Even so, the Bodhisattva sat on the throne without fear, like a king of birds among a flock of birds, and like a king of lions among all beasts. At the same time as the bad omen appeared, Moro arrived, but he could not enter the vicinity of the Bodhi tree.
In the same way, his army of lust demons did not dare to approach the Bodhi tree, but only surrounded the Bodhi tree and the bodhisattva. Seeing that his army was stagnant, Moro commanded: "Charge, catch him!"
But Moro himself could not get close to the range of the Bodhi tree, just as a fly could not get close to a red-hot piece of iron. He could only say to his entourage, "Ladies and gentlemen, there is no one who can compare with Prince Siddhartha, we cannot attack him from the front, we should attack from behind." ”
Shakyamuni looked at the front and left and right, and there was only the empty space left after the many gods and Brahmas had fled. Then he saw the army of Moro coming in from the north.
He thought, "Such an innumerable army has come to attack me alone! And none of my parents, relatives, and friends can help me here, but my ten kinds of balamis, which are my weapons against the army of Moro." ”
Immediately, the bodhisattva began to think about his process of accumulating the ten paramitas. As the Bodhisattva contemplated his ten bharamis, Moro planned, "I will unleash nine means of attack to make Prince Siddhartha leave his seat and escape." ”
First, he unleashed a furious whirlwind. Immediately, the east, west, south, and north winds rose strongly, and this strong wind could sweep up the tops of the mountains in a radius of half a decade, a quarter of the decade, and two of them, and it could also uproot trees. Can destroy surrounding villages and towns.
However, in the face of the bodhisattva's good karma, when the wind approaches the bodhisattva, it becomes powerless, and it cannot even blow the edge of the bodhisattva's robe. Moro looked at the wind and thought, "Prince Siddhartha has probably been crushed by the wind at this moment!"
However, when he saw the Bodhisattva sitting there unharmed, he was very troubled, and he thought, "I will drown him with a flood!" He summoned rain and clouds, and the rain poured down, and the whole earth fell into deep despair.
When the water overflows the trees and hills, and as it approaches Shakya, the water changes direction and flows elsewhere, so that not even the corners of the Bodhisattva's robe can be wetted.
Seeing this, Moro thought to himself, "I will stone Prince Siddhartha into powder." Then, the rocks as big as a mountain rained down, but when they approached the Bodhisattva, they turned into garlands and flower balls woven from the ceiling.
Moro thought, "I'm going to kill Prince Siddhartha!" Thinking about it, all kinds of weapons flew towards the Bodhisattva like rain, but when they approached the Bodhisattva, they all turned into jasmine flowers and scattered around the Bodhi tree.
Moro was stunned again when he saw the Bodhisattva sitting unharmed, Vajra not moving. Not reconciled, he summoned smoke-filled firewood, which also turned into jasmine and fell.
Moro summoned fiery hot ashes in turn, however, these hot ashes turned into pollen and fell as he approached the bodhisattva. Moro called out the hot sands again, however, when they approached the Bodhisattva, they turned into smallpox. He summoned hot mud, which turned into a powder scented of smallpox.
Moro plans to use the infinite darkness to scare Prince Siddhartha away. This darkness is like the night at the beginning of the month, like the dark clouds, and like the depths of a forest in the middle of the night.
However, the darkness disappeared without a trace as soon as it approached the Bodhisattva, as if it had been dispelled by the light!
All nine of his attempts failed, and he continued to rain down a steady stream of meteors, enveloping the world in fire and smoke, and the sky was punctuated in astonishing thunderbolts, even with such violent means that could not harm the Bodhisattva.
So, Moro changed his method of attack, and he was ready to put some real weapons, thinking, "Prince Siddhartha, I will kill you with weapons." "This physical weapon has the power of being stuck in the ground, and no plants can grow on the earth for twelve years.
If this weapon were thrown into the sky, the place would be in a great drought for twelve years. If it were inserted into the mountain, the mountain would split in half! Moro would throw the weapon at the Bodhisattva, and the weapon would gallop through the sky like a thunderbolt, but it would fall at the Bodhisattva's feet like a scraper made of thread, which would break Mora's pride.
Enraged, Moro was so enraged that he shouted to his men, "What are you doing standing there, don't give Prince Siddhartha a chance to become a Buddha, grab him, kill him, don't let him run away." ”
He himself sat on the back of the war elephant, showing a terrifying look, and kept approaching the Bodhisattva, brandishing a bow and arrow in his hand, and said to the Bodhisattva in a frightened manner: Prince Siddhartha, get out of that Vajra throne quickly!
At this time, Moro's subordinates also took on various terrifying shapes and assumed various terrifying and terrifying poses in an attempt to scare the Bodhisattva away. But all this is useless, and the Bodhisattva is still sitting peacefully on the throne of Vajra!
Bai Wuchang Xie Bi'an said with emotion: These are the war stories between the Buddha and Moro, and they are also about the war stories between the Buddha and the demons!
Yang Zhuochao asked, "Lord Impermanence, according to you, Na Bo Xun must be a very powerful character, and where did he live before he became a new generation of Asura King?"
Xie Bi'an replied: This wave of ten is definitely a ruthless character! Shangxian thinks, since you can dare to argue with the leader of Western Buddhism, you must have two brushes! In addition, it is recorded: "The demon king is powerful!" For example, among the divine powers of the Desire Realm, Heavenly Demon Bo Xun is the first. ”
This also proves from the side that this son is indeed very powerful. As for his abode, it is also recorded: "Bo Xun dwells in his free heaven." Zhu Jingyun: "The magic wave is at the top of the six desires, and there is no palace." Now the Cause and Effect Sutra is the King of Freedom, so it should be the sixth day. ”
Yang Zhuochao said: When we are in the world, we generally do not call the head of Western Buddhism Shakyamuni Buddha. Rather, the Buddha is called "Nyorai"!
Xie Bi'an nodded slightly and said: "That's true!" But "Rulai" is only one of the names of the Buddha, and the Sanskrit transliteration is Tata Agatha, one of the ten titles of the Buddha. If it refers to the truth, it has two meanings: by virtue of the way of truthfulness, through hard work, continuous accumulation of good causes, and finally become a Buddha, hence the name of the Buddha!
That is, the true body is like this, and through the introduction of the way of true truth, so that sentient beings can increase their wisdom, eliminate their troubles, and obtain benefits, hence the name of the body. It is also interpreted as "coming as the Buddhas, hence the name".
Chinese folk often refer to the founder of Buddhism, Shakyamuni Buddha, Shakyamuni, that is, Prince Siddhartha at that time. Actually, this title is imprecise! Nyolai is one of the Buddha's virtue names, and Nyolai means "nowhere to come from, and nowhere to go, hence the name." Therefore, if you come and Buddha, you can only call one of them.
We know that slandering the Buddha and slandering the Dharma is an extremely serious sin, and that is to go to hell! Shakyamuni Buddha said when he was alive that according to the Buddhist Nirvana scriptures, the demon king Bo Shun had to go through hell to attain it.
And the Demon King Bo Xun will come to the end of his destiny in the future, and he will fall directly into hell, and then go through the time of immeasurable tribulation, and finally become a Buddha. The Buddha Suspense Demon King Bo Shun will achieve Buddha fruit in the pure and stable world of the future "Pure Tribulation", called "Buddha of Dharma Light for Wonderful Living".
The demon king Bo Xun can become a Buddha in the end, which is really in response to Shakyamuni Buddha's Buddha's enlightenment, saying, "Wonderful, wonderful, all beings on the earth have the wisdom and virtue of the same, but they can't be attained because of delusional attachment." "Actually, to put it bluntly, Demon King Bo Xun's destruction of the Dharma is a kind of attachment, although he is the Lord of the Six Desires, he is also within the scope of sentient beings in the Nine Realms.
The reason why the demon king Bo Xun can also become a Buddha is also in response to the saying, "The difference between a Buddha and a demon is a thought." Turn bad thoughts around, and you will be reborn.
Yang Zhuochao said: According to Lord Impermanence, it is very likely that Na Bo Xun will finally be able to convert to Buddhism as an expedient measure! Perhaps he is planning a bigger conspiracy.....
Bai Wuchang Xie Bi'an was obviously stunned, and he said: What the upper immortal said, it's not that I didn't think about it in the lower parts! But in the end, he still vetoed it. The main key is the lack of evidence!
Yang Zhuochao shook his head and said: I don't understand why Buddhism preaches that "if you put down the butcher's knife in your hand, you can become a Buddha on the spot"! That means that even a killer who kills innocents indiscriminately and cares about human life. As long as he repents immediately after killing someone, he can also become a Buddha and go to Elysium?
Isn't it so easy for wicked people to become Buddhas, but it's too unfair to good people?
Xie Bi'an thought for a while and replied: "Put down the butcher's knife and become a Buddha on the spot", this sentence gives a chance to those who do bad things. It means that as long as you have good thoughts in your heart and start doing good deeds from now on, you can still become a good person, or even a person like a "Buddha" sage.
However, this sentence also seems very unfair to those who never do bad things, but only do good things. If you work hard and do good deeds all your life, you may have a little mistake, and you will be pointed out by thousands of people and become a stain on your life.
And the one who does the bad thing is just to "put down the butcher's knife", have a good thought, and finally become a "Buddha". This makes people who have worked hard to do good things all their lives feel embarrassed!
If you work hard to be a good person all your life, you may not be able to become a Buddha in the end, and those bad people can become a Buddha as long as they put down the butcher knife in their hands, if this is the case, who wants to be a good person?
