Practicing martial arts is the way to give birth to yang and healthy body, if the body is not healthy, and if yang is not born, it is difficult to enter the concentration, and occasionally enter the concentration, but also in the confusion, the people are in the confusion, the yin qi is thicker, and it is far away. In this way, the yang energy is strong and the yin is transformed, and the yin energy is transformed into Zen Yuesheng, the vitality is long, the dantian is blazing, the ten thousand holes are spring, the whole body is yang, such as the spring breeze, the whole body is beautiful and fast, and it is beyond words.

Every time people in the world work day and night, night after day, it is against the natural qi of heaven and earth, it is contrary to the principle of human beings, and it is impossible to transform and educate itself. Therefore, the day is prosperous, the night is peaceful, solid and refined, nourishing and spiritual, there is no competition with things, the desire is pure, the mind can know the quiet, and you can hope for longevity. ”

There is another important point to pay special attention to in building the foundation, which is the so-called fire of the eternal Dan Sutra that is not passed on. Some people meditate and look at the dantian for a long time, and as a result, they get venereal diseases, some people meditate on the dantian for a long time, and later get high blood pressure and even cerebral hemorrhage and die suddenly, and some people go crazy on the canal car every day, which is caused by the wrong heat.

Fire is the mind, the real fire can be used for practice, and all fire will only burn the essence and blood. What is real fire? Huang Yuanji said bluntly: "The urgent heart is mortal fire, which is not only useless, but also has the danger of burning the body." The so-called not slow, do not forget and do not help, Si is a natural real fire. Sons, don't seek quick results. It is important to know that those who are in a hurry are not a big tool, and those who are aggressive have no great success. Therefore, it is said: condense its spirit, soften its will. If the cover is not condensed, the Dan will not gather; If the intention is not soft, the fire is not pure, the fire is not pure, and Dan is difficult to achieve. It is necessary to be humble and retreating, with a little self-cultivation and self-improvement, if it is small, it will be tilted, and if it is large, it will die.

Therefore, it is said: "Those who are strong will not die, and I will think that I am the godfather." "Scholars should know that when they have not attained the Dan, they should be relieved of it with a humble heart; After the vested Dan, raise it with a gentle intention - be careful not to think too much, arrogant and self-reliant. This is the key to the key, and scholars know it! Otherwise, if you are full of delusions, where will the Tao exist? To refine in this way is to refine blindly. A piece of strength, though it is still mournful; Cultivating in this way is blind cultivation. "Carrying the river cart goes mad because of the eagerness of the heart, and the evil fire burns the essence. "Singing the Mantra" also teaches the fire: "Even if it is the fire, it must be ordinary, have a heart or not, do not forget or help, listen to its own use, it will come naturally, and the salary will be rotten." The saying of two inches is misleading.

This boastful and self-exaggerating person, making such a discussion, confuses scholars, and thinks that alchemy is even difficult. I don't know! In summary, the true fire of the foundation. The key lies in the idea of keeping the knack of practicing the exercises: "do not be slow or slow, do not forget and do not help, seem to be guarding but not keeping, intentional or unintentional". It's not just about doing kung fu and having the mental strength to do anything. The mental strength should be light and natural. Shourou. Otherwise, it is "the heart is involved in things, the fire is in it, and it will shake its essence", so Lao Jun wants to be the high-grade precept in the precepts: "Do nothing; Weakness in the walk; Defend the female, don't move first", and Ma Danyang Zhenren also has a precept: "The qi in the body cannot be dispersed." The god of the heart is incomprehensible. Why don't you get angry? Doing nothing.

Why is God not ignorant? Nothing to do. Those who walk to sit and lie down, and do not remain in the Tao. Walking is sufficient for the smooth road, living is calming the mind in the void, and sitting is pranayama in the stretch. Lying down is immersed in the valley. For a long time, without interruption, all day long like a fool. The word "nothing to do" is the key to maintaining true fire. True fire must stick to the path of humility, the way is based on weakness and humility, and humility is the first merit of monks. If people are not humble, they will have air floating in the chest, so they want to come out of the mouth, which is the "empty stomach and high heart" of the Zen patriarch who scolded people, which must be fire and evil, and cannot be used for practice. On the contrary, the dantian is angry, and he is naturally modest and silent, that is, Lao Tzu said "humble and solid", at this time, the real fire is full of spirits, and it is a good time to practice.

A person can maintain the true fire in daily life, and even if it is not used for practice, it has half the effect of practice. The reason why it is said is only half, as Huang Yuanji Zhenren said: "Concentrate on its spirit, soften its meaning." If the cover is not condensed, the Dan will not gather; If the intention is not soft, the fire is not pure, the fire is not pure, and Dan is difficult to achieve. Here, in addition to "if the gods are not condensed, the Dan will not gather", there is also a key, which means to keep the lower dantian or acupoints, that is, the Dan Jing says "into the fire", and "into the fire" and "collecting medicine" are inseparable, otherwise it can only be "strong and prosperous, and the kidney qi is just raised".

There is no difficulty in collecting medicine, the eyes are slightly upward, and when the qi arrives, the true qi has already been carried up. Pay attention to the mind to be light, still only slightly upward, otherwise the meaning is heavy and evil: "Yang Sheng medicine, always to sit dignified and cross-legged, call it up, the upper is invisible, suck it down, and the lower is not like, look up slightly with the eyes, that is, take it." This one is taken, not to run the river car, but only in a thought back to the light, and to return to the Ding furnace. If you push too hard, you are afraid that the fire will be raised the day after tomorrow, and Dan will be hurt again." Here we should pay attention to the timing of collecting medicine, Huang Yuanji Zhenren clearly pointed out: "The ordinary man of the ridiculous world, with the spirit of unrefined at all, suddenly meditated, and suddenly saw the external yang erection, and thought that the yang was born medicine."

How do you know that this is the acquired consciousness for it, and all the people who are moved by the fire, how can it be used as medicine? Life needs to know the movement of the true yang, more than one essence, qi and god are all in it. We must first clear our minds and thoughts, clear our hearts with few desires, hold our breath from our mouth and nose together, and then see the true breath, the fetus breath is born, the original spirit is out, and the vitality is melting. From this, add the fire retreat charm, bathing and warming the method, there is a congenital bit of true yang, the phenomenon of spiritual light, with it as medicine, you can drive away the evil selfishness of the body, take it as a pill, and you can achieve the law of the future. Before the time when the rest stops and the fetus is seen, it will be empty and the furnace will be empty, and the fire charm will not be used in vain, and it will not become a pill in the end. That is to say, there is a Dan, but also a phantom Dan ear, not only can not be channeled, but there are also those who can't prolong their lives.

In short, the intersection of Xuanqi and Xuanhuang is nothing more than sweeping away the yin qi and revealing the sunshine alone, just like the blue sky and white sun. Where the breath stops and the fetus moves, the mouth is full of real jin, that is, the production of the essence of the test. It can be seen that the time of collecting medicine is when there is fetal breath, and the sign of fetal breath is the appearance of a mouth full of sweet saliva. This is not difficult to explain, why there are very few cultivators on the earth now, and this is all because the cultivation method is gradually falling behind.
