The road rushes to use it, or it is not profitable. The abyss is like the sect of all things. Solve its disputes, and its light, with its dust, like or exist. I don't know whose son is the first of the emperors. Heaven and earth are unkind, and all things are used as dogs. The saints are unkind, and they use the people as dogs. Within this body, the status of heaven is also cultivated by all things. The left tooth knock eight notes are the golden bell, the right tooth knock eight notes are the jade Xuan, the front teeth knock eight notes are the Dharma drum, and the three eight are twenty-four to respond to the twenty-four Qi. Therefore, all kinds of different cultivation should be based on cultivating the human body, and tempered day and night.

The shape of the human body is the innate Dao body, implying the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth, which is most in line with Heaven and Earth, so the human body cultivates the fastest, and it can better understand the Dao of Heaven.
