Therefore, the day is prosperous, the night is peaceful, solid and refined, nourishing and spiritual, there is no competition with things, the desire is pure, the mind can know the quiet, and you can hope for longevity. ”

Therefore, it is said: condense its spirit, soften its will. If the cover is not condensed, the Dan will not gather, and if the mind is not soft, the fire will not be pure, the fire will not be pure, and the Dan will not be successful. It is necessary to be humble and retreating, with a little self-cultivation and self-improvement, if it is small, it will be tilted, and if it is large, it will die.
