Chapter 244 Medals
The eighteenth product is the same as the same view
"Subodhi, think about it, does a Buddha have a physical eye?" "Yes, World-Honored One, a Buddha has a physical eye. โ
"Subodhi, think about it, does the Buddha have a heavenly eye?" "Yes, World-Honored One, the Buddha has a heavenly eye. โ
"Subodhi, think about it, does the Buddha have discernment?" "Yes, World-Honored One, the Buddha has discernment. โ
"Subodhi, think about it, does the Buddha have Dharma Eyes?" "Yes, World-Honored One, the Buddha has Dharma Eyes. โ
"Subodhi, if you think about it, there are many grains of sand in the Ganges, so do I say these grains of sand are grains of sand?" "Yes, World-Honored One, you are talking about grains of sand. โ
"Subodhi, think about it again, if there are as many Ganges as many grains of sand in the Ganges, as there are many grains of sand in the Ganges, if there are as many Buddha worlds as there are all the grains of sand in the Ganges, do you think there are many Buddha worlds or not too much?" "Many, World-Honored One. The Buddha said to Su Bodhi: "I know all the thoughts of all sentient beings in so many Buddha lands. โ
"What is the reason for this?" "The various thoughts I am talking about are non-minds, but they are called minds. โ
"And how do you know?" "Subodhi, the thoughts of the past are gone, the present is gone, the future is still in the future, and it is not available. โ
The nineteenth grade of the law realm is divided into points
"Subodhi, I ask you, if someone uses the Seven Jewels that fill the three thousand worlds to give alms, how much merit does that person have cultivated because of the causes of giving?" "That's a lot, World-Honored One. The merit that this person receives from the cause of giving is very many. "Subodhi, if there is a substance in merit, it cannot be said that there is much merit. Because it has no substance, it is indescribable, and it is said that he has obtained a lot of merit. โ
The twentieth product is separated from the color
"Subodhi, think again, can you see the Buddha in the perfect flesh of the Buddha?" "No, World-Honored One. You can't see it as it is. โ
"For the flesh spoken of as it is said is not flesh in the true sense of the word, but it is called flesh." โ
"Subodhi, think again, can you know by all kinds of perfect forms?" "No, World-Honored One. If you do, you should not know it by all kinds of perfect forms. โ
"What reason?" "The various perfect forms you are talking about, 'โกdวng'โกdiวn'โก small'โก say, .โ.ยคos_(); That is, it does not have all kinds of perfect appearances, it is just a pseudonym. โ
The twenty-first product is not said to be divided
"Subodhi, don't think that the Buddha has such thoughts: I should have something to say. Don't have such thoughts. "Why?" "If someone says something about the Buddha, then he is slandering the Buddha and is not understanding the Dharma. Su Bodhi, the so-called saying, in fact, can't be said, just that he is saying the Dharma. โ
At this time, the elder Hui ordered Su Bo to ask the Buddha, "World-honored one, is there such a being, after you have passed away, and when you hear this sutra, will he still have faith?" The Buddha said, "Subodhi, those sentient beings are not real sentient beings, nor are they non-sentient beings. "What is the reason for this?" "Subodhi, the so-called sentient beings, the reason why he became sentient beings is because they are non-sentient beings, and they are just called sentient beings. โ
The twenty-second grade cannot be scored
Subodhi asked the Buddha and said, "World-honored one, did the Buddha attain the supreme and great wisdom of enlightenment, that is, he did not get anything?" The Buddha replied, "Exactly, exactly, Subodhi, I have attained nothing in the three bodhisattvas of Anuttara, and I have not attained a single diวn dharma, but I have attained the supreme and enlightened wisdom." โ
The twenty-third quality is to purify the heart and do good deeds
"Besides, Subodhi, Buddhism talks about equality, and there is no distinction between superior and inferior, so it is called supreme, enlightened and wise. With the mind of selfless, nobody, sentient beings, and lifeless, to practice a qiฤ good dharma, one can attain the three bodhisattvas of Anuttara. Subodhi, when we talk about the good dharma, that is, it is not the good dharma, but we just call it the good dharma. โ
The twenty-fourth product is extremely rich
"Subodhi, if there are so many Seven Treasures in the three thousand worlds as all the Sumeru Mountain Kings gathered together, someone would use it as almsgiving. If someone persists in accepting this sutra, even if it is only about four verses, etc., and recites it and explains it to others, then the merit of the person who gave before him will not be equal to one hundredth of his one, one in a hundred trillion, and will not be able to express it in numbers. โ
The twenty-fifth product is divided into heaven
"Subodhi, think about it again, you people don't say that the Buddha has such a mind: I should destroy sentient beings. Subodhi, don't think like that. "Why?" "Actually, there are no sentient beings who need Buddhas to extinguish. If there is, then the Buddha has the form of self, others, sentient beings, and long-lived beings. Subodhi, the Buddha said that there is me, that is, there is no me, but ordinary people think that there is indeed me. Subodhi, a mortal, is what the Buddha called an extraordinary person, but he is called a mortal. โ
