Therefore, if you want to become enlightened, you must first strengthen your body and strengthen your inner strength to help your outside.

The so-called Yi is the way of yin and yang, that is, the ease of change. The change of change is not only yin and yang, but also the change of yin and yang is related to the reality of people. The so-called tendons are the meridians of the human body. Outside the joints, within the muscles, the limbs are hundreds, everywhere is tendons, no meridians are not meridians, tendons are connected, and blood vessels are passed, which is the power of the spirit. Just like a person can carry things on his shoulders, he can hold objects with his hands, he can walk with his feet, and his whole body is lively and agile, all of which are the functions of tendons.

The method of easy tendon washing is to make the tendons and cramps relax, the weak ones strengthen, the tendons relaxed, the tendons become longer, and the tendons become stronger. Even if the body is weak, it can be made into an iron stone, which is called easy tendon and marrow.

The cultivation method of the I Ching is also the practice of the inner being, which is the so-called "inner strengthening theory", the original text of which is as follows:

The inner strong words are strong, and the outer strong words are brave. Strength and courage are true bravery. Courage and ability to be strong is really strong. "Where the inner strength is refined, there are three, one is to keep this middle way. Those who keep the center are specialized in accumulating qi. Those who accumulate qi are specialized in the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind. The key to its starting point is to use kneading, and its method is detailed. When kneading, it is advisable to untie the placket and lie on your back, with the palm of your hand, between the chest and abdomen under one palm, that is, the name is in the middle. But this is a place of qi, and it should be guarded. The method of keeping it is to contain its vision, condense its ear rhyme, even its snort, keep its breath, ease its work, lock its mind and relax, keep its limbs still, meditate on one mind, first think about the way, and then reject its delusions, and gradually become as if it does not move, which is called Shou. Si is combined. The cover is kneaded, and the spirit of the whole body is concentrated. After a long period of accumulation, it has become a piece of Gengfang. If there are many distracting thoughts, and you think about the affairs of the world, and your spirit does not condense, then you will be in vain, and what good will it be."

"Don't think about it. In the human body, the spirit and blood cannot be autonomous, listen to the will, do what you want, and stop when you stop. When in the hand, the intention is with the palm, which is a combination. If it is relaxed in each limb, the essence and spirit it has condensed will then disperse in each limb, and it will become strong on the outside, not on the inside. Kneading without accumulating, and kneading it in vain, what good is it?" "Three days to wait for its full week. Where to rub and guard, so accumulate gas. The qi is accumulated, and the spiritual blood is attached to the guard, and it is rubbed for a long time, and the qi is only contained in it and does not overflow. The gas accumulates and the force accumulates, and the gas is full and the force is self-circulating. This qi is what Mencius called the greatest and most rigid, and the fullness of the body is the qi of my Haoran. If you don't have time to fill the circumference, you will walk unexpectedly and scatter on the limbs, not only the outer strength is incomplete, but the inner strength is also not strong, then the two are useless." "When a person is born, he is originally good. If it is a ** miscellaneous thoughts, then the original face is wiped out, and the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind are damaged and blinded by their wisdom, so that they cannot realize the Tao, so the Bodhidharma master faces the wall Shaolin for nine years, and he does not indulge in the desires of the ears and eyes. The ears and eyes are not indulgent, and the apes and horses are stumbling by their locks. Therefore, the Dharma master has the true method, and he can only return to the west, and ascend to the right fruit. This article is the foundation of the heart of the Buddha of Dharma, and the true law is in the middle of the sentence. It is used in the containment of its vision, seven sentences. If you can do it according to the Dharma, you will be clear even if you are foolish, and if you are soft, you will be strong, and you will be able to ascend to the Elysium."

Long Dan read a large number of ** classics and benefited a lot. He also read a large number of Buddhist texts, such as the Diamond Sutra and the Paramita Heart Sutra. So that Long Dan understood a truth, that is, Buddhism pays attention to two meanings, one is casualness, and the other is casualness. There are some things that cannot be forced, and they have not achieved the realm of natural success, blindly pursuing interests. Then, the benefits will leave you, and with it doom.

Understanding this truth, Long Dan cultivated his true qi again**, not deliberately absorbing the aura between heaven and earth, but quietly feeling it according to the mental method taught by the master. The bearded old man has gone through several dynasties, has seen a lot of things, and is used to seeing the ups and downs of life, so he is naturally indifferent, and he has been practicing medicine for many years, but he is not so focused on cultivating true qi. The bearded old man focuses on health and Johnson, treating diseases and saving people. Although the teacher pays attention to the nature, the entry is not so fast.

Long Dan is different, although after being born, life is more difficult, but after all, it is in a new society, there is not so much experience, and the view of life is naturally not so thorough. However, his resolute character greatly helped Long Dan's cultivation.

Just like Long Dan doing business, Long Dan has a strong desire to do a good job in business, so he naturally thinks of some strange ways to make money, although he has suffered repeated setbacks, but Long Dan's perseverance is indeed a great help to Long Dan's life. In the days that followed, whenever he had time, the master would take Long Dan to preach the scriptures and talk about Buddhism. Whenever I talked about Buddhism, the master would go back and consult for a few days before he could understand it. After understanding, he continued to lecture with Long Dan, and Long Dan also explained happily, and the two gradually became friends.
