Huashan is 2154.9 meters above sea level, known as "Xiyue" in ancient times, is one of the famous five mountains in China, and is also a part of the Qinling Mountains. Ban Gu of the Eastern Han Dynasty once said in "White Tiger Tongyi": "Xiyue is Huashan, and Huazhi is also a word." It is said that all things are blooming, so it is called Huashan".

There have long been records about Huashan in ancient books in China. The earliest ancient book that mentions Huashan is said to be the "Shangshu Yugong" chapter, but originally Huashan is called "Xuanwu Mountain", Huashan is called Xiyue and Dongyue Taishan together, and it is first seen in the book "Erya Shishan". The ancients called the three peaks of Mount Hua, referring to the three peaks of the east, west and south, and the Jade Girl Peak is an integral part of the east peak. Today, people call the Jade Girl Peak the middle peak, so that it is also the main peak of Huashan and is stored separately. The top of the east peak is full of giant cypress pines, thick shade covers the sun, and the environment is very quiet. There are more than dozens of landscapes in the east peak, there are natural stone patterns on the cliff wall located on the side of the east stone building peak, like a giant palm print, this is the Huayue cactus that is listed as the first of the eight views in Guanzhong, the story of the giant spirit god opening the mountain and guiding the river originates from this; Chaoyang Taipei has Yang Gong Tower, and the West Peak Yang Gong Tower is far away, built by General Yang Hucheng, there are four words of "Vientiane Senluo" inscribed by General Yang Hucheng himself on the tower. The west peak is 2082 meters above sea level, one of the main peaks of Huashan, and is named after the location in the west. And because there is a boulder on the top of the peak, the shape is like a lotus petal, and the ancient literati called it the lotus peak and the hibiscus peak. Yuan Hongdao wrote in his "Huashan Yong": "The stone leaves are overlaid and cracked"; Xu Xiake's "Diary of Traveling to Taihua Mountain" also recorded: "The stones on the peak are towering, and there are stone chips covering it, such as lotus flowers. There is a sentence in Li Bai's poem "Stone is made of lotus flowers and clouds are used as a platform", which should also refer to this stone. The west peak is a complete boulder, which is completely natural. The northwest cliff is thousands of feet, like a knife cutting and sawing, its steep and majestic, masculine and upright trend is the representative of Huashan mountain shape, so the ancients often called Huashan Lotus Mountain.

The north peak is 1614.9 meters above sea level, and it is one of the main peaks of Huashan, so it is named after its location in the north. The north peak is suspended on all sides, the crown is the cloud, the lower is through the earth's veins, it is majestic and unique, there is like a cloud platform, so it is also called the cloud platform peak. Tang Li Baishi once wrote: "The three peaks stand as if they want to be destroyed, and the green cliffs and Dangu are high." The white emperor gold is lucky, and the stone is made of lotus flowers and clouds. ”

The middle peak is 2037.8 meters, in the center of the east, west and south three peaks, it is a small peak attached to the west side of the east peak, it was counted as a part of the east peak in ancient times, and now people list it as one of the main peaks of Huashan.
