Of course, it is not that you can't directly start cultivating [Innate Vitality], or rather, while cultivating [Acquired Qi], you are actually cultivating [Innate Vitality] subtly, but at this stage, the only thing that can be felt, mobilized, and actively used to attack the enemy with the main consciousness is [Acquired Qi], which is the so-called true qi internal force of people in the martial arts. And when it comes to the innate realm, the first and second innate true qi are combined into one, and all of them are turned into innate true qi, so that they can mobilize freely and defend themselves against the enemy.

And if you want to directly cultivate the innate vitality, no matter what kind of exercises, you must first distinguish and separate the three treasures of the heavens, otherwise you can't even feel the [Yuan Jing, Yuan Qi, and Yuan Shen], how can you start?

What kind of kung fu -- concentration, meditation, cultivation of the mind, concentration of thoughts, and enlightenment of the gods are almost the same as the perception of the innate primordial spirit.

How long does it take? -- Those with excellent qualifications and understanding, such as Wang Chongyang, who obtained innate skills at the age of 30 and were successfully cultivated in a short time, and within a few years, their skills surpassed the world's best, and they became the world's number one master; those with average qualifications and comprehension have nothing difficult in the world, but they are only afraid of those who have a heart, and they may have a chance of getting started in cultivation for ten or twenty years, or thirty or fifty years, and only God knows how far they can cultivate; and those who are not good at understanding and concentration will practice for a lifetime, and they will not even be able to practice a fart. In short, if you can't practice, it's not that your qualifications and understanding are not good, it's not that the exercises are bad!
