Chapter 384: The Great Nikkei Interpretation

Fang Zhixing's main study with Hao Datong was the Book of Changes, and he naturally had a lot of knowledge of the divination methods derived from it. He has also heard a lot about the name of the Great Derivation Method, and knows that this is a large-scale derivation method based on the number of heaven and earth, which is quite secret. However, Fang Zhixing practiced martial arts, more believing in relying on his own ability to get the desired results, although he naturally respected the method of divination, but did not use it as a credential, except for a few hexagrams when studying the Book of Changes, Fang Zhixing rarely used the method of divination after that. Now that I see the Great Yan Zheng Method, although I am a little surprised, I also feel slightly disappointed.

However, since he was fortunate enough to see this set of Zheng methods, Fang Zhixing would not live up to the opportunity, and after he wrote down this text, he continued to recite it to the back. I saw that the back is mostly specific hexagram methods, as well as the meaning of each hexagram representative, the sentences are concise, many of them are unheard of, and many of them are useful to the algorithm mentioned in the "Great Yan Theory", involving the finger calculation of the "Dharma One Palm Sutra" and the mental arithmetic method of "Mental Arithmetic". And at the end of the article, there is a single method of using the Great Yan Zheng method that has been explored in a row, which is used to simply speculate on numerology fortunes, good fortunes, good fortunes, and good fortunes.

"The Great Yan Zheng method is based on the number of heaven and earth, which is really unusual, and what this text says, it should be said that it is a master's understanding of heaven and earth. He can deduce the Great Calendar, but I'm afraid that he doesn't use this method less. It's a pity that the world is always changing, and people's cognition is also changing. I am afraid that this method may not be accurate until now. After Fang Zhixing read it, he said secretly in his heart. The method of divination is not static, nor is it always the older the better, but it must keep pace with the times and constantly revise and change, so that the results can be obtained more accurately. Xia has "Lianshan". Shang has "Returning to Tibet", and Zhou has "I Ching...... In this process, in addition to the broadening of the cognition of the ancients, the heavens and the earth are also constantly changing, and the method of divination needs to change accordingly. Nowadays, the changes of heaven and earth and people's understanding are changing rapidly. In this dynasty alone, there have been more than a dozen calendars promulgated since the founding of the country, and not to mention whether these calendars are correct or not, the corresponding divination laws also need to be constantly revised. Therefore, although this set of Great Yan Zheng methods handed down by one line is extremely exquisite, it needs to be corrected with a lot of effort to use it. And so it goes. It's no wonder that Fang Zhixing didn't pay much attention to this text. Not to mention that he doesn't pay much attention to the Zheng method, but he has the kung fu to derive the Zheng method, Fang Zhixing is afraid that he will already have greater achievements in other aspects.

Sighing, Fang Zhixing sorted out these manuscripts and sandwiched them in the "Great Yan Theory". I want to put it away. But his heart moved again, and he thought: "This Zheng method is sandwiched in the "Great Yan Theory", I am afraid that it is not just as simple as hiding it. And now although the heavens and the earth have changed, they are all subtleties, and if I use the Great Yan Zheng method to roughly calculate, I am afraid that even if the results obtained are not very accurate, the difference will not be too big. The theory of gossip has been passed down for thousands of years, and it can be said that it is the root of divination. I'll just use these eight hexagrams to see what I can get. ”

Thinking of this, Fang Zhixing re-read the "Great Yan Theory" in combination with the Great Yan Zheng method. Sure enough, it paid off. There is a "Great Yan Xuantu" in the "Great Yan Theory", Fang Zhixing only thought that it was used in combination with the "Great Yan Theory" at the beginning, but now it is combined with the Great Yan Zheng method, but he understands that it is for the purpose of hexagram. Seeing this, his heart increased with more faith, as long as he corresponded. At worst, you can get vague results, so that you can refer to them when looking for a way to break through.

As a method of divination on a large scale. The Great Yan Zheng method was usually used by the imperial court, and the rituals were quite complicated. Fang Zhixing used it himself. Naturally, he couldn't do it to any extent, so he could only use a line of masters to give a single hexagram method, simple divination. He carefully went outside and found fifty-five sticks of grass, bathed in the ashram and burned incense, and then began to divination.

The Great Yan Zheng method is quite complicated, and after a long time, Fang Zhixing got the hexagram result. Compared with the "Great Yan Xuantu", he knew that this result roughly corresponded to the Qiangua, and he wanted to explain it in detail, but it was vague. Seeing this, Fang Zhixing frowned slightly, and started a hexagram again.

"Last time it was a dry hexagram, this time it was a separation hexagram, how can the hexagram be different? And these two hexagrams are blurred, what do they mean?" Fang Zhixing looked at the re-results in front of him and wondered. The first time he got the Qiangua, this time he got the Ligua, and the two are equally vague, which is really confusing.

After resting for a while, Fang Zhixing started six trigrams one after another, but the result was still alternating between dry and separate, but there were many changes in the details. Seeing this, Fang Zhixing knew that he was afraid that this would be the case if he continued to count it, so he had to stop and think about the meaning of these two hexagrams. Fortunately, most of these eight hexagrams are auspicious symbols, which also gives Fang Zhixing more confidence in breaking through the current realm.

"Dry is the sky, separation is fire, together it is the fire of the sky, and the fire of the sky is the sun. Could it be that my breakthrough is going to fall on the sun, or does it mean ...... That book "The Interpretation of the Great Nikkei"?" Fang Zhixing thought for a long time, and suddenly thought of another book, and said secretly in his heart. He thought about it, and he could only guess like this. However, the supreme dharma of tantra has never been written down, and what he sees is only the scriptures circulating in the world, and he has not seen the secrets in them. He didn't pay much attention to the "Commentary on the Great Nikkei" that he did, and that's why he did. Now that I guessed that I might have something to gain from it, I thought about it again.

Thinking of this, Fang Zhixing returned to the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion again, picked up the "Great Nikjing Interpretation" and read it carefully. When he arrived in the pavilion, he saw Jueyuan holding a few books and greeted him, and said: "Fang Jushi, the little monk has found a few volumes of the master's works in the pavilion, and I also ask the layman to check them." Then he pointed to a scripture and said: "This is the "Biography of Song High Monks" written by Master Zanning, which has many deeds of former Tang monks. He saw that Fang Zhixing seemed to be quite interested in a group of masters, so he collected his works and found a few relevant classics for Fang Zhixing to consult.

Seeing this, Fang Zhixing was also quite moved in his heart, and said to Jueyuan: "There is Master Lao, Poor Dao is here to thank you!" As he spoke, he took these books and sorted them out together with the books he had obtained before.

"Hey, there are fourteen volumes of this "Great Nikkei Interpretation", which is much more than the world's popular "Great Nikkei", which seems to be a bit mysterious. "The Biography of the Song Monks" said that when a master passed away, he once whispered to his teacher, Master Pu Leng, could it be that these classics were passed on at that time? and then brought to Shaolin Temple by Master Pu Leng?" Fang Zhixing first read the part about a line in "The Biography of Song High Monks", and then sorted out and counted these books, and realized that the content of "The Interpretation of the Great Nikjing" was far better than what was passed on by the outside world, and he secretly said in his heart. Thinking of this, he also had more confidence in taking the hexagram. (To be continued)
