In this way, the body is like pouring nectar, neither to the yang, nor to the yin, but the yin and yang help each other, reconcile and mix the elements, the true qi in the dantian is like a cigarette smoke, leisurely and free, that is the so-called "purple gas". Compared with Fang Zhixing's Zixia Divine Skill's Great Zhou Tian Qi Cultivation Method, it is really similar.
