Therefore, the people of the world have multiple sacrifices, and the sacrifices and sacrifices of a family can ensure that the soul will not be extinguished for several years, and the more people who sacrifice, the longer the time of immortality, but unless you can comprehend the incense and wish power of the sacrifice for your own way, it will not be more than a hundred years at most. These spirits who are sacrificed are collectively called ghosts.

The kind of person who has a lot of resentment and obsession, slowly becomes a yin ghost, obsession is revenge, and behavior is by obsession, very few are sane and sober, of course, there are a few because the obsession is not the fierce kind, and still maintain sanity, but the cultivation is unconscious, generally speaking, the older the more powerful, without sanity to ten years outside will slowly have wisdom. Those who encounter the land of yin qi will slowly become yin ghosts as before, but the difference is that they have no obsession with revenge, and they have sanity and wisdom, but there is no inheritance of cultivation. If you want to survive forever, you must eat blood or yang energy, or soul power. These two kinds of souls that have not died out before the hundred days are collectively referred to as foreign ghosts and gods.

Because they want to eat blood or yang energy, or soul power, the ghosts and gods of the outer path often harm people, but if they don't cultivate enough, they often can't get close when they encounter people with strong qi and blood, and the close body will be burned by the vigorous qi and blood to burn their yin soul body, and in serious cases, they will be wiped out. At the same time, the ghosts and gods of the outer realms who have not cultivated to the out-of-body period often take advantage of the cultivators' cultivation to arouse their emotions, causing them to become demons in their hearts, so that they can go mad and have the opportunity to absorb the soul power of the cultivators.

The ability of the outer ghosts and gods to arouse the emotions of others is their talent, and they can be used from a long distance. Therefore, there are three main ways to deal with this kind of talent: one is to arrange a formation to isolate the inside and outside, but Shi Xuan can't do this now; the second is to concentrate on cultivation and not mess up distracting thoughts in the concentration, so this method of inducing emotions has no effect; and the third is that there is a magic weapon to suppress the soul, but Shi Xuan does not have it.

Here, it is not to kill all thoughts, if all thoughts are destroyed, then I am afraid that in the end it will be cultivated into a stone without thoughts and thoughts, without feelings, and the emphasis here is on the absolute control of the gods, high above, controlling these thoughts no longer rise and fall, and calmly following the extinction of the mind but not jumping out of the scope of control. Therefore, the supreme state that needs to be achieved here is not "one thought does not give birth to the void realm", but "one thought does not give birth to the void realm", which is exactly the true transmission of a sentence and the false transmission of ten thousand books. At the same time, this is also the way to know the true god.
