In the love tragedy of Bao, Dai, and Hai in "Dream of Red Mansions" without a winner, Xue Baochai is undoubtedly the biggest victim. Because from the first introduction, I can see that the purpose of Baoyu's entry into the world has been achieved, and Daiyu's fate of repaying her gratitude and tears has also been completed, but Baochai's purpose is very simple: her purpose in entering Jiafu is to break the "golden and jade relationship". She entered Jiafu at the age of twelve, and was twenty years old when she married Baoyu, after eight years of hard work to cultivate a relationship with Baoyu.
What I want to discuss here in this article is the unsolved public case of the extremely complex character Xue Baochai. The text is in the middle, and the suspense is explained, and I hope you understand.
First, "the old lady said that she would make a birthday for him" - the age case. Baochai was 15 years old on her birthday, Baoyu was 13 years old, and Daiyu was 12 years old. However, the following episodes make the age problem arise:
1. Daiyu was 6 years old when she entered Beijing, and Baoyu was 7 years old. Because Jia's mother pointed out that it was a "remnant winter" at that time, so Daiyu lived in the warm pavilion and Baoyu lived in the blue yarn cupboard, and the two were only separated by one fan. One of them is that the newly cleaned room is cool, and Jia's mother cherishes Daiyu; The second is that in ancient times, "men and women were seven years old at different tables", and the two did not shy away from it. By the time of the seventh time the palace flowers were sent, the two had already lived in separate rooms. That is, at this time, Baochai should be 9 years old, but Xiangling, who was the same year, was 13 years old. Did the author let Jia Yucun go to work for 4 years?
2, in marrying Baoyuyi, Mrs. Wang's faction is all older people. When Baoyu was 13 years old, Daoist Zhang proposed a 15-year-old female family, which may be the oral tongue of the prince's wife, and the woman is also Baochai. The next two mothers-in-law were 23 years old for Fu Qiufang's blind date, and the two mothers-in-law could not enter the garden without Mrs. Wang's approval. Is Cao Xueqin's purpose in arranging this only to highlight Mrs. Wang's attention to the interests of the family?
3, Xue Baochai's behavior and words are full of twilight. She knows things like a doctor, teaches people like an elder, encounters things like a housekeeper, communicates like an official, in short, a 15-year-old person is like a 35-year-old group.
To give the answer, from Cao Xueqin's point of view, he has personal experience: he has been raised by his elders and all kinds of women, or people who are not so superb but similar to Jianguo. This is not new. For example, when the founding prime minister ****** was a teenager, he was influenced by his biological mother Wan Twelve Gu and his stepmother Chen, and of course Xue Baochai could not act as an adult.
It's fun to find the answer in the book. The treasure jade is made up of two parts, the stone and the Shen Ying attendant. The relationship between the stone and the attendant of the god is also complicated. The possibilities are as follows: 1. The two have nothing to do with each other, and the stone is only entrained. 2. The two are one, but after Shen Ying ascended to immortality through means such as "fractals" in Liu Huayang's "Wisdom Sutra", or "autopsy" such as Tie Guan Li, he still created another red flaw palace with stone and jade ranking. 3, in real life, Shen Ying is Cao Xueqin herself; Shi Shi is a contemporaries similar to Jia Lian and Jia Zhen, on the one hand, he supports the author to write books with his understanding of economics, and on the other hand, he provides a large number of family management and other materials that the author does not understand. Therefore, he was able to use the tone of "inkstone" in the fat inkstone to order Cao Xueqin to delete the book to pardon the sins of the "Qin family".
In any case, the stone and the god are two types of people. The goals of the two nether realms are very different: the stone is for glory and wealth, hoping for "gold and jade"; Shen Ying is because the Zhuzhu fairy who helped to cultivate has an "inexhaustible meaning", and after seeing the neighbor's police fantasy fairyland, "all the hearts are blazing", he thinks it is for love. As a result, after Baoyu was born, he became Zhen Baoyu - a doppelganger designed for readers? - Mention - the stone is the skin of the body, Shen Ying is the true nature of the original god - freak? Shen Ying inevitably had contradictions with the stone "Sandwich", seeing that Daiyu wanted to smash the jade, arguing with her to smash the jade; The stone is to warn, and he is to let go of the "nightmare magic".
But Baoyu wants to marry Baochai. said that it was the need for stones, that it was Qin Zhong's deathbed reminder when he saw the consequences, and that it was that Cao Xueqin was experiencing the hot and cold state of the world, all of which made the helpless unwilling Shenying obey fate. Because of leaving Mother Jia, Mrs. Wang, Sister Feng, and Baochai, these grandmothers, mothers, sisters-in-law, and sisters, Baoyu had only one way to abandon the world. In the third chapter, Baoyu's "Xijiang Yue" is described in words: "I don't understand world affairs, I am stupid and afraid to read articles", "Rich and noble don't know how to work, and poverty is unbearable and desolate." Pity and live up to the good Shaoguang, and there is no hope for the country and the family". These are not Cao Xueqin's words of reflection.

Baochai began to live in Lixiangyuan, that is, "Lixiang", and later lived in the herb-full Wuyuan, that is, "hated no fate". Although the author has never said the reason, the first reaction of modern people is to smell. In the Tang Dynasty, medical books such as "The Secret of Outer Taiwan" already had body fragrance prescriptions, and Cao Xueqin's "Flower Fragrance Jade Dew" prescription was even more magical. What was the reason for the author's great momentum to give Xue Baochai "white and slightly flawed"?
First, the physical reason is Baochai's "body plump and timid", which is the thirtieth Baoyu bold and outspoken. The twenty-seventh episode of "Dicuiting Yang Concubine Playing Colorful Butterflies" has made her "sweaty and delicate". If you look at the modern children who eat fast food and the family of cigars, it is not surprising to add a little problem.
Second, personal experience has transformed Baochai from a girl to a mature woman. Looking at Cao Xueqin's depiction of all hairpins, they are all ladies' brushwork, but for Baochai, it is a Western method of oil painting. It is not difficult for Cao Xueqin to see Western paintings, and in the fifty-second chapter, she once mentioned that "the face is the same as the beauty in the Western painting", and it is not difficult to express the painting style of plump, healthy and mature women, and it is easier to arrange Baochai's life experience. In the forty-second round, Baochai turned herself up, "she was seven or eight years old enough to be entangled" - Daiyu should not be ashamed of this "senior": her "crooked path" was caused by Baoyu's "bad water", and she was 12 years old. Baochai said that he had developed "everyone's style" since then, and did not mention whether there were "ghosts" after that. And looking at crabs, placing pawn tickets, talking about ginseng, etc., she is the actual participant in the management of the Xue family's industry, and the fourth chapter of the book "only pays attention to things such as needlework"; The Grand View Garden has her independent passage, and in the seventy-eighth chapter of the book, "the door of the small corner in the southeast is always open, and it was originally for me"; However, the book does not give a specific way for her to associate with the industry.
Those who hold a slight tongue will notice Baochai's various "homework" for Baoyu, such as "green wax" allusions and fresh lotus root things. But there is often no right or wrong in the relationship between men and women, only yin and yang, and Baoyu's achievements are strange about daughters and women. For example, in the nineteenth episode of Baoyu's "fragrant jade" theory, compared with Jin Yong's "Dragon Babu", the middle paragraph of the reputation touched the "daughter's fragrance" and "unforgettable", and experienced men also know that this fragrance is not in the shade but only in the distance, so it is no wonder that Baoyu is "drunk and crisp".
Third, the author's bias made Baochai congenitally "copper smell". Baochai was born in a royal merchant family; His brother Xue Pan was unbearable; Baoyu is an artist, and these can distort another aspect of Baochai. These also promote Baoyu to go out of the world and return to its roots. China's feudal society has valued agriculture and suppressed commerce for 2,000 years, and Cao Xueqin has not jumped out of this confinement.
Third, "Suddenly, the big Linglong mountain stones protruding into the sky came head-on, and all kinds of stones were surrounded on all sides, so that all the houses in them were covered, and there was not a single flower or tree." I saw many different grasses: or there were vines, or vines, or hanging from the top of the mountain, or through the stone gaps, or even hanging around the pillars, or building a plate or like a green belt fluttering, or like a golden rope coiled, or really like dansha, or a flower like golden cinnamon, the taste is fragrant, and the fragrance of non-flowers is comparable"--Obstructing the love of the public case.
There is the following explanation for this home environment: the big Linglong mountain stone is a symbol of Xue Baochai's true nature. She is a ruthless boulder that matches the nonsensical cliff mending stone of the Great Barren Mountain outside the golden jade. The sixty-third "Shouyi Hong Qunfang Night Banquet" signature points to this point, so Jia Zheng said "tasteless". It is Xue Baochai's hardest psychological shell. The ancients said: When people only say three points, they can't dissect all their hearts. Baochai has developed a character in the business manager, so the first eighty times to dig out the heart is only in the thirty-fourth chapter to Baoyu. Therefore, although she is exquisitely on all sides - surrounded by rocks, pulled by different grasses - and has a transparent network, her home "has no flowers and trees", reflecting that she has no half of a confidant. As a result, various fetters of "hatred and no fate" are formed-either Baoyu, or Daiyu, or Jiamu, or herself.
Here let's take a look at Jia Mu first. Generally speaking, Jia's mother thinks that Baochai is higher than Daiyu: the twenty-second time Jia's mother gave Baochai a big birthday; In the thirty-fifth episode, Jia's mother said, "Counting from the four girls in our family, they are all inferior to Bao Yatou." This is either polite and polite, but treating her as a guest is not treating her as a relative, she is not counted in the "four girls in our family". This is completely different from what Bao Qin thinks about in the fiftieth episode. But Jia's mother does not have a derogatory meaning, because Jia's mother knows and affirms Baochai's ability to handle affairs and manage her family.
Jia's mother has two major characteristics: one is straightforward. For example, in the forty-second time, she did not let go of the veil when she saw a doctor, and talked about her nephew and nephew in a few words. The second is that it is so luxurious and lively. Grandma Liu's second entry into the Rongguo Mansion is the most obvious example.
Baochai is diametrically opposed to these two. Jia's mother didn't dislike Baochai, but in the twenty-ninth time Daoist Zhang proposed marriage, he categorically refused, pointing out that Baoyu's marriage was not rich and poor, "just an appearance and character", which was where these two Daiyu planted beans and melons for Jia's mother. The life pattern of Jiafu is that everyone revolves around Sister Feng, Sister Feng revolves around Jia's mother, Jia's mother revolves around Baoyu, and Baoyu revolves around Daiyu. Daiyu's appearance is outstanding, although her mouth is like a knife, she has one thing to say; Baochai's appearance and Daiyu are more unique, and they are scheming, celebrating birthdays, guessing lantern riddles, and listening to secret things are all very smooth. Baochai is the apprentice of Jia Zheng and his wife in terms of food, clothing and housing; Everything in Daiyu is selected by Baoyu Zhang Luo, but Xiaoxiang Pavilion is "even better than the first-class study". This is the place where Jia's mother thinks about it, because Baoyu, who is also convinced by Jia Zheng's talents, must be the seedlings of the champion, and it is okay to get fame and wait for Baoyu to open his mind. In the fifty-fourth episode, Jia's mother used the title of the book of talented and beautiful women to play an impact on the "golden and jade good fate" faction, and wanted to protect Bao Dai and the others. By the fifty-seventh time Zijuan tried jade, Jia's mother only had two choices - one was a family marriage; The second is the life of two hearts and livers - choose the second one.
Mrs. Wang understood the current situation and interests of the family, and hoped that Jia's mother would take care of the overall situation; Mother Jia hopes that Mrs. Wang will push the boat down the river and fulfill her wish to love her grandson. The two sides spent eight years until Daiyu died early. If Gao He continued to write the book, Jia's mother, and Sister Feng partnered to calculate Daiyu, and it was absolutely impossible.
Fourth, "Even if we look at it, our hearts hurt" - Ai Lu Gong case. This is Baochai's only love words, and Baoyu is the only one who has a good heart, but it is brought out by others. So does Baochai love Baoyu?
In the eighth episode of the psychic section, Baoyu and Baochai have a chance to be alone. Baochai asked Ying'er who was in a daze beside her, paying attention to her understanding the reason, and asked Ying'er to pour tea instead of directly reprimanding, but asked skillfully. This led to the meeting of gold and jade, and even the "golden and jade good fate" of the boat. At this time, Baochai may only have a slight meaning, and it cannot be said that he is in love with Baoyu. But Daiyu followed closely, because Baoyu didn't want to be obtrusive, and after going around half of the mansion, the movement was bigger. Daiyu's performance is not good to say like a cat, this strong possessiveness Baochai understands very well. What's more important is that Baoyu's reaction made Baochai figure out the logic of Jiafu. If Baoyu's weight was not biased towards Daiyu, it would be completely different in the future. Aunt Xue once said: "You are a multi-minded person, if you think like this, I don't have such a heart." This sentence is the only counterattack to this "uneducated" child, and the subsequent "knife mouth" is praised, because Rongguofu is a translucent person who can be a whistle if he doesn't pluck his hair. This book determines the behavior strategy of Xue's mother and daughter in Jiafu.
Therefore, in the twenty-fifth time, Baochai made fun of the Buddha and pushed Baoyu to Daiyu, like Sister Feng before, she also took it for granted. The thirtieth time Baoyu spoke, the only time Baochai was angry, saying the words "You doubt me again", and in hindsight, it seemed to say to Daiyu: I have drawn a line with Baoyu! Of course, Baochai has always been rational and cold-hearted, and she surrounds herself from wind and rain, but at this time she knows in her heart that she does not love Baoyu, although Baoyu is indeed superior to others compared to those anointed children.
Unexpectedly, Baoyu was beaten, she was moved by Baoyu, and persuaded her brother to break the "window paper", and Baochai's road was irretrievable. In the past, all kinds of things were bound to be useless, and Baochai's crying overnight was not as good as Daiyu I's crying, but the effect was average.
Later, Baochai found out that her road to love was so difficult. In the thirty-sixth episode, Baochai heard the "Shenying" in the dream in Jiangyunxuan, and finally understood that Baoyu and Daiyu had confidants. Then thinking of the many cheerers he had originally, Baochai chose the road of "curve" love. She lagged behind a lot in this competition, and everyone in Jiafu became the source of her strength - including Daiyu, because later she knew that Daiyu and Xiangyun were outside the window, but she didn't know that the two of them had taken a step earlier and didn't hear the mantra. Of course, the writing is also so wonderful, and it is also written that Baochai loves so much. The various stones in the Wuyuan and the vines that are intertwined with them are the proof that Baochai uses love silk to weave a net of love.
In the end, it was Daiyu's soul flying burial flower that made her, and it was this thing that finally destroyed her. Because Baoyu became a "dumb goose" who thought about "gold and jade" like the twenty-eighth episode, and became a stone shell that lost the original god of Shen Ying. She can manipulate Baoyu like Gao E's continuation of the middle school eight shares, test fame, and earn herself a phoenix crown, but in the face of the ice-like appearance of Baoyu who is dead, what can she do? The things that once attracted her have disappeared forever, is this the person she hopes for and needs? The tiptoe she made up to love the net stone henge ended up pressing on her back. Accompanying her was the set of "The Dead Are Gone!" The living should be strong and alive". So is there no limit to how strong Baochai is? How long does she endure the life of "golden hairpin buried in the snow"? Cao Xueqin did not predict whether Baochai would have children after marriage, so it is unpredictable whether she can get a life like Li Kun.
Fifth, "Ren is ruthless and moving" - a love-type public case. Love is the most complex emotion of human beings, and the cause of love is unpredictable and difficult to write. Summing up Baochai's love, it is said that ruthlessness is the perception of outsiders, and reason is the origin of this kind of love.
Let's first look at Baoyu's feelings for Baochai - the first eighty episodes have always been the emotions of "Sister Bao", Baoyu insists that Daiyu is his only one, so in the sixty-sixth episode, there is "The future must be determined by Miss Lin." Because Miss Lin is sick, both of them are still young, so they haven't reached this yet. In another three or two years, the old lady will start to say that it is no longer accurate. "People who are in love think about each other the most, and on the contrary, they don't love. The thirtieth Baoyu is more than Baochai as Concubine Yang: it looks like this, Baoyu originally had no malicious intent. But Baoyu didn't take into account that Yang Yuhuan in history was a character whose character, merits, and results were incomparable, so how could Baochai not be angry! On the contrary, Baoyu is very careful and forbearant with Daiyu, and the love words of the West Chamber that suddenly appeared are also priceless.
When everyone began to accumulate "gold and jade good fate", this became another reversal point outside the economy of Baoyu Shitu, and Baochai was trembling and cautious. Baochai organizes her love with a well-organized personality, and a love that is beneficial to others and herself. This is the root of the forty-fifth Baochai and Daiyu Jinlan language, and there is no trace of falsehood in it. This kind of reasonableness without a trace of heat is something that Baoyu's generation does not understand, appreciate, or accept. Baochai's "behind-the-scenes" efforts keep Baoyu away from her more and more, and her value is something that Baoyu can't discover at the moment.
Tragedy in history is easy to come out, and the classic lies in the huge psychological contrast between the fate of the characters in the play and the happiness and sweetness of real life. Most of the beauties in Cao Xueqin's pen are bitter and sad, from the judgment to see the dispute between Bao, Hai and Dai, Bao and Dai have tasted love after all, while Xue Baochai is the most bitter in his heart, the saddest situation, the strongest effort, the greatest cost, and the most tragic ending of love. So, is there really no way out? Daiyu's result is predictable, but the public has expectations for Baochai's happiness. In the sixty-second episode, there is such a plot: the attacker brings two bells of new tea. Baoyu took a minute, and Baochai and Daiyu shared a share. What do you associate with? Is the purpose behind Baochai's tremendous efforts to compromise? What is the direction of compromise? If there is hope, then there is no limit to hope.
