First, when designing products, it is necessary to implement the "early failure mode and consequence analysis", that is, the method of FMEA, to predict the possible quality risks in the design in advance and eliminate the problems in the early stage of design. At the same time, the use of tools such as statistical process control (SPC) in the quality system, production part approval process (PPAP) in procurement, measurement system analysis (MSA), and development process planning (APQP) also contribute to the stable improvement of quality, and must be put into use immediately. The specific use method can be carried out simultaneously with the construction of the quality system through external training. He said: "The quality system management we will implement is not to be shown to others, but to effectively improve our quality level through the implementation of the quality system, and to implement the system work." We have spent money to implement the system, we must use it and let it create value for us, and we must not be superficial. ”

Second, in the comparison of the durability test after the endurance, we can see the problem of the original transmission shaft very intuitively, and it is only because the development of our testing machine lags behind the development of the product that the accident occurs. We must take this as a warning and do a good job of product testing and verification. For each product and each component, appropriate test verification standards and laboratory operation standards should be formulated. Lack of test equipment, we have to add in time, there is no ready-made test equipment project, even if we want to design independently, but also to add, this area of money can not be saved. In the design and manufacture of special test equipment, we should rely more on professional companies, do not waste our limited energy here, let professional people do professional things, the efficiency will be higher, we do not think about saving money in this regard. Money is earned, not saved, and the money that should be spent must be spent.

The third is the recall mechanism for problematic products. Now there is a recall mechanism in the automotive industry, which is a big quality assurance platform. In the field of agricultural machinery, there is no such system. We must draw on the experience gained in the process of handling this accident and do it ourselves. For the problem products we sell, we must be brave enough to face them, and if necessary, we can initiate a recall mechanism. The sales department should work with the design department and the quality control department to form a clear standard for the recall mechanism and contribute to our good reputation among customers. Regarding this quality accident, the propaganda department should make good use of it, report the process of respecting the interests of customers and paying close attention to product quality, and improve the persuasiveness of propaganda through customer visits.
