People really can't be idle, as soon as they are idle, they will think nonsense, take advantage of the fact that it is still early, and the library has not yet closed, so hurry up with the documents to prepare to borrow a book to see. When he came to the library, there was a Taoist master in his thirties and forties at the door, who was standing there reading a book in the pile method, and he didn't know what kind of pile it was.
Seeing this, Ma Guocai didn't bother it, so he simply went in first, and as soon as he walked inside, the Taoist chief spoke: "What book do you want to borrow?"
Ma Guocai said respectfully: "Dao Chief, hello, I want to borrow a beginner's book on martial arts introduction." ”
The Taoist chief still stood there unmoved, and said, "Well, the primary book is on this floor, and the first bookcase on the right, you should have just moved here, show me the documents." ”
Ma Guocai took out the temporary residence permit from his pocket and handed it to the Taoist chief: "Please take a look." ”
The Taoist chief shook his eyes a few times, and said: "Well, you can borrow one at a time, and you must return it within a month. ”
"Got it, thank you. Ma Guocai put the temporary residence permit in his pocket and went to the first bookcase on the right to look for it.
It's not like a big library, it's more like a personal library. None of the books on the rows of shelves are brand new, most are hand-copied copies. Ma Guocai took out a book at random, and saw that it was actually a copy of Huimen's "Toad Boxing Book", which only made a brief description of the characteristics of the exercises, and then there were some martial arts move terms, which I couldn't understand.
He used to only know Taijiquan, Baguazhang, Hongquan, Xingyiquan, Praying Mantis Boxing and other boxing techniques that are more famous in the world. As for toad punching, well. Ouyang Feng's toad magic skill he knew, but in reality, he really hadn't heard of this punch.
It seems that I still have to find a book that introduces martial arts. Suddenly remembered Du Feng's "500 Questions on Martial Arts Practice", and quickly looked for it, and after a while, he found this book on the far left, and took it out to see, this is a modern published book, published in 2000. I flipped through the table of contents at random, and there were everything from martial arts knowledge, to common sense of martial arts, practice guides, etc. Basically, the questions about martial arts are answered above.
After reading the content at will, I first introduced what martial arts are, martial arts, which is based on the essence and spirit in the human body, emphasizing the high degree of coordination and cooperation of hands, eyes, body methods, steps, mental strength, and gong, and is complete and unified. Pay attention to the balance of yin and yang, the induction of heaven and man, the unity of body and shape, and the combination of god and form. The best results of both internal and external double cultivation.
For martial arts, Ma Guocai used to be a complete layman, although he had taught himself Tai Chi before, it was no different from ordinary enthusiasts. I don't understand the depths of martial arts at all.
I really don't know if I don't see it, and I'm shocked when I see it, the above introduced. Nowadays, there are thousands of sets of traditional boxing routines in Huaxia, and there are hundreds of sets of equipment routines. What a bulging amount!
Look further down. only to find out that I had a wrong understanding of the addition of martial arts, the so-called outsiders. Those who are in the inner family are the master of the Dharma to defend against the enemy, and they will not be sent unless they are in danger. Nowadays, the martial arts world refers to Shaolin and other strong and powerful boxing styles that are easy to jump and dodge are collectively referred to as foreign boxing. The Taijiquan, Xingyi Boxing, Bajiquan, Baguazhang and other boxing methods that are mainly based on the heart and mind and guided by the mind are collectively called Neijiaquan.
It's not that there is no qigong in the outer family and hard kung fu, but the outside and the inner family, all schools and factions, all have qigong. However, qigong is not martial arts, qigong used to belong to Confucianism, medicine, Taoism, and Buddhism, and later in the long-term practice process, it was gradually absorbed by martial arts from different angles. Qigong should be regarded as an important cultivation method for all schools of martial arts.
I didn't know much about Taoist qigong and martial arts qigong before, but when he saw this passage, he finally understood. The primary stage of Shaolin boxing is the main outside, emphasizing strong strength, swiftness and sensitivity, and skillful techniques, so as to improve the offensive and defensive ability for the purpose, and in the later stage, it is to pay attention to the qigong exercise of penetrating qi and blood, nourishing the spirit, adjusting its temperament, strengthening its shins, and filling its internal organs.
Here is a clear talk of the difference between martial arts qigong and Taoist qigong, most of the martial arts qigong is still practiced in the body. The Taoist Neidan technique and qigong are obviously different from the meridians, which are purely based on static gong, supplemented by dynamic work, strengthening the meridians, opening up the bridge between heaven and earth, and collecting qi to practice qi to nourish the mind and body.
I didn't have a clear consciousness before, but now I've finally figured it out. I have to sigh, what a book!
After registering at the door with the book, I hurried back to the dormitory and studied it carefully.
In the book, there are simple explanations and introductions to several widely spread martial arts in China, such as Xingyi Bagua, Tongjian Boxing, Cha Boxing, Di Trip Boxing, Praying Mantis Boxing, etc. It also describes the key points and requirements of martial arts practice, such as 24 points, 4 strikes and 8 methods, and 12 types.
The four strokes refer to kicking, hitting, throwing, and taking; the eight methods refer to the hands, eyes, body methods, steps, spirit, energy, strength, and strength! The waist is like a snake, and the steps are sticky. The essence should be abundant, and the qi should be heavy. The 12 types are not the 12 forms in Xingyi Boxing, but refer to the movement like a wave, quiet as a mountain, rising like an ape, falling like a magpie, standing like a pine, standing like a chicken, turning like a wheel, folding like a bow, fast as the wind, slow as an eagle, light as a leaf, and heavy as iron.
These are all things that martial arts practice pursues and needs to achieve. There are many more in the back, and Ma Guocai wants to scan directly with his divine thoughts, but scanning is only to store memories, not to understand and read, so let's watch slowly.
It wasn't until Du Feng called him to go to dinner that he came back from the book he was addicted to, which really made him feel like this, it turns out that martial arts are like this!
After dinner, he returned to his room and continued to study the book. In this way, except for eating and practicing qi collection necessary every morning, he stayed in his room and read books all day. It took almost two days to finally finish the book.
I finally know what happened to those hard qigong performances I saw when I was a child. Fortunately, I didn't have the urge to practice blindly on my own at that time.
The so-called hard qigong is to exercise the internal organs, muscles, muscles and bones of the human body through the appropriate coordination of luck, ideas, and postures, so that the whole body can directly withstand the blow. As for the standard for testing the truth and falsehood, it is simple, let the qigong master be shirtless, and you go up and hit it casually with a hard object, and you will know if it is true or false.
There are also several kinds of hard qigong, a kind of external strong hard qigong, only practicing external force and muscles, and after practice, you can perform programs such as turning over the car and sleeping on the nail bed. But it can't withstand rapid gravity blows, because it has not practiced internal organs, so it is easy to get injured. As for why the car can be performed, the main reason is that the external force acting on the body is a slow force, and every time this type of performance is performed, there will be something separated from the body, and the force that directly acts on the body is a slow force.
The second type is external power-type hard work, also called external power. This type of kung fu is mainly to hit certain parts of the body with objects, this kind of kung fu is hard, all by suffering, so it is not good for the body, and it is easy to cause damage to the body.
The third is magic hard qigong, which is easy to understand, but it is actually prop fraud.
The fourth is the internal strength type hard qigong, this is the true transmission of the real Chinese kung fu, the internal training of the viscera, the external training of muscles and bones, often the first practice of the inside, and then the practice of the outside, from the inside out, this kind of kung fu to the end is not afraid of ordinary knife and axe slashing, and even can give the other party a shock. Because internal strength is different from internal qi and internal strength, only exercises that can be exercised are top-notch. Most of the exercises are not as effective as this.
After reading this book, no, it doesn't make people sigh, the national art is really broad and profound, enough for people to learn for a lifetime.
The next morning, to the top of the mountain to collect air and breathe, because the sky is still early, the mountain is still covered with a layer of mist, surrounded by the mountains and forests, the sun in the sky has just emerged, has not yet dispersed the clouds and mist on the horizon, it seems that the sky and the mountains are connected together. Looking at this scene, he couldn't help but feel that every time he breathed, he was absorbing the essence of nature. No wonder I heard Du Feng say that in this place of Qingcheng, there are also some monks who live in seclusion!
Descending the mountain and returning to his residence, Du Feng was already wearing loose practice clothes at this time, and he was practicing his qi at the outer station. Seeing him come back, he said: "I didn't expect you to get up so early, this is very good, today I will teach you an introductory kung fu of this sect!"
Ma Guocai was naturally very happy when he heard that he was teaching exercises today, and immediately said, "Great, senior brother, I don't know what kind of kung fu was taught to me today?"
Du Feng nodded and said: "The so-called internal practice of a breath of qi, external practice of tibia skin, our Qingcheng faction's martial arts, is a Taoist martial arts, so what I teach you today is Liuhe internal strength, this is an internal strength type hard qigong, after practicing well, not only can you practice qi and blood, pass through the meridians, strengthen the tibia viscera, but also dispel diseases and prolong life." ”
Ma Guocai now understands what internal strength type hard qigong is, this is a good kung fu, but I don't know if it is the kind of top-level level, which can not only practice internal strength, but also practice internal qi and internal strength.
Du Feng continued to explain: "Liuhe internal gong is the introductory mental method of my school, which is divided into harrier gong, anti-arm gong, positive arm gong, cat gong, cloud dragon gong and hi character gong, collectively known as Liuhe internal gong, first of all, the harrier gong, the two feet are about 80 cm apart, the two hands are slowly lifted on the chest, and then the palm is stretched out, and then the ......."
Du Feng explained and demonstrated with actions, emphasizing the key points and precautions.
There are four types of harrier gong, and the action is simple, but it is necessary to eliminate distracting thoughts, keep the dantian, and put the tongue against the roof of the mouth. It also needs to be accompanied by breathing methods.
Ma Guocai now finally understands why a lot of kung fu in ancient times was passed on to sons rather than daughters. Because of some kung fu, when teaching, it is necessary to use your hands to touch the opponent's bones and move the way. When it is actually taught, most of them are shirtless, so that you can see clearly how to move the musculoskeletal body of the body. The one who teaches also needs to use your hands to touch the way your bones move when you practice to see if it is correct.
In that feudal society in ancient times, how could they be embarrassed to pass on their daughter, and the two touched each other. Even in today's society, this way of teaching is very embarrassing. (To be continued......)
