And Wei Hou's behavior of getting angry with outsiders is to constantly look for hot spots to distract his attention, because as long as Wei Hou has a little free time, it is possible to recall, and once he recalls, Wei Hou will have to bear that burden. ”

"Wei Hou used the way of attacking others to escape his own memories, in the process of Wei Hou's evasion, the memory was sealed by yourself and suppressed, and with it, the Lan Ziyi who was in the memory, who personally experienced it at the time and personally handled this matter, was also sealed and suppressed by yourself. You cut yourself apart, refusing to admit yourself, and the self you rejected screams and echoes in the bottomless abyss of your heart, turning into emotions and desires in your mind at every opportunity. These sounds will eventually keep you awake and your mind will become more turbulent. ”

"Wei Hou's emotions, Wei Hou's troubles, Wei Hou's desires are all part of Wei Hou's own psyche, whether you admit it or not. If Wei Hou does not admit their existence, he will encounter the current situation, you are tortured but you don't know what to torture and why, because there is no place for your emotions, worries, and desires in your heart.

You can suppress them into the depths of your heart when you are sober, you will think that they are gone, but they are just waiting for the moment, and they will appear when you are not awake and your mind is no longer firm. Not only will they appear, but they will change into other ways, those you don't recognize.

The reason why this is so is because they are not recognized by you, and once you find out that there is a trace of the past in them, you will recognize them as the things that you try to avoid, emotions, troubles, desires, and you will prevent them from appearing in your heart. The mediocre people do not understand the mystery of this, shouting all day long that they see ghosts, being bewitched by others, this should not be, that regret, ask God to worship the Buddha, burn incense and kowtow, how do you know that the Buddha is in the heart, such as burying treasures in the room, how can you ask for it only when he asks for it? “

Lan Ziyi said:

"So the things that I thought were unbelievable were actually just my rejection."

Zen Master Dao:

"That's true, but Wei Hou is too arbitrary. It should be said that the inconceivability of Wei Hou's contemplation of his mind is himself, and the inconceivability of contemplating things is another matter.

There is nothing complicated in the world, the Tao is not complicated, there are many miscellaneous, many disturbances are disturbed, disturbance is worry, and worry is not saved. I'm worried in my heart, and what I think about every day is not complicated, just like when Wei Hou first came, he said that he was worried about his brother, but in fact, Wei Hou just felt ashamed, and you didn't admit your shame, so you created a series of excuses to excuse yourself. ”

Lan Ziyi nodded and smiled bitterly:

"After the master's guidance, I feel that my heart is much smoother. Indeed, I did twist a lot of things out of nothing to cover up my failures and shame. Master, you have to accept yourself, I understand, if you want to accept yourself, the first thing you have to do is not to escape in front of your emotions, but the moment when people are under shame is tantamount to being bitten by a beast, and that kind of pain will be unbearable just thinking about it. How can one assert oneself in such a situation? ”

Zen Master Dao:

"The way to stick to oneself is the way to explore oneself, nothing more than three words, why."

Lan Ziyi asked:

"Why?"

Zen Master Dao:

Yes, emotions arise for a reason, and that reason may be a glance at an opinion, or a certain voice, or an encounter with something, or in short, because of a certain stimulus that produces emotions. If something similar happened in the past that evokes the same emotions, then memories from the past, strung together by the same emotions, will be recalled, amplifying your emotions. In such a situation, it is very difficult for you to find the root of the problem, you can't find the cause, and if you can't find the cause of the problem, you will be swept away by headless emotions and eventually overwhelmed. ”

Lan Ziyi smiled when he heard this:

"Is there a big reason? I'm dealing with my emotions, what's the point of spending so much energy and time trying to find the cause? ”

"If Wei Hou says that, then I have to ask Wei Hou a question. If the roof of Wei Hou's house leaks rain, what should Wei Hou do? ”

"Naturally, I found a vessel to catch the rain now, and when the rain stopped, I quickly patched up the roof."

The Zen master smiled:

"Wei Hou is right. So please make an analogy with Wei Hou, your emotions are rain, and the vessel that catches the rain is the escape and excuse in Wei Hou's heart, and the loopholes on the roof are the reason for Wei Hou's emotions.

There is always a moment when the utensils are full, and you will eventually have a moment when you can't escape, but the rain in the sky will stop, and the emotions in your heart are difficult to stop.

Take the troublesome things that you told me today as an example, only after you realize that what you are worried about is jealousy, luck, and avoidance, your emotions will really realize what you are worrying about, in fact, the moment you find the reason, your emotions will no longer fluctuate violently. “

Lan Ziyi sighed when he heard this:

"Master, what you said is right, what you said is reasonable, but facing the pain of your emotions is really unbearable, and I can't do it."

The Zen master lowered his head and smiled when he heard this, and then sighed, this is the first time that the Zen master has broken away from the determination after Lan Ziyi came this time.

The Zen master opened his mouth and instructed the boy:

"Give me a cup of tea."

Lan Ziyi said:

"Bring me a drink, too."

At the same time, Lan Ziyi asked:

"Master is thirsty?"

"It's not that I'm thirsty, it's that I'm going to suppress the shock. It's always hard to deal with the trauma of your past. ”

"I don't think the master's appearance of cannibalistic fireworks doesn't look like there is any spiritual trauma."

"I'm not like this because I'm not traumatized, it's because I'm able to face my own trauma.
