Buddha. Therefore, those who cultivate great virtue will easily attain the fruit of longevity and enlightenment while gaining wisdom.
If you practice the Great Buddha diligently in accordance with the law, you will surely have all kinds of special merits.
The first is to subdue the demon army, and the Dharma cultivation of the Great Virtue has the merits of the four causes of increasing the number of desires, especially as the head of the wrathful deity, its ability to subdue is incomparable, and the subdued person can obey the wishes of the subdued person and keep himself obediently, and no longer do evil, create obstacles, and invade sentient beings.
The ability of the Great Buddha Vajra to subdue all living beings between the Eight Heavenly Kings and the King of Yama is a glimpse of this from the fact that the Great Buddha himself stepped on many gods.
The Great Majesty can subdue men and women for eight days, and men and women Yamas. The eight heavens are the eight heavenly kings, and the eight Yamas of men and women are also the protectors of the Dharma of the Great Virtue, the eight males of Yama are, the black Yama, the white Awaddy, the brown secret sign, the brown hoof, the nine strands of green hair, the black and white axe, the green bull head, and the brown fire Yao;
The uncommon protector of the Great Virtue is the King of Yama, the King of Yama masters the six realms of life and death, and the cultivation of the Great Virtue can easily dispatch the Lord of the Dead, and easily obtain the Fruit of Longevity and Enlightenment, so that the life is free.
Like other Buddha-figures, not only can you attain liberation from birth, but in the human world, you will naturally complete many undertakings, and it is very good to cultivate great virtue and increase good fortune, for great virtue, for great virtue, for great virtue, your own children will increase your good fortune, your own family will increase your good fortune, and you will also increase your own good fortune, and in this regard, the merit and blessing of great virtue will be very great.
In addition, those who have attained great virtue will have very good luck, why? Because the cultivation of great virtue will make all the causes that appear in the world perfect. Doing business is not going well, doing nothing is going well, and so on, all these things that are not going well will be changed because of the cultivation of great virtue, and they will become smooth and smooth.
For people who do not have enough good fortune, there are many obstacles and bad karma in the world, and the most powerful remedy is to practice the great virtue, and with the emptiness and wisdom of the great virtue and the wrath of the gods, directly remove the negative conditions, bad karma, and obstacles, from the disasters in their own home to the disasters of the whole world, in the practice of clearing and curing them, the great virtue is the most powerful. Obstacles and negative karma, large and small, including obstacles that have not yet manifested and felt in front of oneself, all disappear automatically when you practice the Great Virtue.
Sentient beings are in a constant cycle of reincarnation, from beginninglessness to the present, countless reincarnations, and I don't know how many sins have accumulated, but as long as we cultivate the great virtues well, all of these can be repented of and purify all the negative karma in this life.
The Great Virtue is the Law of Wrath, and the King of Yama is the Great Buddha, and the Great Buddha is the King of Yama, so in terms of transcendence, the ability of the Great Buddha is very strong, and it can force the wicked to become Buddhas, which is a merit that only the Great Buddha has.
The Buddha-figure of the Great Buddha is actually the wisdom body of Manjushri, the essence of the wisdom and compassion of all the Buddhas, the sum total of all the forces of the Three Realms, and the main reason for the continuous reincarnation of sentient beings is ignorance and ignorance. This ignorance causes sentient beings to cling to non-existent self-illusions, and all the Buddha-figure practices in Tantra can cut off self-grasping and attain true wisdom, but the great virtue is faster, stronger, and more effective, because the great virtue is Manjushri, representing the wisdom side of the Buddha nature, so for complete enlightenment, the great virtue is more direct and fast.
In the Sakya school, if you want to seek the great virtue, after seven or eight years of listening and meditating, you will learn the four preliminaries, and after the four preliminaries are completed, you will retreat, and after the retreat, you will start the teaching and empowerment of the great deity, and in the Gelug school, it is even more strict that even if you have the conditions to receive the Dharma of the great deity, you are not allowed to contemplate the Buddha-figure in the early stage.
