In the process of meditation, with the changes in the body's qi, there may be various visions such as mountains, rivers, lakes and seas, flowers and trees, and even fairies and ghosts.

When a vision appears, it should not be distinguished, and thoughts of joy and disgust should not arise, so as not to provoke more mental activities. It is necessary to hold on to the object of the original intention, and in doing so, the illusion will naturally disappear and the state of tranquility will be restored.
