"It fears the people, is in the front and comforts, first gives fearlessness, and then orders the heart of the Tao." This is also chivalrous, and it is connected with the previous two sides. There are three kinds of giving: financial giving, which is external giving; Dharma is the inner charity; Fearless generosity, few people can do it, which is what is called fearlessness here. If you want to be fearless, you must first have the style of a Mahayana Bodhisattva, and some fellow Taoists are scared worse than a mouse when they hear a ghost word, how can you be fearless?

We've been talking about this for a long time, and now I'll mention it again, the center of the Vimala Sutra is that Mahayana Buddhism does not leave the world, whether it is born or entered the world, at home or as a monk, there is only one vehicle, no three vehicles, and no five vehicles. The Lotus Sutra also talks about this principle, and the so-called division of the three or five vehicles is a convenient method. The Huayan Sutra explains these principles more completely. This verse talks about the whole set of Dharma, how to practice without leaving the world, until you are attained in the world. Now move on.

"Or now leave **, for the five immortals, enlighten all beings, and make them abstain from forbearance." Ordinary people who study Buddhism and Taoism are most interested in supernatural powers, so many people have nerves. There are also people who make a black face, saying that they have seen something, heard something with their ears, and think that this is a supernatural power, but it is not. But is there any spirit in these things? Sometimes, there is. Small things are very spiritual, but big things are guaranteed to be inaccurate, because they are not right.

The generation of supernatural powers includes repair, retribution, and Yitong. Because of the practice of doing kung fu, the supernatural power obtained by taking the path of precept and wisdom is cultivation. Because of the cultivation of many lives and tribulations in the past, the supernatural power that was born in this life is retribution.

Young people don't have much contact with, and I have three slogans, which are to add one sentence to two sentences of the ancients:

Read 10,000 books, travel 10,000 miles, and make 10,000 friends.

If you do it, you may be able to understand some life. Therefore, I have a lot of friends, and my whole life is like a receptionist, specializing in talking with people, which is very painful, and I can't hide from people. Sometimes I get annoyed and sneak to a place to close the door and see no customers, and in less than three months, it is full of guests. For example, when I first came to the Central Plains, I lived in a hotel and did not leave the door of my room day and night, but for three months, the door of my room was open day and night, and there were constant visitors.

Demon is called non-human in Buddhist scriptures. He is attached to people is a demon, and the power of demonism is great, but it is unreliable, don't believe it.

True supernatural power is the achievement of great wisdom after the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and the great arhats have a clear understanding of their minds, and they do not think about it, and they do not reluctantly achieve it.

There are five types of supernatural powers, which are common to both Buddhism and the outer paths. The five links are the heavenly eye pass, the heavenly ear pass, the heart pass, the fate pass, the divine foot pass, no matter what kung fu you practice, you have to decide, or you will get a pass, the highest can get five passes. Don't think that meditation is concentration, meditation is the basis for preparing for meditation. After having Tianyantong, Tianertong followed. Tianyantong and Tianertong are one kind, and his heart and fate are another. He knows what you are thinking, and he is not the only one who knows what you are thinking. No matter how high-level the supernatural power is, even the Buddha has heard the Dharma, but this does not mean that he has already realized the Tao, which is different from enlightenment. Fate is to know everything in previous lives, and to know what kind of cause and effect you have become like this in this life.

The "Biography of the Venerable Milarepa" you read used to be translated as "The Legend of the Wooden Father", because the Patriarch of Milarepa is the Patriarch of the Wooden Tree, which not only translates the sound, but also describes his honest and sincere appearance. Didn't Milarepa finally cultivate and fly in the air? This is the Divine Foot.

In addition to these five paths, there is also a sixth way in Buddhism: the leakage of the pass, this is not the common law, the outer path can be cultivated into the five paths of immortals, but can not be cultivated to the end of the leakage, if he cultivates, he will attain the great arhat fruit. Seeing the confusion and troubles are interrupted, not giving birth to a thought, not having a thought, not being born by a thought, which is the achievement of wisdom, that is, enlightenment.
