Carelessness: People who start meditating have a very scattered mind, and the more they do distracting thoughts, the more they can't control it; at the same time, they sit with a sore back, and their body is not upright, and they are crooked, because usually our bodies are bent and bent; some people's bodies are not crooked, because they use their spirit to control and correct their bodies, which is intentionally artificial; and their breathing is not very smooth; we have to use the methods of counting breaths, impurity, compassion, and so on to settle our minds. After a while, the body will slowly adjust, the breathing will gradually become smoother, and the mind will become more and more delicate. This is called carelessness. When entering the careless dwelling, distractions are reduced. However, having fewer distracting thoughts does not mean that we are determined, but we are no longer thinking nonsense, but our thoughts will still run around at the door of the six roots (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind).
Be careful: At this time, the mind is already very subtle, the body does not have to use the heart to adjust, it is automatically balanced, it is already used to it, and it is not tired after sitting for a long time, this is the so-called holding method. All those who have the experience of sitting quietly (meaningless content in parentheses) will be very tired after sitting quietly (meaningless content in parentheses) for half an hour or an hour, that is, they have not yet entered the careless dwelling, and when they enter the careless dwelling, when they enter the careful dwelling, the body will automatically adjust, and they will not get tired after sitting for a long time. If you continue to sit in meditation and go deep into concentration, you will be able to enter the meditation of the true realm of desire, the definition of desire.
Normally, we have to use our hearts to catch the delusion back, and after entering the definition of desire, we don't have to control it, and the delusion will not arise, and the mind will automatically stabilize, and we don't have to use our heart to adjust it, and the mind will not move at this time. Once you have entered this concentration, you will be able to sit in meditation all day long. The above three kinds of meditation cannot be called true meditation, but can only be called ordinary meditation.
After entering the definition of desire, you continue to cultivate, and at some point, all of a sudden, you feel the feeling of losing your body, you can't see the body of desire, you feel that your whole body and mind are gone. This feeling occurs when sitting still (meaningless content in parentheses) rather than opening your eyes to see. With this feeling, the body will not get sick due to disorders. Therefore, for a zazen person to be physically free from illness, he must at least reach the fourth step, which is to enter the future meditation.

Between 3.60---80 points. At this time, the human body is in what is often referred to as a sub-health state, which is caused by the decline or disorder of the body's self-repair function. Between 4.40---60. At this time, the human body mostly manifests symptoms such as decreased energy, chills, cold intolerance, fatigue, loss of appetite, and ** decline, but there is no organ damage or abnormal biochemical indicators during the routine physical examination of Western medicine. At this stage, the human body is in a state of obvious weakness. The body's ability to repair itself is severely insufficient.
Between 5.20---40. At this time, there is obvious organic damage in the human body, and the routine examination of Western medicine has obvious abnormalities. At this time, the self-repair ability of the human body can only maintain the basic life needs, and the repair of the body's damage is powerless. It is necessary to use external forces to reduce the depletion of the body's self-repair ability to promote the recovery of diseases.
6.20 points or less. He was seriously ill. The body's ability to repair itself is gradually depleted over a long period of time, until it is depleted. When the body's self-repair function is exhausted, it is the day of the end of life.
If we follow the above division, we can draw the following conclusions: most people's bodies are in a sub-healthy state, and there are fewer people who are physically strong.
People between 60 and 80 points have minor ailments such as headache and fever, and it is easy to recover after conditioning and treatment. However, the occurrence of diseases in the human body is the result of the comprehensive action of social factors, psychological factors, and self-factors, and it is impossible to get sick once and for all after the body recovers. Therefore, any illusion that the human body will always be healthy after recovering from illness is unrealistic.
Between 40---60 points, treatment at this time is crucial. Traditional Chinese medicine has its innate advantages in terms of its holistic concept and syndrome differentiation treatment. It is the time when Chinese medicine is in full swing, and if the treatment is correct, the human body can easily return to the state of 60---80 points.
