Then it is necessary to nourish the spirit, because when the foundation is built, the Yuan Shen is weak, and it is of very little help to the conversion of the acquired qi to the innate essence qi, and the true yuan in the body at this moment is basically the essence element formed spontaneously by the five organs. In order to further practice, Xiuzhen must use the true yuan accumulated around his body to nourish the Yuan Shen, making the Yuan Shen strong and full for long-term driving. When the primordial spirit can look inward, this heavy heaven and earth will be completed.
