When I got home from work on the 9th, it was no wonder that the house I rented was very cold, it turned out to be a tin house in addition to the original house. No matter how cold it is, find a way to meditate. So he put on a padded jacket on his upper body and a quilt on his lower body. Perhaps because of this, last night, this morning, each meditation was more than 20 minutes. The gross weight is still 74.0 kg. I was thirsty when I slept at night, so I drank a few sips of astragalus red date water a few times at night.

The first three days of Bigu are the hardest because even if you're not hungry, your stomach will come up and tell you it's time to eat. The way to prevent it is: swallow it! That is, to obey it. Convincing is divided into literary clothes and military uniforms: posture, sitting, standing, walking and lying can be. Wenfu, slightly close your lips, abdominal breathing, reverse breathing by your own choice, the intention to keep the mouth to give birth to gurgling fluid, and then raise your head and stretch your neck to swallow, intending to slowly flow from the esophagus into the dantian until the hunger disappears. Stretch your head forward sharply, open your mouth at the same time, swallow a breath of air, and then tilt your head back and swallow it, making a "cooing" sound as if drinking water. On the seventh day of Bigu, there was no significant change in weight after drinking water and eating jujube hawthorn. The body is useless and uncomfortable, but when you send two buckets of water upstairs during the day, you will feel stuffy.

Today is my eighth day of Bigu, a new beginning, a new journey. I look forward to Erqi Bigu: I have a stool in the morning, and the gross weight is 70.8 kg. On the ninth day of Bigu, the gross weight was 70.4 kg, and there was no discomfort in the body.

On the 10th, I ate an orange and two grapefruit last night, and the gross weight in the morning was 70.1 kg. On the 11th, the weather was cloudy, I was not thirsty, and I did not drink water. Two teeth pomelo at night. Recently, it has been cloudy with occasional rain. The temperature is between seven or eight degrees, but the body is cold, especially the hands and feet: even though I wear cotton shoes and socks, it is like putting them in an ice cellar, and I go straight to the legs with cool air along my feet. Today is 12 days in Bigu.

On the 13th, I couldn't stand the cold, and my feet were so cold that I couldn't feel anything.

On the 14th, I decided to go home, it was too cold to rent here, and I asked a friend for help. It just so happened that his brother-in-law had something to do at the water station, so he asked me to go and replace him for two days.

On the 15th, I helped at the Zhengzhou Senshi Jiazhai Water Station, drinking some water during the day and eating some sleeves at night.

It is the joy of victory. Such as people from a dark room. Out of the sun and moon light. Lang Ran is insightful. It is the name of the second Zen heaven. Three: The three Zen days are said to be vested, and the two Zen days are fixed. And I am tired of two Zen. Hearts surge with joy. It must not be sturdy. Because of the mind. Thanksgiving. So I settled down. Endless joy. From the heart. Le Fa grows. All over the body. Joy in the world. First of all. It is a name of three Zen heavens.

Four: The four Zen days are determined to be vested, and the three Zen heavens are fixed. I also feel that the three Zen music methods disturb the heart. It is not pure. Disgusted. More than that. That is, to be in peace. Income and income are broken. Silence in the sky. Like a mirror from scale. Clean water without waves. Bright and shining. All things are there. Absolutely delusional. Mindfulness is strong. It is the name of the four meditation heavens.

Five: The empty place is empty and empty, that is, the void. It is said that the four Zen heavens have been determined. I am still tired of being tied up. Not at ease. It's about turning to power. Observe yourself. It's like Luo Gu. Inside and out. Single-mindedly empty. but vanity. There are no hues. His heart is pure. It's all right. Like a bird out of a cage. Soaring. It is the name of the empty place of heaven.

Six: Know the destiny. The six senses are determined by heaven, and the mind is also. It is said that the sky is fixed in the vacancy. That is, to pervade the void with knowledge. And the void is boundless. With boundless reasons. Centering and dispersing. So he gave up the void. Turn your mind to fate. Corresponding to knowledge. The mind is not moving. Knowing the present, the past, the future. It is now determined. Corresponding to the setting. The mind is not scattered. This is a safe and quiet place. Pure silence. It's a place where the name is determined.

Seven: There is no place for heaven to know from above. Hence the name. The place where you know is determined. With the knowledge of the present, the past, and the future with the heart. Immeasurable. It can be worse than fixed. There is only no mind. The heart is helpless. It's for secrecy. So he gave up his knowledge. Concentrate on nothing. Be diligent and relentless. One heart is pure. Pleasant silence. I can't remember. It is a name for nothing.

Eight: Non-thinking, non-thinking, non-thinking, and heaven is determined to say that the foreknowledge is thinking. Nothing is nothingness. So far. Then there is a thought before leaving. The name is not wanted. I don't think about it. The name is not unexpected. Cover this day, there is no place to go, and the sky is fixed. I know that this place is fascinating. Sleep like darkness. Blinded by ignorance. Nothing is noticed. No cute music. So I concentrate on it. That is, there is nothing in the non-existence. Always reluctant. There is nowhere to decide. and extinguished. Lots of work. Suddenly, the truth is fixed. I don't see whether there is a physiognomy or not. Silence. Pure and inactive. 3. Define the phase. There is no fault.
