Diamond Sutra Explanation 2

【Scripture】"Subodhi! If all the sand in the Ganges is the number, if it is sand and other Ganges, what is the meaning of the clouds? Is it the sand of the Ganges, would it be more than that?" Subodhi said, "Many. Pen & Fun & Pavilion www.biquge.info Shizun! But the Ganges are innumerable, and how much more are the sands?" "Subodhi! I tell you the truth, If there is a good man and a good woman, and count the three thousand worlds with the sand of the Ganges with the Seven Treasures, and use them to give, will they be blessed?" Subodhi said, "Many. World-honored!" The Buddha told Subodhi: "If a good man or a good woman is in this sutra, even if they receive the four verses and so on, and say it for others, then this merit is better than the previous merit."
【Explanation】Subodhi, like all the sand in the Ganges, like the Ganges with so many sand numbers, what do you mean? So how much sand in the Ganges, how much? Subodhi said, "A lot, World-Honored One." The number of Ganges alone is incalculable, let alone the sand in the river. Subodhi, I will tell you very clearly: If a good man and a good woman fill the three thousand worlds of the Ganges sand with the Seven Jewels and use it to give alms, how much merit will be obtained? Subodhi said, "A lot, World-Honored One." The Buddha told Subodhi: If a good man and a good woman practice only four verses based on the teachings in this sutra and explain them to others, his merit is far greater than the merit mentioned above.
Respect for the Orthodox Church is divided into the twelfth
Repeat: "Subodhi! If it is a sutra, or even a four-verse verse, you should know that here, all the heavens, people, and asuras in the world should be offered, such as pagodas and temples. Moreover, there are people who can receive and recite as much as they can. Subodhi! When you know that you are a human being, you can achieve the best and first way to do it; If it is where the scriptures are, then there is a Buddha, and if you respect the disciples."
Also, Subodhi, as long as you preach this sutra anytime and anywhere, even if you only say four verses, you should know that here, all the worlds, including the heavens, people, asuras, etc., should be offered, just like the place where the Buddha's pagoda and temple are located. What's more, there are people who are completely able to practice practice and recite. Subodhi, you should know that this person has achieved the supreme and first desired dharma. If it is the place where the sutra is located, that is, there is a Buddha, then we should respect the sutra as a disciple respects the Buddha.
The thirteenth is the law and the thirteenth
At that time, Subodhi White Buddha said, "World-honored! What should be the name of this scripture? Why should we wait for the clouds?" The Buddha said to Subodhi, "The name of the sutra is Vajra Prajnaparamita, and if it is the name, you should hold it. So what? Subodhi! The Buddha said that Prajnaparami, that is, it is not Prajnaparamita, it is called Prajnaparami. Subodhi! What does it mean? If so, do you have a say?" Subodhi White Buddha said, "World-honored one! If you don't have anything to say." "Subodhi! What does it mean? What are all the dust in the three thousand worlds?" Subodhi said, "Many. World-honored!" "Subodhi! The motes, if they are not motes, are called motes. For example, the world is not the world, it is the world. Su Bodhi, what does it mean? Can we see each other thirty-two?" "No, no. World-honored! You can't see each other in thirty-two. Why? If we say that there are 32 phases, it is the non-phase of right and wrong, and it is called the 32 phases." "Subodhi! If there is a good man or a good woman, who gives alms with the sands of the Ganges, etc., and if there are people again, in this sutra, even the four verses, etc., are said for others, and there are many blessings!"
At this time, Subodhi respectfully said to the Buddha: World-honored one, how should we call this sutra, and how should we practice it? The Buddha told Subodhi that this sutra is called: "Vajra Prajnaparamita." Take this name as the title of the scripture, and you should practice it. Why? Subodhi, the Buddha said that Prajnaparamita, in order to make all sentient beings follow the wisdom of "having no place to live and give birth to their minds", away from all kinds of greed and afflictions caused by sight, sound, fragrance, and touching, and to reach the realm of immortality and immortality, it is a method of cultivation, not empty talk. If the mind is "if you see things that are not the same, then you see them as they are", there is no truth in the universe, and the prajnaparamita that makes you free from suffering and happiness is also an illusory and unreal prajnaparamita, which is illegal and not illegal. Subodhi, what do you mean? Is there any way to say that? Subodhi said to the Buddha, "World-honored one, if you don't say it." Subodhi, what do you mean? Are all the dust in the three thousand worlds a lot? Subodhi said, "A lot, World-Honored One." Subodhi, so many motes, for example, are illusory motes, but they are called motes. For example, the world is an illusory world, but it is called a world. Subodhi, what do you mean? Can we see the 32 good appearances of the Buddha's body, where there is no place to come and nowhere to go? No, World-Honored One. Why? Subodhi, for example, the 32 good aspects of the Buddha's body are illusory, but they are called the 32 phases. If we see that all the phases are not the same, we should know that although the illusory phase has changes in birth and death, in fact there is no birth and death, and it is no different from the non-birth and imperishability, and there is no place to come and nowhere to go. Then, what your eyes see; what the ear hears; what the nose smells; what the tongue tastes; what the body touches; What comes to mind in my heart is nothing but an illusion, nothing is a coming that comes from nowhere and has nowhere to go. Subodhi, if there are good men and good women, like the sand of the Ganges, they will give with their lives many times. If someone else uses the teachings of this sutra to practice even four verses and explain them to others, he will be more merit than giving with his own life.
The fourteenth is separated from the phase
At that time, Subodhi heard that it was a scripture, and he deeply understood the righteousness, wept and wept, and the white Buddha said, "I hope there is! World-honored. The Buddha said that it is such a profound scripture, and I have never heard such a scripture with the insight I have received from the past. World-honored! If there are people who hear the scriptures and have pure faith, they will be born into reality. When you know that it is a person's achievement, you want to have merit. World-honored! Those who are realities are non-appearances, and they are called realities. World-honored! If I am 500 years old in the next life, there are sentient beings, who can hear the scriptures, believe and understand them, and be the first person to be the first to be there. Why? This person has no self, no one, no beings, and no longevity, so what? The self-phase is the phase of right and wrong; The appearance of people, sentient beings, and longevity is the appearance of right and wrong. Why? Detached from all appearances, they are called Buddhas." The Buddha told Subodhi, "If it is, if it is! If there are people again, they can hear the scriptures, and they are not shocked, frightened, or afraid, and they should know that they are human beings, and they are very hopeful. Why? Subodhi! For example, the first parami is not the first paramita, but the first paramita. Subodhi! Forbearance and humiliation of Paramita, if it is not forbearance of Parami, it is a name of forbearance and humiliation. Why? Subodhi! For example, when I cut off my body for King Gori, then I will have no self, no one, no beings, and no longevity. Why? When I was broken up in the past, if there was a self, a person, a sentient being, or a long-lived person, I should have hatred. Subodhi! He also remembered the past five hundred lifetimes, as an immortal who endured humiliation, and in the world of Er, there was no self, no one, no sentient beings, and no longevity. That's why, Subodhi! Bodhisattvas should be detached from all appearances, develop the three bodhicittas of anuttara, and should not dwell on the mind, not on sound, on the smell, on the taste, on touch, and on the mind, but on the mind of not dwelling. If the mind is dwelling, it is not dwelling. That's why the Buddha said that the bodhisattva mind should not dwell on charity. Subodhi! Bodhisattvas should do this for the benefit of all sentient beings. For example, when we talk about all appearances, we are right and wrong; He also said that all sentient beings are not sentient beings. Subodhi! If you are a true speaker, a true speaker, a speaker, a non-speaker, and a non-speaker. Subodhi! If the law is obtained, this law is not real or false. Subodhi! If a bodhisattva's mind dwells in the Dharma and he gives alms, like a person who goes into darkness, he sees nothing. If the bodhisattva does not dwell on the Dharma and does charity, he will see all kinds of colors, just as a person has eyes, the sun shines, and he sees all kinds of colors. Subodhi! In the coming life, if there are good men and good women who can undergo and recite in this world, they will be as they come, and with the wisdom of the Buddha, they will know that they are human beings and they will all attain immeasurable and boundless merits."
At this time, Su Bodhi listened to the Buddha's speech on this sutra, deeply understood the meaning of this scripture, shed tears of sadness, and said to the Buddha: Xi Yes, World Venerable! The Buddha said that it is such a profound scripture, and I have never heard of such a sutra since I attained the insight of seeing the root nature of all living beings. World-honored one, if someone is able to hear this sutra and have pure faith, then he has discovered the true phenomenon of the supreme enlightened mind, and he should know that such a person has achieved the first meritorious act. World-honored one, the true phenomenon of the supreme enlightened mind is the illusory state that does not have any appearance, so it is just called reality in name. World-honored One, I am now able to hear such scriptures, and I am not embarrassed to believe in the practice of understanding. If, in the future, in the period of the end of the Dharma that begins in the fifth 500 years, there are sentient beings who can hear this sutra and believe in it, and then they will be the first beings. Why? This kind of person has no self, no human appearance, sentient beings, and long-lived appearance. Why? My appearance is the illusory phase, and the human phase, the sentient beings, and the longevity phase are the illusory phase. Why? Since the appearance of our sentient beings and the longevity of all beings is illusory, and all the appearances are called Buddhas. The Buddha told Subodhi: That's it, that's it. If anyone can hear this sutra, they will not be surprised that the appearance of the longevity of all living beings is illusory; It is not terrifying, supreme enlightenment, and enlightenment is also a dream realm; Not being afraid of the supreme enlightenment is not desirable or unspeakable, and you should know that such people are very desirable. Why? Subodhi, as it has been said, is the first paramita of illusion, but the name of the first paramita is the first paramita. Subodhi, in order to practice the act of forbearance and humiliation, to reach the realm of immortality and immortality, such as the illusory forbearance of humiliation, but the name is forbearance and humiliation. Why? Subodhi, in the practice of fulfillment, if there is a long-lived appearance of our sentient beings, it cannot be called forbearance and humiliation. Why? For example, in the past, King Golee cut off my body to test whether I had hatred, and at that time, I had no self, no face, no sentient beings, and no longevity. Why? Because when my eyes, ears, and limbs were interpreted by King Golly, if I had the appearance of me, of people, of sentient beings, and of the long-lived, I would have felt resentment, and then it would have been impossible for my body to be restored when I had sworn that "if I had not been resentful, then my body would have been restored to its original state." Su Bodhi, and read the past, five hundred lives as a forbearance and humiliation immortal, in those times, I have no self, no appearance, no sentient beings, no longevity. Therefore, Subodhi, the Bodhisattva should be detached from all appearances. To develop supreme enlightenment, one should not dwell on material phenomena and give rise to delusions, such as seeing a lovely hue with the eyes, knowing that it is lovely, but not giving rise to greed and liking, seeing an unlovely hue, knowing that it is not lovable, but not giving rise to disgust. We have always wanted to stay a little longer when we are in a pure environment, which has already generated greed and joy, and if we are in a filthy environment, we will act naturally and quickly, and we want to leave as soon as possible, which has already generated disgust and disgust. When we see handsome men and beautiful women, we habitually look at him more, gentlemen, this is desire! When we are with people with hateful faces, disgust arises spontaneously, and this is also the work of desire, and without desire, there will be no disgust. Also, when we see money, we want to have treasures, we are reluctant to give up, we are already delusional, we dwell on material phenomena, we are in the realm of ordinary people, and the supreme enlightenment mind is as if it were not moving, and you yourself are lost and lost, but you are □ Bodhi. We should not dwell on sounds, aromas, tastes, smoothness, thoughts and memories, and so on, for example, when we hear pleasant sounds in our ears, we know that the sound is pleasant, but we should not develop greed and liking, and when we hear deaf sounds, we know that we are noisy, but we should not develop disgust. Melodious music makes people feel emotionally fluctuating, the so-called intoxication, they have fallen into a delusional state, if they hear a harsh sound, they are upset, they are already □, but they are supremely enlightened. If you think it's good and you want to listen to a word from him, be careful, you may have fallen into lust, if you think someone's words are disgusting, you don't have to have disgust, if you feel disgusted, the supreme enlightenment that is revealed is as if it were not moving, at this time, you yourself turn away from the lost, and you □ bodhi. Another example is when the nose smells the aroma and knows that it smells good, but don't develop greed and liking, smell the smell, know the smell, but don't develop disgust. If we smell the body odor of the opposite sex, the aroma of food, and like it, we have already fallen into the delusional realm, and if we smell the foul smell and feel disgusted, we have also settled in the delusional realm. For example, when the tongue tastes delicious, you know that you can taste it, but don't develop greed and love, eat it more, and eat unpalatable food, and know that you can't taste it, but don't be disgusted. Another example is that the body is smooth to touch, the mind knows that it is smooth but does not generate greed and liking, and the touch is rough and the mind knows that it is inferior, but it does not cause disgust and disgust. Another example is when you think of the beautiful past, you know that you remember the past, but you don't like it, you think of the unbearable past, you know it's not good, but don't get bored. It is easy to get lost in thinking about the past, it is difficult to cultivate the path, and almost all of them are lost in chaotic thoughts, so we should practice meditation, and we should not be delusional because of the color, sound, fragrance, and touch, and we should stay away from all kinds of greed, and we should not be greedy for the sights, sounds, fragrances, and touches the Dharma. If the mind has a dwelling state and thinks that it should dwell in a state of non-dwelling, then it is not dwelling in the supreme enlightened mind. The so-called "dwelling" is like the "dwelling" of a house, and seeing and hearing awareness is confined to the house like a frog at the bottom of a well. For example, if the eyes are fixed on handsome men and beautiful women, beautiful and delicious, the mind will be trapped by lust, and the things outside the handsome men and beautiful women will be blind, hearing but not hearing, touching but not knowing, knowing but not knowing, and suddenly falling into obsession and ignorance, ordinary people are fascinated but do not know how to return, desires are blazing, singing the truth, goodness and beauty of the world, the inferior are full of evil and prostitution, and the superior is full of poetry and articles, art totems, music and dance. Practitioners are not afraid of reciting it, but they are afraid of being late, although handsome men and beautiful women are pleasing to the eye, they don't have to be beautiful and beautiful, and they are just thinking about lustful desires, which is nothing more than the hue found by following karma, and handsome men and beautiful women are not handsome men and beautiful women, then they show the supreme enlightenment, and the world outside handsome men and beautiful women is clearly visible, and it is also pleasing to the eye, and the pericardium is too empty, all of which are as they come. Another example is the memories of the past: childhood playfulness, laughter with classmates, the taste of first love, upside down love, no hardship, grievances and hatred, fame and fortune, etc., cranky thoughts, suddenly forgetting that he is listening to lectures, talking with relatives and friends, is contacting with guests, facing teachers, relatives and friends, and customers, what he says is intermittent, blind, hearing but not hearing, touching but not knowing, knowing but not knowing, scattered and ignorant, all day long, over years, all life, so for many years, so for many years, for many years. If the mind is clear, the past is like a dream, and all the experiences are like enlightenment. But if you think that you don't stop coloring, sound, fragrance, and touch, but you don't live in the pure realm of appearance, it's like living in a house, and you don't see things outside the pure realm, you don't hear them, you don't feel them, you don't know them, you don't know them, you don't know them, you don't have a mind. In the same way, if the bodhisattva's mind dwells in the mind of charity, and turns a blind eye to things outside of giving, hearing but not hearing, touching but not knowing, and ignorant but not having a supreme enlightened mind, it is very difficult to get rid of all kinds of afflictions such as eating, drinking, male and female lust, sleep, hatred, and stupidity. Because of selfishness, it is very difficult for Tzu Chi sentient beings to do it, but with a bodhisattva heart but no bodhisattva action, there is a lack of merit and wisdom, and without all kinds of great abilities, it is difficult for the mud bodhisattva to cross the river. Subodhi, in order to benefit all sentient beings, bodhisattvas should not only be not attached to the things, givers, and recipients of the gifts, but should also practice almsgiving without dwelling. For example, if you say that all phenomena are illusory, if you see things that are not like them, then you see them as they are, and if you say that all sentient beings are illusory beings, and if you see all sentient beings who are not sentient beings, then you see them as they are, and if you see them as they are, you will have supreme enlightenment, do you not see all the appearances? Don't you see all living beings? Any aspect is the same as it is, and all sentient beings are like it, and if you don't realize it at this time, when will you wait? Subodhi, if you come to say sincere things, tell the truth, say truthful words, don't say deceitful words, don't say weird things. Subodhi, the supreme enlightenment that has been attained in the past is not true or false. Subodhi, if the mind of a bodhisattva dwells in the supreme enlightenment of the Dharma and is stained with the appearance of the Dharma and performs almsgiving, like a person who walks into darkness, he will not see anything; If a bodhisattva's mind does not stop waiting for enlightenment and gives alms, it is like a person who has eyes and the sun shines and can see all kinds of hues. Subodhi, in future lives, if there are good men and women who can practice the practice of giving birth to their minds without dwelling, and practice in walking, living, sitting and lying down, away from all kinds of greed, so that the supreme enlightenment mind will not be ignorant for a while, and all sentient beings will also be able to give the supreme enlightenment dharma, so that all sentient beings will be exposed to the Dharma and happy, and the supreme enlightenment will be quickly realized, and the sutras will be recited every day so that they will not be forgotten, so that they can be explained to others. If you come to the wisdom of the Buddha and clearly know this kind of person, and clearly see this kind of person, you can achieve immeasurable and boundless merits.
The merit of holding sutras is divided into the fifteenth
【Scripture】"Subodhi! If there is a good man or a good woman, he will give alms in the form of the sand of the Ganges River on the first day; China and Japan divide and give alms in the form of Ganges sand; In the day after tomorrow, he will also give alms in the form of Ganges sand, such as immeasurable hundreds of trillions of eons. If there are more people, hearing this scripture, their faith will not be reversed, and their blessings will be better than others. How much more to write, to receive, to read, and to explain. Subodhi! In other words, if one person can receive it, recite it, and say it widely, if one comes to know that it is a human being, and if it is a human being, one can attain immeasurable, immeasurable, boundless, and inconceivable merits. Why? Subodhi! If a person who enjoys the small Dharma sees it, sees it to me, sees it to others, sees it to sentient beings, and sees it to those who live there, then he cannot listen, read, or explain this sutra to others. Subodhi! Everywhere, if there is such a sutra, all the worlds, the heavens, the people, and the asuras should make offerings, and they should know that this place is a tower, and they should be respectful, surrounded by prostrations, and scattered with all kinds of incense."
Subodhi, if there are good men and good women who give their lives in the morning with the same number of times as the Ganges sand, at noon with the same number of times as the Ganges sands, and in the afternoon with the same number of times as the Ganges sands, and so on through countless billions of incalculable years, they continue to give with their lives. But if someone else hears this sutra and does not waver in his faith, his merit is better than that of someone who has given his life countless times, let alone writing, practicing, reciting, and explaining to others. Subodhi, to put it simply, this sutra has inconceivable, immeasurable, boundless merits, such as those who come to the heart, those who study Mahayana Buddhism say, and those who study the best Buddhism with their hearts. If someone is able to practice, recite, and explain to others, if they know this kind of person clearly, if they see this kind of person clearly, they will achieve immeasurable and immeasurable merits, and there is no boundary inconceivable merit. Such a person is the one who bears the supreme enlightenment of the Buddha. Why? Su Bodhi, if you like spells, pray for blessings and eliminate disasters, fortune-telling feng shui, like double cultivation to make up for the realm of empty bliss, like immortality, keep the awareness of the spirit, believe that there is a way, there is a true constant, and so on people who do not know spells, prayers to eliminate disasters, fortune-telling feng shui, immortality, etc., are just to increase my vision, the enlightened magic, the realm of enlightenment is only to increase the human see, but the awareness of the soul, the realm of living in the empty happiness is only dyed with the perception of sentient beings, and believe that there is a way to cultivate, there is truth to prove, only to increase the longevity of the person to see. Those who have this kind of knowledge cannot listen to it, read it, and explain it to others. Subodhi, no matter where it is, if there is such a scripture, all the worlds, the heavens, the people, and the asuras, should make offerings, and they should know that this place is a pagoda temple, and they should all worship and surround it, and spread it with all kinds of flowers.
It is possible to purify karma for the sixteenth point
Repeat: "Subodhi! Good men and good women, if they accept and recite this sutra, if they are despised, it is a sinful karma in their previous lives, and they should fall into the evil way. If the people of this world despise it, the sinful karma of the previous life will be destroyed, and it should be attained by the three bodhisattvas. Subodhi! I recite the immeasurable eons of monks in the past, and in front of the Buddha of the Ran, I will get 84 trillion of the Buddhas who are all supported by him, and there is no empty person. If there are more people, in the last days, who can receive and recite this sutra, the merit they will receive will be less than one hundredth, a trillion percent, and even beyond the reach of arithmetic metaphors. Subodhi! If a good man or a good woman receives and recites this sutra in the last days and obtains merit, if I have the speaker or someone hears it, my heart will be wild, and I will not believe it. Subodhi! When you know that the meaning of the scriptures is inconceivable, the retribution is also inconceivable."
Also, Subodhi, if a good man and a good woman practice reciting this sutra and are despised by others, then that is the sinful karma created by him in his previous life, and he should have fallen into the evil path, because he has been despised by others in this life, because in this life, he has been despised by others, and for this reason, the sinful karma of having fallen into hell in his previous life will be extinguished, and he will attain supreme enlightenment in the future. Subodhi, it's been a long, long time, and before I ran the Buddha of the Lamp, I met 84 trillion Buddhas, and they all made offerings one by one, and they were not empty in vain. But if someone is able to practice and recite this sutra in a future life, the merit he will attain, with the merit of my offering to 84 trillion billions of Buddhas, will not be as good as one hundredth of his thousandth, less than one quadrillion, and even a fraction of what cannot be compared with arithmetic. Because all offerings are based on the practice of the religion first. Subodhi, if a good man and a good woman have the merits they have obtained by practicing and reciting this sutra in the future period of the end of the Dharma, if I say it one by one, I am afraid that some people will be crazy in their hearts when they hear it, and they will doubt it or not.
In the end, there is no self and the seventeenth
At that time, Subodhi White Buddha said, "World-honored one, good man and good woman, if you develop the three bodhichittas, how should the clouds dwell? Why did the clouds subdue their hearts?" The Buddha said to Subodhi: "Good men and good women, those who have attained the three bodhichittas, should be born with the mind: I should destroy all sentient beings; How can it be that all sentient beings have been extinguished, but none of them have actually been extinguished? If a bodhisattva has the appearance of self, the appearance of people, the appearance of sentient beings, and the appearance of the long-lived, that is, he is not a bodhisattva. So what? Subodhi! There is no way to develop the three bodhichittas. Subodhi! What does it mean? If you come from the Buddha of Ran, is there a way to attain the three bodhisattvas?" "No, no. World-honored! As I explained the meaning of the Buddha, the Buddha is in the place of the Buddha, and there is no way to attain the three bodhisattvas." The Buddha said, "Yes! So! Subodhi! There is really no way, such as attaining the three bodhisattvas of the three bodhisattvas. Subodhi! If there is a Dharma that comes to attain the three bodhisattvas of Anuttara, then the Buddha of the Lamp will not give me the inscription: 'You should be a Buddha in the next life, called Shakyamuni.'" There is no way to attain the three bodhisattvas of the Buddha, which is why the Buddha of the Lamp and I have given a note, saying, 'In the next life, you should be a Buddha, called Shakyamuni.'" Why? If it comes, then the law is as righteous. If someone says, "If you come to attain the three bodhisattvas, then you will be able to attain the three bodhisattvas!" There is no way, Buddha attains the three bodhisattvas. Subodhi! If you come to attain the three bodhisattvas of the Anuttara Samadhi, then there is no reality in it. That's why all the Dharma is the Dharma. Subodhi! The one who speaks of all the dharmas is not all the dharmas, and it is called all the dharmas. Subodhi! Like growing up." Subodhi said, "World-honored one! If we say that a human body grows up, it is not a great body, but a great body." "Subodhi! The same is true of bodhisattvas. If it is said, 'I shall destroy immeasurable beings.'" That is, the nameless bodhisattva. Why? Subodhi! There is no way, and the name is Bodhisattva. That's why the Buddha said, 'All dharmas, there is no self, no one, no sentient beings, no longevity.'" Subodhi! If the Bodhisattva says, 'I should be a dignified Buddha.'" It is a nameless bodhisattva. Why? For example, those who say solemn Buddha land are not solemn, but solemn. Subodhi! If a bodhisattva has attained the non-selfless dharma, then he is really a bodhisattva."
At this time, Subodhi said to the Buddha: World-honored one, good men and women have discovered the supreme enlightenment mind, knowing that there is no self and people and all beings are living together, and they no longer cling to the forbidden precepts of evil knowledge and wrong views and the practice of the outer path, and they are convinced of the Dharma that the World-Honored One said, and they are indifferent to all kinds of greed, hatred, and foolishness, and naturally reveal the bodhichitta of seeking the fruit of the Buddha and transforming all sentient beings. How to subdue the difficulty of cultivation and overcome the fear of the more difficult people? The Buddha told Subodhi: Good men and good women, when they show the bodhichitta of seeking the fruit of the Buddha to transform sentient beings, they should develop the following mind: I want to save all sentient beings, I have saved all sentient beings, and none of them have actually been saved by me. Why? If a bodhisattva is afraid of the difficulty of cultivating, and if he is afraid that it will be even more difficult to transform sentient beings, then he is not a bodhisattva if he has the appearance of self, the appearance of others, the appearance of sentient beings, and the appearance of long-lived beings. Why? Subodhi, there is really nothing, not even the supreme enlightenment mind, there is nothing in the dream. Subodhi, what do you mean? If you have been in countless ascetic eons, and then the Buddha of the Lamp appeared in the world, did you have anything to attain supreme enlightenment? No, World-Honored One. As far as I understand the Buddha's righteousness, the Buddha is at the Buddha of the Lamp, holding the five lotus flowers to offer the Buddha, and holding the cloth to cover the mud, offering the Holy Venerable to walk through the body, and vowing that the Buddha in the future life should be like the Buddha of the lamp, that is a phenomenal thing, like a dream, in the supreme enlightenment, there is nothing, may the future life be a Buddha as the Buddha of the lamp, and there is no Buddha of the lamp, in the next life should be a Buddha, called Shakyamuni. The Buddha said, "That's right, that's right." Subodhi, when I am here, my mind is pure, and I do not have any delusional desire to dwell in the form, and if I come to the future life, I should attain supreme enlightenment. Subodhi, at that time, if I lived in the Buddha and made an offering to the Buddha, and if I made a vow to become a Buddha in the future, I was afraid that it would be difficult to become a Buddha, and I was afraid that it would be even more difficult to transform sentient beings, and I thought that if I came to the Buddha, I would attain the supreme enlightenment that is truly and immortal, but the Buddha of the Lamp would not give me a message saying, "You should be a Buddha in the next life, called "Shakyamuni". Because I have no dwelling place to develop the supreme enlightenment mind, and I realize that there is no way to attain supreme enlightenment, the Buddha of the Lamp gave me the following words: You should be a Buddha in the next life, called "Shakyamuni". Why? The so-called "such as coming" means that all laws are as they are, and there is nothing in them. If someone says, "If you come to attain the true and imperishable supreme enlightenment, Su Bodhi, there is really nothing, and the Buddha attains supreme enlightenment." Subodhi, the supreme enlightenment attained by the Buddha is neither real nor false. If everything is not the same, only what you get is true, just as everything you see in a dream is false, but the money you pick up is not fake. So, is it true that supreme enlightenment is illusory and there is no such thing as enlightenment? If the illusory is non-imaginary, why bother to practice? Supreme enlightenment is then nothing but nothing, so anything like anything is the Dharma. Subodhi, everything he said, including the six roots, six dusts and six consciousnesses, such as the four noble truths of ignorance, action, action, feeling, receiving, loving, taking, being, birth, old age, and death, the six paramitas of giving, taking vows, forbearance, perseverance, meditation, wisdom, nirvana, anuttara sambodhi, and anything else that cannot be seen or imagined, is anything that is illusory, So it's just a name for anything and everything. Subodhi, for example, the human body grows very large. Subodhi said, "World-honored One, if you say that a person's body grows very big, for example, in a dream, the body grows very big, but in fact it doesn't, it's just an illusory one that grows very big, it's just called a big body. Subodhi, the same is true of the Bodhisattva, if he says, "I should save immeasurable sentient beings." Then he cannot be called a bodhisattva. Why? Subodhi, there is really nothing, there is no dust, so there are sentient beings to perish? Bodhisattvas have to be enlightened, to break through the confusion and discover the supreme enlightenment mind, to thoroughly comprehend all the aspects and non-appearances, and there is no one dharma, so the Buddha said that there is no me, no one, no sentient beings, no longevity. Subodhi, if the Bodhisattva says, "I can do it if it is difficult for me to do it, I am difficult to prove it, I can overcome the difficulty, and I should build the future Buddha Land with all kinds of merits and wisdom," then he cannot be called a Bodhisattva, why? For example, the solemn Buddha land is illusory solemnity, but the name is solemn. Subodhi, if a bodhisattva is able to attain enlightenment without me, then he knows that it is not difficult to become a Buddha, and it is not difficult to transform sentient beings, so he is really called a bodhisattva.

【Scripture】"Subodhi! What does it mean? If so, is there a naked eye?" "That's right, World-Honored One! If it comes, it has the naked eye." "Subodhi! What does it mean? If you have an eye in the sky, won't you?" "That's right, World-Honored One! If you come to have heavenly eyes." "Subodhi! What does it mean? If so, do you have discernment?" "That's right, World-Honored One! If you come to have discernment." "Subodhi! What does it mean? If so, do you have a dharma eye?" "That's right, World-Honored One! If you come to have a magic eye." "Subodhi! What does it mean? If so, do you have the eyes of a Buddha?" "That's right, World-Honored One! If you come with a Buddha's eye." "Subodhi! What does it mean? If there is all the sand in the Ganges, the Buddha said that it is sand, isn't it?" "That's right, World-Honored One! It's sand." "Subodhi! What does it mean? If all the sand in the Ganges is like sand, if it is the Ganges, if it is all the sand of the Ganges, then if the Buddha world is like this, would it be more than that?" "A lot. World-honored!" The Buddha told Subodhi, "In the land of your place, all sentient beings have certain kinds of minds, as if they come to know. Why? For example, all the minds are non-minds, and they are called hearts. So what? Subodhi! The heart was unattainable in the past, the heart is unattainable now, and the heart cannot be attained in the future."
Explanation: Subodhi, what do you mean? Do you have the naked eye to see all material phenomena? Yes, World-Honored One, there is a naked eye that sees all material phenomena. Subodhi, what do you mean? Do you have the heavenly eye to see the thoughts of all living beings? Yes, World-Honored One, there is a heavenly eye that sees the minds of all living beings. Subodhi, what do you mean? Do you have the insight to see the root nature of all living beings? Yes, World-Honored One, if you have the discernment to see the root nature of all living beings. Subodhi, what do you mean? Do you have the eye to see all the actual phenomena? Yes, World-Honored One, there is a Dharma eye that sees all actual phenomena. Subodhi, what do you mean? If there is nothing to know, nothing to see, nothing to hear, and to smell the Buddha's eyes that are mutually reinforcing? Yes, World-Honored One, if there is a Buddha's eye that does not know anything, does not see anything, does not hear anything, and smells and uses each other without hindrance. Subodhi, what do you mean? All the sand in the Ganges, did the Buddha say it was sand? Yes, World-Honored One, it is sand. Subodhi, what do you mean? Like all the sand in the Ganges, there are so many Ganges like sand, and there are so many Buddha worlds like all the sand of the Ganges, do you say it is too much? A lot, World-Honored One. The Buddha told Subodhi that all sentient beings in so many lands have many kinds of minds, such as the physical eye, the heavenly eye, the discerning eye, the Dharma eye, and the Buddha's eye, and they know their various minds very clearly. It is like all bubbles are the same seawater, but all sentient beings cling to the foam as their own hearts, stirring up wind and waves, and the foam of life and death is always separated from the seawater, and the sea water is naturally aware of it. Why? For example, if we know that all kinds of minds are vain minds, but they are only a kind of consciousness that is played by karma, but sentient beings are infected with the five desires and mistakenly think that the role of consciousness is their own mind, such as the bubble caused by the wind and waves, the foam is just the phenomenon of the fluctuation of the seawater, and the foam is not the original state of the seawater, and if we know that the mind is vain and is only a false mind, then we will see the supreme enlightened mind, for example, the bubble and the seawater, if we know that the bubble is only the fluctuation phenomenon of the seawater, but there is no bubble without the seawater, and if we see the foam, we will see the seawater. In the same way, we should dwell on the foam and give birth to the mind, just as we shrink our mind to the foam, and if we dwell on the foam and do not see the seawater, if we do not dwell in the foam, we will see the seawater, and if we do not stop the delusional mind, we will appear as supreme enlightenment. Why? Subodhi, the mind of the past is unattainable, the present mind is unattainable, and the future mind is unattainable, but it is just the consciousness phenomenon produced by the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind on the touches of color, sound, fragrance, and mind, which continue to make us mistakenly think of our own mind. Ladies and gentlemen! If you don't dwell in the appearance, you will see that the mind is not the mind, and now you will see the supreme enlightened mind. You know, although the foam is not the original state of the seawater, it is also the seawater! Still not enlightened?

【Scripture】"Subodhi! What does it mean? If someone fills the Three Thousand Worlds with the Seven Treasures and gives alms, is it the cause of the cause, and how much blessing is attained?" "That's right, World-Honored One! This man thinks that it is karma, and he is blessed with great things." "Subodhi! If the merit is true, if it is not said that there is more merit, if there is no reason for merit, if it is said that there is more merit."
Explanation: Subodhi, what do you mean? If someone gives the Seven Treasures that are full of the three thousand worlds, how much merit will he receive for such a sake? Yes, World-Honored One, such a person is blessed a great deal for this sake. Subodhi, if you think that merit is real, that is, the appearance of the longevity of all sentient beings, if you come here, you will not say that you have gained a lot of merit, and if you think that merit is illusory, for example, he will get a lot of merit.

【Scripture】"Subodhi! What does it mean? Can a Buddha have a full body to see?" "No, World-Honored One! If so, it should not be seen as sufficient. Why? If it is said to have a full body, it is not a full body, but a famous full body." "Subodhi! What does it mean? If so, can we see each other sufficiently?" "No, World-Honored One! If so, it should not be seen with all things. Why? If it is said that all aspects are sufficient, that is, it is not that all aspects are sufficient, but that the names are sufficient."
Explanation: Subodhi, what do you mean? Is it possible to see the Buddha with a perfect body? No, World-Honored One, you should not see the perfect body as it is. Why? For example, the perfect color body is the illusory perfect color body, but it is called the perfect color body. Subodhi, what do you mean? Can we see the various achievements of perfection, such as the thirty-two phases, radiation, supernatural powers, and so on, is it to see the Buddha? No, World-Honored One, you can't see the perfection of all kinds of achievements that are as they come. Why? If it is said to be sufficient, it is an illusory sufficientness, but it is called the sufficiency of all appearances. If you see that all the aspects are sufficient, it is not sufficient, and if the names are sufficient, then you will see the same. (To be continued.)
