It turns out that there are very few people in this world who, due to some natural reasons or acquired cultivation, can see things that others can't see, such as ghosts. Such a person was called the "eye of heaven" in ancient times.

In fact, "Tianyan" is just a general name, and the essence and category need to be said separately.

Some people, because they are born with a heavy yin qi and a different spiritual perception ability than ordinary people, can see yin ghosts when they are born, and some people are born to see ghosts after opening their spiritual apertures through some means and spells because they are curious or to exorcise ghosts.

This kind of "heavenly eye" that can see ghosts should actually be accurately called "yin and yang eyes", and Taoists also call it "yin eyes". For example, Bao Zheng, a Qing official in the Song Dynasty, is said to have "yin and yang eyes" that can pass through yin and see ghosts.

The phenomenon of "yin and yang eyes" has been circulating all over the world for a long time, and Western countries have also studied it extensively and deeply. If it is explained with a rigorous scientific attitude, it refers to a small number of people who have caused visual hallucinations due to congenital schizophrenia and the particularity of the retina, but unfortunately this statement is a bit far-fetched, because most people with "yin and yang eyes" are mentally normal and have no symptoms at first.

In fact, Western religions and theologians have long recognized the special abilities of this small number of people, and the reason why some priests and priests can be exorcists to suppress demons and exorcise evil spirits is because they first have the special ability of "yin and yang eyes".

Of course, don't think that having "yin and yang eyes" is a benefit, if you don't have a certain level of cultivation to control it, people will often be confused, depressed and autistic, and most of these people will not live to be 30 years old.

A digression here: the old blind man said that in ancient times, there were actually many people with different degrees of "heavenly eyes" and some other inspirational abilities, this is because the ancients were extremely close to nature, and would continue to tap their own potential so that the body has all kinds of powerful abilities, for example, ancient people were definitely more developed than modern people in terms of vision, hearing, smell, and reaction. Later, with the invention of various tools by human beings, people are accustomed to transforming the world with the help of external objects and ignoring the role of their own potential, some organs in the body begin to degenerate, and some advanced abilities such as human perception, especially spiritual perception, gradually disappear, so everyone does not believe that in fact, human beings can also have many magical abilities such as "eye in the sky".

I often wonder how much of the human brain and potential have been developed, and how many great treasures have we lost ourselves.

The old blind man told my family that my heavenly eye is one level higher than the yin and yang eye, because it can see not only yin ghosts, but also gods from the upper realm, such as the heavenly dragon and the doppelganger of the Buddha and Bodhisattva.

Therefore, from the perspective of "Heavenly Eye", "Yin and Yang Eye" is only the lowest level of ability in its broad sense. Take the mythical and legendary Erlang God "Yang Jian" as an example, born with three eyes, the middle god eye can subdue demons and subdue demons, which is essentially a more advanced heavenly eye, in Taoism, this kind of heavenly eye is also called "heavenly fairy eye".

And my heavenly eye is still far from the "heavenly fairy eye", according to the words of the blind man, it is the so-called "half-immortal eye", but it is already fundamentally different from the "yin and yang eye".

I didn't know much about my abilities as a child, but later I read a Buddhist article and learned that Buddhism also has a specific division system for functions like the Heavenly Eye:

Buddhism believes that through cultivation, people can have the following realms of vision, one is the naked eye, which is the flesh and mortal eye used by ordinary people to see the world of red dust; the second is the heavenly eye, the Buddha believes that through cultivation, people can see the three worlds of people, ghosts, gods and various lives of the six realms, and have a certain ability to predict and see the microcosm of the future events; the third is the discerning eye, which is the vision of the Arhats, which can see the signs and causes and effects of the twelve causes and conditions, the flow of life and death, and is not bound by the six realms of reincarnation and life and death, and is free from the five aggregates. Out of the Three Realms, the fourth is the Dharma Eye, which is possessed by the Bodhisattva above the primordial ground, also known as the Bodhisattva Eye, which can see the nature of all Dharma and see through the essence of all things. The fifth is the Buddha's eye, which is the whole of wisdom, that is, the wisdom of the Great Circle Mirror itself, also known as the Great Circle Enlightenment, also known as the Supreme Bodhi. With the Buddha's eye, not only the eyes of arhats and bodhisattvas, but also the past and future events and endless reincarnation, which is the true truth and supreme wisdom.

Similar to Buddhism, Taoism also has its own system of "Heavenly Eye", which is similar but has its own characteristics. If the Daomen divides the cultivation realm from low to high, there are half immortals, earth immortals, heavenly immortals, golden immortals, Daluo golden immortals, Tianzun, etc., therefore, different cultivation has different abilities of heavenly eyes.

After talking so much about the concept of the "eye in the sky", the blind man went on to say something that shocked our whole family.

According to the blind man, mortals can only have "yin and yang eyes" at most after they are born, and these are all people who are extremely inspired and inspired, and these people are often people who have undergone cultivation in their previous lives or have a life of extreme yin.

And those who are born with the "Half-Immortal Eye" are often born from the heavenly realm. Seeing that my family couldn't understand, the blind man added: In a nutshell, the heavenly realm is the world where the heavenly emperors, immortals, Buddhas, dragons, and divine beasts exist.

There are generally two situations from the heavenly realm to the human world, one is because of some extraordinary reasons, the gods will go down to the mortal realm to do some things, such as subduing demons and subduing demons, collecting disciples, helping the world and saving people, etc. The second is that the immortals and dragons of the upper realm were demoted to the human world to atone for their sins after violating the rules of heaven and violating the rules of heaven.

In the first case, the immortals will return to the heavenly realm after completing what they have to do. The second situation is more bumpy, depending on the size of the crime committed: some immortals who have made serious mistakes will be deprived of their status, sent to hell and reincarnated for cultivation, in which the memories of their previous lives and immortal methods will also be erased or sealed at the same time; those who have made minor mistakes may return to the human world after enduring more than ten years or decades of human life in the human world.

No matter what my situation is, the blind man thinks that I have come down from the heavenly realm, because I not only have the "half-immortal eye", but also have a treasure light around my body, and the blind man said that as long as I cultivate my body and make more merits in the human world, then there will be a day when I will return to the heavenly realm, and our whole family will also accumulate yin gong because of protecting the heavenly beings.

However, the blind man said that my immortal magic and abilities seem to have been sealed or erased by the Heavenly Realm, and only part of the ability of the "Half-Immortal Eye" and some "Colorful Immortal Light" are left to protect myself. If I can be safe and sound in the world, nothing happens, and I will survive one day, but my treasure is more obvious, and it is easy to be discovered by people who have Taoism.

It doesn't matter if you are seen by the practitioner, if the other party understands, they will respect you. But once they are targeted by the demons and monsters hiding in the world, they may become the "Tang monk meat" in their eyes, because if they can absorb the little fairy qi in my body, it will be a rare tonic for them.

My family originally hoped that the blind man could turn me into a normal person, but when they heard that the blind man said so much about the relationship, they hoped that I would not be targeted by some demons and monsters, so without saying a word, they insisted that the blind man carry out the technique of "sealing the spirit" on me.

As the name suggests, the "Sealing Spirit" technique is to seal the immortal qi in my body, and thus eliminate my "Heavenly Eye" ability and the treasure light around my body. The blind man cast a spell on the "pineal gland" of my eyebrows (that is, the vital part where my soul is located) through the cinnabar talisman, and finally temporarily sealed my fairy qi into the center of my eyebrows.

After the blind man finished casting the spell, he told my family that the technique of "sealing the spirit" could not seal my immortal qi for a lifetime, and the effect of the closure would become weaker and weaker over time, but it would not change for at least ten years.

Ten years from now, if the spell is about to fail, my eyebrows will beat violently, and I can go back to him when the time comes, if he is still alive.

When I was seventeen years old, my family feared that the limit of the soul sealing technique was approaching, so they asked someone to find the blind man again, but unfortunately the old blind man had already died. Before he died, he seemed to anticipate that my family would visit him again, so he left a talisman drawn with a spell for his only son, saying that if someone surnamed Lin came to him, he could give it to him.

After receiving the talisman, the blind man left a note attached, which said that when the spirit sealing technique failed and his eyebrows jumped, he could swallow this talisman in water, which would help the spirit sealing technique to seal my immortal qi again for three years.

Soon, my eyebrows were pounding, as if something was about to burst out. Seeing this, I swallowed the Dao talisman with water and the Dao talisman as the blind man instructed, and after a short time, it really worked, the beating of the eyebrows gradually subsided, and the spirit sealing technique was effective again.

On my fingers, I'm twenty this year, and it's been three years since I last swallowed a Dao talisman. I don't know how long this spiritual magic can last, is the sealed immortal qi on my body about to burst out of my eyebrows again and emit a treasure light?

Fortunately, until now, my eyebrows have not jumped violently, which means that the spiritual seal is still working. I hope it lasts a little longer, so that I can be safe and sound.

However, at this moment, as I was lying on my side listening to the sobbing sound from the empty bed opposite, my eyebrows suddenly jumped faintly. I was shocked, could it be that on this night of encountering ghosts, the immortal qi would once again break through the spirit sealing technique and return to my body.

I wasn't allowed to think about it too much, but I heard a woman's voice from the empty bed opposite: "I'm really unwilling, I hate it so much!" I still can't see it.

The voice then said, "Lin Yu, I'm Jiang Hong, can you see me now?"

It turns out that ordinary yin ghost people can't see it, but if it's a ghost who died unjustly, violently, or committed suicide, it will slowly produce resentment because it doesn't do it or its wish is not fulfilled, and this resentment will accumulate more and more, and then make the yin ghost give birth to some abilities.

According to Taoism, resentment accumulates, grievances accumulate deeper, obsession becomes heavier, and thoughts become vigorous. It means that under the influence of a kind of resentment, the yin ghost can accumulate a certain spiritual ability, so that it has the ability to manifest, attack, or play tricks on the living.

The white shadow finally changed from faint to a real ghost, a woman with beautiful eyebrows but a resentful face, I once seemed to have seen her, it was a woman named Jiang Hong who committed suicide by jumping off a building not long ago. Now that she can show up, it shows that it already has a very heavy resentment.

"I hate it so much, I'm so unwilling, Lin Yu, do you think he deserves to die. Jiang Hong's blood-red eyes looked at me and said a little suspiciously. For some reason, her voice was cold and a little stiff, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
