Chapter 11 The Entrance of Heaven and Earth is rich and true
Yin Zhiping's cultivation overnight did not make any great progress. He first ran his true qi in the twelve canons, and then tried to open up the two veins of Ren Du as usual, and after a few fruitless attempts, he gave up, only to keep his true qi circulating in the twelve canons.
The original Yin Zhiping has been stuck for several years at the second pulse of Rendu, and now Yin Zhiping does not expect to change himself to suddenly explode in character, and on the first night of crossing, he opened the second pulse of Rendu, and his skills have improved greatly.
He had never been in contact with martial arts before, and now although he has inherited the martial arts, memory and experience of the original Yin Zhiping, as far as he is concerned, his understanding and insights into martial arts are still far inferior to the original Yin Zhiping. What's more, the internal skills are even more profound and difficult to understand, and he may not be able to understand all the true internal skills he has learned thoroughly, let alone R&D and innovation.
He is now cultivating internal strength, and he is just practicing step by step according to the original Yin Zhiping's memory. In fact, he still doesn't understand this internal strength at all, for example, why the route of the exercise is taken that way, he doesn't know why it is at all, but he doesn't know why.
In fact, the original Yin Zhiping has opened up most of the second pulse of Ren Du, and the Ren pulse has been opened, leaving only the section of the Du pulse from the Fengfu acupoint at the back of the head to the middle of the middle of the face and nose at the tail point. Once this section of the meridian is opened, the magpie bridge in the mouth can be connected to the Ren vein, so that the true qi can form a circulation in the second vein of Ren Du.
But this section is the most difficult part of the Du pulse to get through, because this section involves the most complex, delicate and fragile part of the human body. Starting from the Fengfu acupoint, the true qi will enter the brain, and you must be careful and cautious to open up this section of the meridians. Because one carelessness will hurt the brain, and then it will be paralyzed by stroke at least and immediately killed at worst. As for the true qi hitting the brain, causing a concussion of the head, confusion, loss of memory, and even madness, etc., that is even lighter.
Therefore, we must be very cautious and most sad to open up this section of the meridians. If the true qi is light, it will not be able to get through, and if the real qi is heavy, it may hurt the brain, but it must not be light, and it must be carefully grasped, and it cannot be blindly strong. Especially after the Fengfu, the subsequent Baihui acupoints are opened up, which is more difficult, and is called the "Heaven and Earth Entrance", which means that although it is only a small acupuncture point, but to get through, it is like the gap between heaven and earth, which is difficult for people to cross, and it is an obstacle to connecting heaven and earth.
The heaven and earth here also refer to the two veins of Ren and Du, the main blood of Ren Vein, the sea of Yin veins and the earth, and the main qi of Du Vein, the sea of Yang veins and the sky. As soon as the "entrance of heaven and earth" of Baihui Acupoint is opened, it will be unblocked all the way, and the two veins of Rendu will be connected soon.
The key to opening up this section of the meridians in "Quanzhen Internal Strength" is the four words "Taoism is natural", which emphasizes naturalness, and when the skill arrives, it will naturally pass. But the book is always light, but in practice, it is even more difficult. When will the power arrive, and how can it pass naturally?
Yin Zhiping felt that his skills had already arrived, but he couldn't get over it. Zhao Zhijing, as the highest martial artist among the third-generation disciples of the Quanzhen Sect, is also stuck at this level, and he has been stuck for nearly ten years, and he still can't get by. He was a little closer than Yin Zhiping, and he had already opened the Fengfu Acupoint, but he was stuck in the most difficult "Heaven and Earth Entrance".
Yin Zhiping failed to open one more acupoint, and he was not discouraged. It's just that the true qi is constantly circulating and nourishing on the twelve canons and the Ren veins and most of the Du veins that have been opened up, so as to increase the thickness of the true qi. Although Ren Du's second vein can't be opened, and the ninth layer of cultivation can't be passed, the internal force can still increase through continuous cycle transportation, but the speed is slower.
The hot true qi was constantly circulating in the body, and it felt very comfortable, and Yin Zhiping, who was cultivating for the first time, was a little immersed in it. I don't know how long I have been cultivating, Yin Zhiping suddenly felt a little lacking in energy, his mind was dizzy, and his heart was alert, so he quickly stopped his cultivation and got up. ...,
In this case, cultivation is overdone. Cultivating internal strength and cultivating true qi is a process of refining and refining qi. This essence refers to the essence in the human body, which is usually ingested from daily food. And the Yuan Jing in a person's body is limited every day, if the Yuan Jing is consumed excessively, there will be situations such as Yin Zhiping's lack of energy and dizziness just now.
Although Yin Zhiping refined the Yuan Essence into True Qi through the cultivation of internal strength, it was not wasted, but the body didn't care what you did with the Yuan Essence, as long as it was consumed, it would make you lose energy. Therefore, to practice internal strength, you also need to practice for a limited time, and you can't practice endlessly every day, unless you are just getting started, the speed of refining the Yuan Essence is too slow, and no matter how much you practice, you can't finish refining the Yuan Essence of the day.
The depleted essence can be slowly recovered by resting, or it can be replenished by eating or taking medicines to replenish the vitality. But no matter which method, it takes time, and the method of slowly recovering through rest is naturally the slowest, eating is not much faster, because the body still has a process of digestion and absorption, and taking medicine is relatively fast, but it is not the cost of ordinary people. Because the more powerful the medicine, the more expensive it is, such as ginseng, etc., so there has been a saying since ancient times that "the poor are rich and the martial arts".
Practicing martial arts is indeed more expensive than learning literature, not to mention the drugs that replenish vitality, that is, only practicing external skills, but also need equipment to exercise strength, and those who practice the blade have to spend money to treat the blade. And practicing martial arts inevitably stumbles, often have to suffer a little injury, scratch the skin, twist the tendons, serious injuries to the tendons and bones, and always have to spend money to treat.
The Quanzhen Sect is still relatively wealthy. In this world, in fact, temples and Taoist temples are often relatively rich, the more prosperous the incense, the larger the scale of the temple, the richer the temple, not only a large number of believers donate incense, but also usually hold a large number of inherent assets, is a large landowner. On top of that, taxes are not paid yet. Because they are outsiders, these are also places outside the square, and they are privileged.
In addition to many political and religious considerations, the main reason for the large-scale extermination of Buddhism promoted by several authorities in history was that Buddhism was too prosperous at that time, and a large number of temples annexed a large amount of land, which caused a sharp reduction in national tax revenue. There were also many people who became monks to escape forced labor, which reduced the country's labor, and the temple also collected a large amount of copper to cast Buddha statues, which reduced the amount of copper coined by the state. In this case, it is natural to destroy the Buddha and destroy the temple.
There has been no large-scale extermination of Taoism in history, but although Taoist temples are not as rampant as Buddhist temples, they are relatively wealthy. At this time, the Quanzhen Sect was the largest sect in the north, with more than 1,000 disciples, countless believers, and countless palaces under its jurisdiction. If you add the income of fixed assets, I am afraid it is worth a wealthy county in the south of the Yangtze River.
Therefore, the position of the Quanzhang Sect is really fame and fortune, and it is no wonder that Zhao Zhijing and others want to sit in this position in every possible way.
