Therefore, when the company was established to do the talent reserve plan, my requirements for personnel recruitment were that "two books" did not need to be recruited for me: one "book" refers to the locals, a considerable proportion of local boys are lazy and do not want to make progress;

The content of these meetings was also heard by this undergraduate intern, this day I was standing in front of the office area of the operation department, he hurriedly packed up his things and was about to leave, and his master was making a phone call on the left and right with a phone clip in his ear, wanting him to make a call to communicate a small detail to his guests in maintenance, he said expressionlessly: "It's none of my business, I'm going to get off work!" , I feel as if we are the exploiting class exploiting his surplus value, he will not let me exploit for a minute, this is your master who is also your manager, not to mention that this is not a particularly difficult thing, and it will not delay you much time, and the whole company is busy with tension. When he turned to leave, he bumped into me standing behind him, and when I asked him what he was doing, he replied expressionlessly, "My mother is waiting for me to come home for dinner!" I replied to him on the spot: "You don't have to go to work next Monday, let's have a good meal at home with your mother, and the internship salary as of today, the personnel and finance side will remit it to your card on time!"
No one asks you to work overtime, but you at least have to have the spirit of teamwork, at least the day is done, before everyone gets off work, I will not get off work! On the contrary, they work so hard, I will organize a company dinner once a week, and organize one or two KTV activities every month to reward their hard work and let them relax.
It's very simple: if you don't work hard today, you will work hard to find a job tomorrow!
