Chapter 928 - Never Tired of Learning

Regardless of whether it is a Hinayana practice, if you do not reach the realm of meditation, it is a vain practice.

What is the state of meditation?

It is to stop all delusions and afflictions, to stop greed, hatred, ignorance, and slowness, and to cultivate to the realm of the three meditation heavens in order to ascend to another realm.

This has been talked about a lot in the course of learning only knowledge, and I hope you will pay special attention to it.

Beyond another realm, you will reach the realm of light.

When he reached the realm of light, he took the light as his body, a piece of light.

It is equivalent to what Confucianism's "The Mean" says: "The load of heaven is silent and odorless", which is what it means.

Although becoming a Buddha is "jumping out of the Three Realms and not in the Five Elements", there is no Fourth Realm, where did he go?

It is the Three Realms and the Six Realms that are arbitrary and free, and they are the Great Freedom.

Although his actions are cultivating the pure path, he does not think that he is victorious, and he does not think that he is sorry.

If you think you have attained enlightenment, then you will fall into demons.

The mind of a person who has truly attained the Tao is very ordinary.

People who practice the bodhisattva path sometimes behave more than ordinary people's greedy thoughts. Among the fifty-three ginseng that is equal to the good wealth boy, there is a great bodhisattva called the King of Insatiable Feet, who is greedy for everything and has no time to be satisfied.

In fact, when we study Buddhism, we learn the route of insatiable contentment, such as the four vows that we recite in the morning and evening, take one of them: "The Dharma is immeasurable vow to learn", may I ask how many methods have you learned?

If you don't want to learn this, it's too difficult to learn like that, and you don't have time.

Those who really want to learn the Dharma must learn "insatiable contentment", and there is no time for complacency when learning in and out of the world is omniscient.

Some people think they come to listen to all the lessons, but they don't get wet.

That's learning other ways, and not remembering is stupidity, and it's very serious.

If you don't dye it, you will gain wisdom, and then throw it away.

If you don't have wisdom, you can't talk about being unstained, it's ignorance.

"Show anger and anger, and there is no obstacle to all sentient beings." Those who practice the bodhisattva path lose their temper and curse people every day, but they are compassionate in their hearts and have no resentment towards all sentient beings. It is equivalent to parents and teachers, beating and scolding for the sake of the child's good, but he is crying in his heart.

"Show foolishness, but subdue their hearts with wisdom." Those who practice the bodhisattva path are even more stupid and affectionate than sentient beings, but in fact, the stupidity they show is just convenience.

"Show greed, and give up everything inside and outside, at the cost of your life." Those who practice the bodhisattva path take the benevolent people first, but when they go retrograde, they are more pediatric than the iron rooster, and they are very stingy.

At that time, the old monk Xuyun strictly strictly forbade lunch, and after eating lunch, he would personally inspect the kitchen and lock it, and put away a pot when he saw it.

It is very hard to practice with him, and he can't bear it without ability.

If you can settle down, the digestion of the stomach is sluggish, and the body calorie consumption is very small.

Otherwise, the stomach hung empty, and it became vegetable, and its face was blue.

No wonder in the meditation hall, I don't know how many monks come to hang the blankets when I hear that I want to play seven, because there can be seven meals a day, and the meditation hall has become a gluttonous hall.

Tell me the story of the meditation hall, one night in the meditation hall monks were meditating, one of them was a physical arhat, and his neighbor (the monk sitting next to him) was grumbling with hunger, and the arhat touched this neighbor and said, "Hey! Do you want to eat it? There are pots and pots in the kitchen. The monk replied. As soon as Luo Han grabbed it, he turned into a pot with his empty hand and gave it to his neighbor. The next day, the great monk came to the hall and said, "The monk who broke the vows last night came out!" The monk who stole the pot confessed, and the great monk said, "Go down to the guest hall." The monk went to the guest hall, knelt down and took the incense board, and then drove out of the mountain gate. The great monk did not break the vows for the sake of one less pot, but for this bhikshu to show his supernatural powers. Do you say that the great monk has any supernatural powers? Sitting in the abbot's room, how did he know that someone in the meditation hall had stolen a pot cake? Nowadays, many people play without real supernatural powers, and if their hands are a little hot, they say that they can help people heal, this is not real supernatural powers, don't play around.
