Of course, it is not that you can't directly start cultivating [Innate Vitality], or rather, while cultivating [Acquired Qi], you are actually cultivating [Innate Vitality] subtly, but at this stage, the only thing that can be felt, mobilized, and actively used to attack the enemy with the main consciousness is [Acquired Qi], which is the so-called true qi internal force of people in the martial arts. What kind of kung fu -- concentration, meditation, cultivation of the mind, concentration of thoughts, and enlightenment of the gods are almost the same as the perception of the innate primordial spirit.
