Chapter 376: Shaolin Hidden Scriptures

Seeing Fang Zhixing, Jueyuan immediately apologized and explained the reason to him. ◇↓ Top ◇↓ Point ◇ ↓ Small ◇↓ said that Fang Zhixing was naturally not surprised by this, but was quite interested in what Jueyuan said. He thought about it carefully, and combined with what he had seen and heard along the way, he probably guessed the thoughts of the Shaolin Temple, snorted coldly in his heart, and thought: "This Shaolin Temple must be worried that I will have the heart to succeed in the seventy-two stunts, and I am worried that I will be entangled in the future, so I will cover my ears and steal the bell and let me watch it myself." In this way, even if the martial arts of the Shaolin Temple are seen by me, they can be excused from the lack of protection, and even if I use similar martial arts in the future, it may be considered to be from Shaolin. Hmph, if I really watched the seventy-two stunts, how would I let you know?" "If he was alone, of course Fang Zhixing wouldn't mind pushing the boat down the river and taking the opportunity to read all the seventy-two stunts, but he was here on behalf of the Quanzhen Sect this time, so naturally he couldn't do so. Otherwise, once it is rumored, how can the face of the Quanzhen Sect remain? Moreover, although the seventy-two stunts are good, most of them are just martial arts, although they will be of some use to Fang Zhixing, it will be difficult to help him break through the existing realm, and it is not worth his attention too much. In today's Shaolin Temple, what is really worthy of Fang Zhixing's attention is the "Yijin Sutra" and "Jiuyang Sutra", as for other miraculous skills such as Prajna Palm, Donkey Kong Fist, King Kong Finger, King Kong Immortal Divine Skill, etc., although Fang Zhixing is curious, he does not really pay attention to it.

"Yijin Sutra" is the supreme magic skill of Shaolin Temple, Fang Zhixing has seen its power from Master Fang Zheng in his last life, and he naturally admires this kung fu very much. But this scripture has never been preserved in the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion, and few people know the place where it was placed, and Fang Zhixing has no idea. And where the "Nine Yang True Scripture" is. Fang Zhixing had already known from the original book that this kung fu was created by a monk who fought with Chongyang Patriarch after viewing the "Nine Yin True Sutra", and wrote it in the Sanskrit "Ranga Sutra". As long as you search carefully, you will be able to find it. But for this kung fu. Fang Zhixing actually didn't pay much attention to it, he just wanted to see it and experience it through the opportunity to exhaust his skills. After all, the reason why the monk who created the "Jiuyang True Scripture" fought with the Chongyang Patriarch instead of the sword was that most of the martial arts were inferior to the Chongyang Patriarch - at least they were not sure of victory, and most of them were comparable in martial arts. And today's Fang Zhixing's martial arts are faintly better than Wang Chongyang's back then, and it is estimated that it will not be worse than the fighting monk, so he chose to practice this kung fu. It's just curiosity about this masculine ultimate martial art. He has already practiced the "Nine Yin True Scripture", and it is indeed extraordinary, and the "Nine Yang True Scripture" can be as famous as it, which is obviously a bit mysterious. Fang Zhixing has a deep understanding of the way of yin and yang, and for these two martial arts that have reached the extreme of yin and yang attributes, he naturally wants to see them when he has the opportunity.

Thinking of this, Fang Zhixing asked Jueyuan about the way to store books in the Scripture Pavilion so that he could consult them himself. Jueyuan has been in the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion for more than 20 years, and has kept this place in good order. Naturally, he was very familiar with the books in the cabinet, and introduced them to Fang Zhixing one by one.

Shaolin Temple is extremely rich in books, Fang Zhixing and Jueyuan walked around together, not only saw the "Amitabha Sutra", "Dizang Bodhisattva Sutra", "Guanyin Bodhisattva Pumen Pin" and other widely spread Buddhist scriptures. There are also many scriptures such as the Vajra Prajnaparamita Sutra, the Huayan Sutra, the Mahaprajna Sutra, the Great Wisdom Sutra, the Central Ahama Sutra, and the Long Ahama Sutra, and there are many translations and commentaries, which can be said to be quite rich. Fang Zhixing took a cursory look. I know it's hard to see it all at once, and I can't find it quickly. I remembered that I was going to do my best to start recovering my strength. Fang Zhixing said to Jueyuan: "Shaolin Temple is the ancestral garden of Zen Buddhism, presumably there will be the original scriptures of the six patriarchs! Fang Zhixing also wanted to borrow the original scriptures of the six patriarchs of Zen Buddhism. Ever since he had met Sakya Panditta, Fang Zhixing knew that even if these monks did not know martial arts, they must be masters of spiritual cultivation, and when these people created scriptures, they might sometimes contain their spiritual will, which was quite precious. Even though Fang Zhixing had read these scriptures, he had figured out the original manuscript and understood the ideological path of these people. Now that he has completed his path, he is only a few steps away from the realm of these people, and he has already read the scriptures, so he is not worried that he will be affected and fall into it, so he can understand it with confidence.

Jueyuan knew that since Fang Zhixing was a distinguished guest, he must not be watching the ordinary scriptures in the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion, and he was not surprised to hear that the other party wanted to borrow the original scriptures of the six patriarchs of Zen Buddhism, so he took Fang Zhixing to search for them one by one in the bookshelf, and also found many scripture manuscripts of other Zen patriarchs, and said to Fang Zhixing: "The classics of the six patriarchs are widely circulated, and the laymen must have read them, but the manuscripts of the ancestors such as Master Xingsi, Master Xiqian, and Master Liangbei are rarely circulated in the outside world. ”

Fang Zhixing couldn't help but say this when he saw this, so he stuffed himself with a lot of scriptures, secretly laughed in his heart, and thought: "This great monk really thinks that I am watching the scriptures, and I am so kind." However, the Master Xingsi, Master Xiqian, and Master Liangqi he said also seem to be Zen patriarchs, and the commentaries on the scriptures should also be considerable, since there is a chance, then take a look!" Therefore, he did not shirk it, and put these scriptures on the plan of the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion for careful study.

"Master, it is said that when Patriarch Bodhidharma came to the east, he brought a lot of Buddhist scriptures from Tianzhu, I wonder how many are still in the temple?" After Fang Zhixing put these scriptures, he saw that there were no Sanskrit classics in them, and asked Jueyuan.

Zen Master Jueyuan heard Fang Zhixing ask about the Tianzhu Buddhist scriptures, and said in surprise: "These are all written in Sanskrit, could it be that the layman also understands them?"

Seeing that he was so pedantic, Fang Zhixing secretly shook his head in his heart, and said: "Those who don't know are not to blame, and the master doesn't need to blame himself! Presumably the master doesn't know my name, the poor Dao's surname is Fang Zhixing, and he is the third generation disciple of the Quanzhen Sect." Although my Quanzhen Sect is a Taoist sect, it has always advocated the unity of the three religions, based on the Tao Te Ching, the Prajna Heart Sutra, and the Book of Filial Piety. Moreover, Poor Dao and Master Yideng and their junior disciples from Tianzhu are familiar with each other, and they also know a little about Sanskrit, which makes the master smile. ”

When Zen Master Jueyuan heard this, he said a few Buddha horns, and his heart was very happy. He studied the scriptures in the Scripture Pavilion, but he never communicated with anyone, let alone anyone who knew Sanskrit. Therefore, although he taught himself some Sanskrit, he did not know whether he understood it correctly or not. Hearing that Fang Zhixing had communicated with Tianzhu people, he must have been at an extraordinary level of Sanskrit, and he was overjoyed in his heart, and wanted to ask Fang Zhixing for advice.

However, I remembered that I and my apprentice Zhang Junbao were busy until midnight last night, and Zhang Junbao was sick because of this, and he couldn't rest until the early hours of the morning. Besides, Fang Zhixing is a distinguished guest of this temple, and he must have something important to do when he comes to the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion, so he is inconvenient to disturb, so he has to find out the Sanskrit Buddhist scriptures first, thinking that he will communicate with Fang Zhixing in the future. As for whether Fang Zhixing watched the Buddhist scriptures today and left, Jueyuan didn't think about it, in his opinion, Fang Zhixing might not be able to read these Buddhist scriptures for a month or two, and he would never leave in a day or two.

Fang Zhixing saw that Jueyuan had brought over a large number of scriptures, and carefully took some bay leaves, and he was really happy in his heart. Not to mention those Sanskrit Buddhist scriptures, he has only heard of this Bayeux Buddhist scriptures, but he has never seen them, and now he can see them in Shaolin Temple, which is really surprising. He knew that the bay leaves were fragile, and he was careful not to damage them. Seeing this, Jue Yuan also nodded with a smile, feeling worthy of being a fellow practitioner.

After finishing this, Fang Zhixing said to Jueyuan: "The master seems to be thinking about something, thinking that there are still things to be busy with, so the poor road will not bother." These scriptures are quite abundant, there is no need to look for them today, you can just look at them here!" "This large pile of scriptures that Jueyuan carried, even if Fang Zhixing just memorized it, it would take several days to work hard, and if he read it carefully, it would take ten days and a half months, and there was really no need to look for it.

When Zen Master Jueyuan heard this, he was really ashamed in his heart, and said to Fang Zhixing: "The monk smiled, the little monk just thought that the disciple was accidentally sick, and he was a little worried, but he didn't expect to be seen by the layman, ashamed!

"Apprentice, could it be that Master Fei has already accepted the apprentice, congratulations! It's a pity that the poor Dao has no long things here, but there is no gift for the apprentice!" Fang Zhixing said to Jueyuan. Saying that, he thought to himself: "Could it be that Zhang Junbao can't do it?" Calculating the time, Zhang Junbao should be four or five years old, and it is indeed possible that he has been admitted by Jueyuan. Fang Zhixing was still quite curious about this great master of the Daomen in later generations, and if he couldn't explore the path by himself, he would have to rely on him in the future.

"I don't know what kind of illness your disciple has, but the poor Dao is a little familiar with the art of Qi Huang, and I can also help take a look. Fang Zhixing said to Jueyuan again.

Jue Yuan shook his head and said, "Thank you layman, after my treatment, the little apprentice is no longer in serious trouble, don't bother the layman!" He refined the "Jiuyang True Scripture", although he didn't know how to use it, he just used it as a technique to strengthen the body, but he still knew how to use it to ward off the cold. Zhang Junbao only occasionally felt cold, so it was naturally not troublesome for Jueyuan.

Seeing this, Fang Zhixing didn't say anything more, and concentrated on reading the books on the table. Jueyuan confessed his guilt and went to take care of Zhang Junbao. For a while, in the Scripture Pavilion, only the rustle of Fang Zhixing's occasional flipping of the scriptures remained, and it seemed quite quiet. (To be continued......)
