All the functions of the human body are restored in the state of tranquility, and all things also grow from stillness, which is what Lao Tzu said: "People can always be quiet, and heaven and earth are all returned." However, you must know that the stillness must be after the movement, otherwise this stillness is not stillness, but withering, stagnation, and death, which is what Lao Tzu said: the mover, the foundation of stillness.
So, don't just meditate without exercising.

People are confused, the yin qi is thicker, and they are far away.
In this way, the yang energy is strong and the yin is transformed, and the yin energy is transformed into a happy life, the vitality is long, the dantian is blazing, the ten thousand holes are spring, the whole body is yang, such as a spring breeze, the whole body is beautiful and fast, and it is beyond words.

One movement and one stillness, and the growth and decline of things, the natural qi of this heaven and earth, the way of endless life. Every time people in the world work day and night, night after day, it is against the natural qi of heaven and earth, it is contrary to the principle of human beings, and it is impossible to transform and educate itself. Therefore, the day is prosperous, the night is peaceful, solid and refined, nourishing and spiritual, there is no competition with things, the desire is pure, the mind can know the quiet, and you can hope for longevity. ”
There is another important point to pay special attention to when building a foundation, which is the so-called heat.
Some people meditate and look at the dantian for a long time, and as a result, they get venereal diseases, some people meditate on the dantian for a long time, and later get high blood pressure and even cerebral hemorrhage and die suddenly, and some people go crazy on the canal car every day, which is caused by the wrong heat.
Fire is the mind, the real fire can be used for practice, and all fire will only burn the essence and blood. What is true fire? Huang Yuanji said bluntly: "The urgent heart is mortal fire, which is not only useless, but also has the danger of burning the body. The so-called not slow, do not forget and do not help, Si is a natural real fire. Sons, don't seek quick results. It is important to know that those who are in a hurry are not a big tool, and those who are aggressive have no great success. ”
Therefore, it is said: condense its spirit, soften its will. If the cover is not condensed, the Dan will not gather, and if the mind is not soft, the fire will not be pure, the fire will not be pure, and the Dan will not be successful. It is necessary to be humble and retreating, with a little self-cultivation and self-improvement, if it is small, it will be tilted, and if it is large, it will die.
To sum up, the key to the true fire of building a foundation lies in the idea of guarding the knack and practicing the exercises: "do not be slow or slow, do not forget and do not help, it seems to be guarded, intentional or unintentional". Not only do kung fu to be weak, do anything, the heart must be light, to be natural, soft, otherwise it is "the heart is involved, the fire is in it, and it will shake its essence".
Therefore, Lao Jun wants to be the high-grade precept behavior in the precepts: "Do nothing, act weakly, act to guard the female, don't move first".
In fact, there are many ways to build the foundation, such as stopping thoughts, entering meditation, gathering, returning to the light, independence, pranayama, breathing, pharyngeal jin, guidance, etc., and its auxiliary methods also include refining the method and entering the Tao, that is, "living in meditation, closing the eyes and meditating on the mind, fixing the breath and staying in the Qi, holding the outer kidneys in the hands, rubbing the umbilicus, lifting the two feet and other methods."
The Tao is all-encompassing, all-encompassing, not muddy in the ability of tricks, and the power of curing diseases.
As long as you calm down and practice diligently, there will be a time for achievement.
