People are born with five internal organs, corresponding to the five elements of gold, wood, water, fire, and earth. Among the five organs, the liver belongs to the East A and B wood, and there is a Qi name called Qinglong. The lungs belong to the western Gengxin gold, the lungs are the gold treasure, there is Qi in the lungs, and the name is the white tiger. The heart belongs to the fire of the south, and the heart is the fire, and there is Qi in the heart, and the name is Vermilion. The kidney belongs to the northern non decanate water, the kidney name is water reservoir, there is Qi in the kidney, and the name is Xuanwu. The spleen belongs to the central Wuji soil, the spleen is the soil storage, there is Qi in the spleen, and the name is the snake. [Note]
The essence of the five internal organs can be condensed into the true yuan by the meridians and the Dan fire, and the true yuan gathers into the Dan, which is the refining of the Qi into the essence.
However, relying on the spontaneous essence in the human body alone is not enough for a cultivator to reach the realm of [unity of heaven and man]. It is necessary to know that everything in heaven and earth has a spirit, and leading the aura of heaven and earth into the body is the only way to go. Therefore, the first thing for a cultivator is to build a foundation, and to build a foundation is to nourish the five internal organs, temper the body, and use it to nourish the innate vitality. The body is strong and the vitality is pure, so that the seven orifices can be opened. Only by passing through the seven tricks can qi be introduced into the body.
According to the strength of the true element, the realm of cultivation can be roughly divided into three realms, nine orders, and eighty-one heavens and earths.
The so-called [Three Realms] are the [Asking Heaven Realm], the [True Self Realm] and the [Self Realm].
As the name suggests, it is the initial realm of asking the heavens to seek the Tao, in this realm, practitioners try to understand the operation laws of the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth, use magic to communicate the aura of heaven and earth, and increase their own supernatural powers. Different Dao ancestors have different understandings of heaven and earth, and naturally they are not exactly the same in the method of using aura. However, no matter which Dao Ancestor's method is, in terms of the understanding of [Asking Heaven Realm], it is also refined into three stages: foundation building, qi induction, and knotting, which is the process of cultivating mana.
The second realm is called the Mirror of the True Self, which means that a cultivator understands the workings of all things in heaven and earth, and will inevitably begin to understand himself deeply. Whether you regard yourself as a part of the big world or a small world independent of the big world, you must be clear about the difference and connection between yourself and external objects, and have an epiphany about the status of the individual, so as to achieve the true self and complete the perfection of the self, and in this way completely get rid of the shackles of the outside world. In this realm, the monk pays attention to comprehension, which is the key stage of knowing others and knowing oneself. There are also three levels of the True Self Realm, which are: Clear Heart, Unconfused and Knowing Luck.
The third realm is the [Freedom Realm], in which the cultivator has already understood the truth of heaven and earth, and the internal and external senses, the upper and lower levels are integrated. If you are separated from the outside world, you can separate and merge, do whatever you want, and feel free and unhindered. There are also three levels, which are [Leisurely], [Infinite] and [Normal].
Therefore, there are three realms and nine levels of Taoist cultivation.
Each stage has nine heavens and earths, and the last ninety-nine are one, which is a total of eighty-one heavens and earths.
The first stage [building the foundation] has nine heavens and earths: building the foundation (building the foundation), raising the gods, quenching the five temples, enlightening the spiritual platform, passing through the three fields, starting the Danhuo, Ming Wujue, sitting on the womb, and breaking the body.
The second level [Qi Induction] has nine heavens and earths: inhalation, solid foundation, peiyuan, firefly, copper coin, ingot, smoke, spiritual mist and chenguang.
The second stage is the key to inducing spiritual energy into the human body, and all realms are defined around the ability to induce spiritual energy into the human body. After the aperture is broken, the aura will go in and out along the seven orifices as if it were nothing, and from time to time, because there is a natural difference in concentration and purity between the aura inside and outside the body, which is the way of nature. If you want to continue to practice, you must use a unique method to maintain the momentum of the external aura entering the body. This is like the osmosis of a solution, usually a solution with a high concentration transfers solute to a solution with a low concentration, and Reiki is this solute in the great solution of heaven and earth.
There are many ways to absorb the aura into the body, and the common one is to condense the aura into essence and turn it into a liquid into the inner dan, so as to maintain a low concentration of aura in the meridians. In addition, it can also form a dantian qi sea vortex to increase the suction power and collect spiritual energy. There is not necessarily a conflict between the various cultivation methods, so the methods adopted by cultivators are not just one or the other. With the continuous inhalation of the aura, after being tempered by the Danhuo, it will turn into the true element (yuan essence) and gradually enhance the functions of the body, and in this process, the practitioner's seven orifices will gradually expand and stabilize. Those who don't know often think that with the improvement of the cultivation realm, the seven orifices will become larger, and the amplitude of absorbing the aura of heaven and earth will continue to increase, but this is not the case. Because the higher the cultivation realm, the more refined the body is, and the more stable the qi pocket tricks that have been formed, so the size of the seven knots will not change much after crossing the second order.
All a cultivator can continuously improve is the speed at which he absorbs spiritual energy, the efficiency of his refining, and the purity of his true element. But the more open the Seven Apertures are, the more helpful it will be for absorbing the flux of Spiritual Qi in the future. Just imagine, when two cultivators absorb the aura, the unit flow rate of the aura into the body is the same, but one person's seven orifices are much broader, then the flow of aura per unit of time is much larger, which is undoubtedly crucial to the efficiency of cultivation.
Therefore, the so-called [fireflies], [copper coins], [ingots] and other heaven and earth all describe the size of the acupuncture points and the amount of aura that can be absorbed. At first, the aura was like the light of fireflies, coming little by little, and then it would expand to be like copper coins and ingots, and it could be continuously poured into the body like smoke and fog. In the end, it can even be transformed into a tangible brilliance.
The third order [Jiedan] and the next six stages also have their own nine heavens and earths, which are innumerable and complex. Many of the names of heaven and earth are referred to by the name of supernatural powers, which are used to describe the prosperous scenery of each heaven and earth. The names of each sect and sect may be slightly different, but the general meaning is almost the same. Cultivators often directly use the names of the heavens and the earth they are in to explain their state of cultivation. On the contrary, mortals like to simplify into complexity, and they have to add the names of several orders and heavens so that they can compare. For example, in the second-order Quadruple Heaven Realm that is spread among mortals, cultivators will simply call themselves [Fireflies].
