Chapter 961: Add oil and vinegar
In addition to the singing segment is the biggest highlight, there is nothing to say about the new white lady's legendary service.
Especially the costume styling is definitely a must.
Styling designer Qiao Feng invited the famous Hong Kong stylist Wu Baoling.
Wu Baoling's reputation in the industry is as famous as that of Zhang Shuping and Tim Yip.
The three major stylists in Hong Kong have different design concepts and different emphases.
Zhang Shuping is good at fashion dramas and period dramas, and likes simple matching of primary colors, while Tim Yip is known for his gorgeous and complex colors.
Wu Baoling's design is mainly based on abstract concepts, and the characters adhere to aestheticism, elegant and extraordinary, and use eccentric materials.
Like Xiaoao Jianghu, Wu Baoling did the modeling design, and won the best modeling design award at the Golden Horse Awards two days ago.
Therefore, Qiao Feng chose Wu Baoling to style the legend of the new white lady.
Of course, the main reason is that the legend of the new white lady in the original time and space is a design made by Wu Baoling.
Wu Baoling not only modeled the legend of the New White Lady, but also made Xu Ke's "Green Snake" by her.
The legend of the new white lady in the original time and space is really a drama of conscience, and each character's clothes have surprises, and there are a lot of dark flower embroidery.
Wu Baoling has done a lot of homework and ideas for modeling design.
For example, Xu Xian's style refers to the Xiaosheng costume in the opera, and he is a weak scholar, so he deliberately emphasizes his chic and natural.
And Bai Suzhen's most amazing appearance of the mosquito net and white yarn shape is the perfect use of Wu Baoling's habitual quirky materials.
And this shape comes from Jin Yong's little dragon girl - Shengxue in white clothes, with long hair fluttering.
Inside is a vest with a golden pattern, and when it moves, the arms looming under the sleeves of the white gauze are exposed, simple and elegant, and it is completely like a fairy descending to earth!
Not only that, but the green, purple, pink, and peach clothes worn by Bai Suzhen in the legend of the New White Lady are all matched with fixed hairstyles, hair accessories and earrings, which are quite exquisite.
Each set is very fairy.
The success of the Legend of the New White Lady is definitely not a simple reason, but the result of the joint efforts of all the main creators and excellence.
Now this time and space is too tight because I have to rush to shoot the exterior of West Lake, so there is not enough time for Wu Baoling to conceive and create.
Therefore, Qiao Feng communicated with Wu Baoling according to the original design to minimize the time for Wu Baoling to conceive the design.
The Legend of the New White Lady is done as quickly as possible from preparing to rushing to the location.
is so busy that everyone can't even have a good Mid-Autumn Festival, and can't spend a reunion at home with their families on August 15.
It's good to say that Taiwan is here, after all, it is close to each other, and you can still go home on the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival, and even Qiao Feng is accompanied by Lin Qingxia and Zhao Yazhi.
The poor ones are Ye Tong and Chen Meiqi.
In order to participate in the Golden Horse Awards, Ye Tong flew to Taiwan on the last day of September, and then was persuaded by Qiao Feng to shoot the legend of the new White Lady.
Chen Meiqi is even more pitiful.
She came to Taiwan a day later than Zhao Yazhi and flew to Taiwan on the morning of October 3.
Then October 3rd happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, because she was coming to Taiwan, she couldn't even eat the Mid-Autumn Festival lunch with her family, let alone eat a reunion dinner at night and then enjoy the moon as a family.
Then when they arrived in Taiwan, they were busy again, busy getting familiar with the script, familiar with the characters, and figuring out the characters.
Then when these were just harvested, they flew to the mainland with the crew.
After arriving in the mainland, the first stop is the most important location of Hangzhou West Lake, after filming the West Lake, the next stop is Nanjing, the ancient tower of Jiming Temple will be the exterior of Leifeng Tower.
Because the Leifeng Pagoda by the West Lake collapsed as early as 1924, I can only find a similar one to replace it.
After that, I went to Zhenjiang and went to the Jinshan Temple there to shoot the scene.
This Jinshan Temple is not a substitute, but the Jinshan Temple in the true folk tale of the White Snake.
Many people may think it is strange, shouldn't Leifeng Pagoda be in Jinshan Temple?
Why is one by the West Lake in Hangzhou, and the other in Zhenjiang?
These two places are located in different cities in two different provinces.
There is no special process or reason for this.
In fact, it is just some unintentional or intentional deletion and addition of content in the circulation of folk tales.
Jinshan Temple was built in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and has always been full of incense. At that time, there were many merchants from north to south, and they would always go south through the transit station of Zhenjiang and reach Hangzhou by water.
Hangzhou is an important silk town, many merchants are bound to go, these merchants are the main God of wealth of those storytellers, storytellers in order to bring the familiar things of the merchants together, so that they love to listen more, so they deliberately put Jinshan Temple and Leifeng Pagoda together.
This is as simple as the origin of the character Fahai appearing in the story of the White Snake.
Pei Wende, the son of Pei Xiu, the famous minister of the Tang Dynasty, won the champion at a young age, and the emperor named him a bachelor of Hanlin, but his father was extremely good at Buddhism.
Once Pei Xiu was sick and did not get better for many days, Pei Xiu said to his family: He has been practicing Buddhism, and he can't pay attention to Buddhism during his illness, and he is really guilty. After hearing this, Pei Wende burned incense and worshiped the Buddha in front of the Buddha statue every day, and it didn't take long for Pei Xiu's illness to recover.
Then Pei Xiu let his son become a monk.
Pei Wende and Buddhism are really fateful, and eventually he also became a generation of Zen masters.
One day he was meditating in one of his holes, and suddenly a white python came out, for some reason, the white python just left after going back and forth a few times around the hole.
As a result, this matter was conveyed by the local people, thinking that Monk Fahai had immortal arts, otherwise why wouldn't the white python hurt him.
This would have been a separate and somewhat bizarre story.
But because in the early years of the story of the White Snake, people felt that there was a lack of a character who could subdue demons and eliminate demons, so this monk from the Tang Dynasty who had such a little connection with the White Snake was added to the story.
Later, I felt that the White Snake couldn't be a negative character, and Fahai, who was working against the White Snake, naturally couldn't be a good person, so Fahai became the villain who had a holiday with the White Snake.
Similar to Leifeng Pagoda, Jinshan Temple and Fahai in the story, there is also the so-called Shuiman Jinshan Temple.
This section also has a provenance.
During the period of filial piety in the Southern Song Dynasty, a great flood that has not been encountered in a thousand years flooded Zhenjiang and flooded Jinshan Temple.
So, in the evolution of the story of the White Snake, there were Bai Suzhen and Xiaoqing who were bewitched to Jinshan Temple by Fahai to save Xu Xian, and then cast their magic power and Fahai to fight the water in Jinshan Temple.
And similar to the legend of the White Snake, which integrates things that have happened or circulated in different places in different eras, there are countless in Chinese folk tales.
These things are naturally completely unknown to several Hong Kong people.
Therefore, when Zhao Yazhi, Ye Tong, and Chen Meiqi were surprised that Jinshan Temple and Leifeng Pagoda were not together, Qiao Feng spat and told them who had not seen it well about the Tao and people here, and the origin of the place.
Then when they heard that there was really a Leifeng Pagoda and that the Leifeng Pagoda had really collapsed as said in the legend of the White Snake, the three Hong Kong women were very interested and said that they must go to the Ruins of Leifeng Pagoda to see this solid state that was collapsed by Xu Shilin.
Maybe they can still see Bai Suzhen and Xu Xian in the dark.
For the three women who obviously took myths as real things, Qiao Feng was quite helpless.
Fortunately, the three of them soon flew to the mainland with the crew, but there is no need for Qiao Feng to keep explaining that the legend of the White Snake is a mythical story, and Bai Suzhen has not been pressed under the Leifeng Tower, let alone collapsed by Xu Shilin.
